They just can't get order correct. Order chicken bacon ranch and get no chicken, just bread with a ton of lettuce and tomato. This location never gets it right compared to other locations. Today on November 25, I went to Jimmy John's to get a sandwich for my wife and I'm and she has celiac and I normally don't leave reviews but this location out of all the times that I've been there. They have done an amazing job at changing out things and making sure that everything was done right for it to be gluten-free and no cross contamination. The customer service wasn't the best. There was no drive to help the customer. The fountain drink area wasn't sanitize. You can tell by eating the food It was very dry. The sauce on the meal wasn't the best it was over sauce. While drinking my drink, it was warm. You can tell that something was wrong with the fountain area. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I've never experienced any issues. Food is fresh and quickly prepared.

30 minutes is too long to wait for a freaky fast sandwich. It appears that the online orders are crippling the walk in business.

Food was fine and correct but the freaky fast part was not. It took well over 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches when no one else was in the store. The staff was not all that friendly and we're constantly playing on their phones while we were there. They weren't unfriendly, just didn't seem to care that much. read more

I had never had Jimmy John's until this location opened, and now I'm so glad it's here! Their subs are delicious and well-worth the money. Everything tastes very fresh and the meat is especially good. The bread is baked daily and both the French and wheat are excellent. The staff is always friendly and quick to do "custom" requests like light mayo or adding cucumber (I'm picky). People at my office, which is located nearby, get JJ's all the time and think the food is great. Try the Beach Club, or the Italian Night Club! Their natural-style chips and (giant) cookies taste great, too. If you use the delivery service, your order really will arrive quickly as they only deliver within a 2-mile radius. FYI, I have never had them mess up an order. If you don't request it, they will not cut your sub in half, and I've forgotten to do that, but that's it. Happy eating! read more

This is without a doubt the worst Jimmy Johns. Long delivery times no matter the time of day and absolutely no quality control. The product is absolutely horrible with sandwiches arriving with slimy wilted lettuce, tomatoes well past their prime, and bread that is rock hard with a stale taste. On top of that, I have not had an order come out right since the first of the year, rendering the app useless. No need to check boxes for napkins, sandwich customizations or even cutting it in half - because it will not happen! I've called a few times to express concerns, particularly when the order was completely wrong or missing food items, but no more. My last conversation with the manager on duty resulted with him telling me "I'm sorry you feel that way," when I told him the order was wrong. Since receiving the wrong order is not subjective, I guess there's no where to go from there! Maybe dine-in is better? But as for me, it's just not worth even trying anymore. DO NOT GO HERE! We will not be going back to this Jimmy Johns! They do not follow the CDC guidelines in the time of covid-19. First off, one of the employees was only wearing his mask half the time while peeping food. He also was wearing gloves BUT using his phone while wearing them and then touching a whole container of tomatoes and meat and making orders! Decent food, but very sad they no longer deliver to my place of work. As someone who doesn't have the luxury to leave work for lunch, I love being able to order in so I don't have to pack my lunch every day. Jimmy Johns is reseasonably priced and used to deliver to my work, but all of a sudden stopped. This is sad because I would order from them more frequently, but instead have taken my business elsewhere to somewhere that does deliver but unfortunately costs more. They got my order wrong, when I called they said they would bring me a new one but then called me back to say I had to come pick it up. Where do I begin with this half ass service....Walked in, one person in front of me, about 6 people behind the counter. Takes them literally three minutes to get the order down, like they just walked in off the street and started pressing buttons behind the counter trying to get it right. All I said was no Mayonnaise, what happens, the sand which has mayonnaise! Take it back up there and they act like I didn't say it, well I said it louder this time. Treated the family to Jimmy Johns for lunch today. Kids favorite place. We paid $21 for our 3 subs & had to wait for fresh bread. No worries there. However, I brought yogurt for my 11 month old but the spoon broke. When we asked the employee last if they had any plastic ones, they said they couldn't help us. So while we were waiting, we asked the employee if we could pay for a slice of bread for the baby to eat. He got the manager who told us he couldn't help us. None of the employees were particularly nice today & it was a bit frustrating. Frankly, we just found it rude. It's really sad when simple things like this are unable to met. Just because we have a baby, we should be able to take the family out to eat. These places need to be accommodating to families with kids. These people cater events so they should have plastic spoons at the very least. The food, as always, was really good.
