I came in to get a custom order which is always a Chick-fil-A biscuit with cheese and mayo Chick-fil-A in general is always super quick with their customer service. This location was no different. From the two drive-through lanes, customer service reps outside taking orders, to drive-through doors where they're delivering orders. The service is impeccable. I really need to get better at taking pictures, but I inhaled this so fast ! read more

I stopped by to try the New maple bacon chicken sandwich. I also tried the Peach shake. I must say the peach was refreshing but I couldn't have it all the time. It wasn't to sweet I tasted bits of peaches inside. The standard size is medium with the looks of a small but,whichever you would not need anymore then that after so long I was getting bored with it but that's me. Let me tell you about this New chicken maple bacon chicken sandwich , it was SWEET but in a good way. The bacon reminded me of another restaurants bacon .... I only needed this sandwich alone to eat and it hit the spot. The sweet heat pickles and pepper jack cheese complimented each other well. So next time you want something different with a little sweet spice kick ( yes spice) try it before it leaves for the season with hopes that it stays. Oh! Met my cousin here for lunch. Yall know I love CFA, and I have received the gift card gifts to prove it lol. I found a table and ordered on the mobile app for us. Food was out hot, fresh and accurate in a matter of literal minutes. I got my normal - spicy chicken meal with fries and a sweet tea. It was delicious and consistent with the flavor I expect. I feel guilty every time I sneakily eat here, but a girl needs good chicken. Even if she is gay. I put makeup on and curled my hair before I reluctantly placed my order 10 minutes before closing. I didn't want to be "that girl/guy/no gender" but I've had a chicken dry spell. The super white straight staff (as expected) really came through. I even had a enough lettuce for another salad. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-a? This location is always busy. You have to have patience when you pull up to this location. I was in Wentzville for a wedding and stopped for lunch on my way back to KC. They have 2 lines and 2 people staying outside with tablets to take your order. I'd suggest that you use the app and order before you arrive. It makes the line go much faster. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food was so good, hot and fresh! read more

I wouldn't recommend this location, staffed by theives. I used a gift card today at lunch and the young cashier said the card was 'done'. I was not 100% sure the card balance and confirmed verbally with her that the balance was $0. She asked if I wanted my reciept and I said yes. Sure enough the card had money left and she LIED TO MY FACE AND STOLE MY MONEY. not very Christian like of your company. We will never eat here again. Very unhappy to have been robbed at lunch unsure if I need the police to be involved. Will be consulting my legal Counsel. Very dissapointed in this company. read more

The worst Chick-fil-A process ever witnessed. Did a mobile order and still went through but no separate line for mobile orders which we are accustomed to. They opened a third line which is great but the people who had been waiting four to five cars deep had to wait longer than the others. Just frustrating. No I would not recommend for lack of efficiencies compared to others. To top it off the order was wrong and tried to talk to the manager and she just turned her back towards us. read more

We ordered almost $80.00 worth of food. We got it home and 2 orders of nuggets, 1 chicken sandwich, and an order of fries were missing from the order. We drove all the way back to the store and the employees were rude. They said we were just trying to get free food. One person said they put the order in the bags and they knew they put it all in there, like we were lying. They wanted us to pay again for the sandwich. I would never drive 15 minutes back to a store while the food at home was getting cold just to get free food. I will never go back to this Chik-Fil-A. read more

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! This Wentzville location has a very speedy drive-thru and the employees are very kind and have great customer service skills. I would give zero if it would let me . all I ordered was salad extra dressing got back to office no dressing none not even one. I call and the lady was no help so I ask for manager she replied I am a manager and if you would like your dressing you can drive back up here and get it so I drove 35 min back up there to get dressing the manager I talked to didn't even come out and Taylor another rude manager gave me addittude because I asked for 2 dressing so with gas the way it is I payed $11 dollars for a salad and the gas driving 35 minutes up there twice and the hour and a half I was clocked out of work for lunch and they acted like I was an inconvenience to them got to give it toStephen willing to take all blame for it but didn't even ask what was going on and why I was so mad to see if he could help not one employee cared and I talked to 3managers horrible service read more

I do not recommend this location for a handicap person as the handicap parking is blocked by the take out lane... that is poor planning on Architects part. I also find them having customers walk between the car as ridiculous as well. This location is really busy. They should we work their drive-thru the lady Kayla that was running the window this evening apparently does not know how to either count back change or how to hand customers cards back first. Personally I think I'd rather go to the O'fallon location cuz it's safer for your car and the customers read more

After my first trip there was all wrong...my order of large fries were small, my sweet tea came out unsweetened, and I waited 20 mins for those mistakes. I called and spoke to Megan about my experience & she was some what rude. She told me to come back in with my receipt so they could make it right. Fulton is outstandingly great at his job!! After visiting the vet in town, Dexter and I wanted to celebrate his 10lb weightloss with delicious chicken outside on the Chick Fil A patio. I have never taken him to eat outside at a restaurant before, and I was a little nervous that we might not be welcome. (Since he is a pitbull mix and some people have been ignorant to us in the past) But it was such a pleasant experience! Always a good experience at this location! The customer service is consistently pleasant (even during peak hours), food is always fresh and hot and the dining area is always clean. The quantity of food versus value is fair. My favorite menu item is the spicy chicken sandwich! It offers the right amount of kick! I can't say enough about the waffle fries...love'em! I don't know what it is that make Chick-fila standalones feel so different yet so familiar to the ones in the mall at the same time.... but they do. This place was crowded like this was the last food on earth .....CROWED ,n the drive-thru and on the inside as well. Decided to go thru the drive thru and add some chicken fingers with my sandwich. We were there, Friday, the 5th. Through the drive thru. Very nice service, as always. They are so nice and quick. However, we got a chicken sandwich and a market salad. We both got very sick. Chick fil is known for its amazing service and food. I have been to this chick Fil a twice now and have had problems both times. The first time we went through the drive thru and a young man took our order... the entire time I am trying to tell him what I want he is talking to another employee about 50 ft away so he is having to speak loudly... he would not look me in the eyes for anything and then low and behold my order was wrong when I got it. Today we went there again and although we had a much better experience with the employees they also left something off our order that was on my receipt. I think some better training would really help this location. read more

An odd sign in the entry notes that are no longer accepting their previously issued gift certificates (wait, so you took money for these and are no longer honoring them?), but it didn't impact me. The food was where things went south. It took 30 minutes in a half full restaurant. I ordered the namesake Tattooed Dog, as I've had it before. It arrived with onion rings... 4 of them, from medium down to small. The dog was mostly warm (not hot), but withered like it had been cooking for a while. The meat was placed atop chili that was cold... cold enough to rob the warmth from some spots of the dog. The bun was a soggy mess, and none of the cheese was melted, so it couldn't have been under the heat lamp. It looked fanciful when served, but it was very underwhelming eating compared to past experiences. My wife had the chicken wrap, served with French fries. In a day and age when competitors give out fries like they need to clear an overstocked situation, it was a small handful that would normally be found in a Happy Meal from the famous clown. The wrap itself was shy on the chicken, and heavy on the dressing inside. What used to be a nice place, appears to be sliding downhill, as if the kitchen has given up. If they've checked out, so have we.
