This Hardees sits directly on Floyd Road and basically shares a lot with the next door Aldi grocery store. I have been here through the years for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never had an issue with the food. The food is always hot, correct and what I expected. It does take a while to get to you, but I know Hardees makes most things to order, but I have sat in the drive thru for upwards of 15 minutes before, so I think that may lend itself to more than just food being cooked to order. However, as mentioned I have never had an issue with my food whether it be those delish biscuits and gravy or the Frisco burger! Service is meh, they are there to take your order and get you your food. I have never had a friendly experience here, but have never had a rude one either. Given the state of things, the minimal interaction required is enough to keep me smiling and moving. While most of my visits have been via the drive thru, I have popped inside on occasion and the dining room and restrooms are always kept clean, and this is same for the parking lot. Overall, this is a decent Hardees location and I have no major complaints...however I will say that as a brand, they are getting expensive! The Frisco Burger meal is now over $11! read more

I've come here twice for breakfast and bought the FRISCO BREAKFAST SANDWICH both times. It was delicious!! The drive thru line is a bit of a wait but once you take a bite of this sandwich, you'll tell yourself that it was all worth it. Go ahead and give this sandwich a try. Hardee's - View from across the street... - Fast Food Near Me - Mableton, Georgia

I went through this drive through because the McDonalds across the street was wrapped around their building. I saw no one was at the Hardee's and thought it would be a good alternative. Now I know why people would rather wrap around the building and wait in line at the McDonald's rather than go to the Hardee's. No one was in front of me at the drive through. I drove straight up to the drive through window and paid. Then I was told to drive to the front of the building to the double doors and wait for my food. Okay. No big deal. At least my food will be hot and fresh, right? I waited about then minutes and a young lady brought my food out to my car. I live about a mile from this particular Hardee's. So it took me approximately 3 minutes to get the food home. I was disappointed to discover the food I waited so long to get was cold. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted. The bland tomato and mayonnaise soaked the room temperature bread. My trip home was only three minutes so the food temperature cannot be blamed on the long trip home. If I wanted cold leftovers, I would have raided my own fridge and not gone out for take out. My room temperature burger was (not surprisingly), really gross. The fries were limp and cold, too. I couldn't finish it. I'm so disappointed in this meal, I'm giving this Hardee's the lowest rating I have ever given anyone on Yelp. Congrats Floyd Road Hardee's. You guys earned it. read more

Stop by today to get a quick bite hubby and I thought it would be quick and tasty. The manager seemed friendly as she took our order and helped her employee at the adjoining register with another order. 1. First sign of oh! Wait a minute - was one of the soda dispensers not distributing ice. 2. My husband Coca Cola did not taste good so he switched to the adjacent machine. Well my order was being made I set our drinks on the table my husband went to wash his hands as he came back I too went to do the same and use the facilities. The ladies facilities was disgusting there was blood and urine all over the toilets needless to say I just wash my hands and that was it. Already with the loss of appetite our food arrives at our table, as we proceed to say grace thank God we are believers, we conclude and bite into our food. my husband has a chunk of lettuce basically, a wedge on his burger. I notice I didn't have enough tartar sauce on my fish sandwich so I approach the counter asked for a little more. I walk back to the table as I am about to pour the tartar sauce on my fish sandwich I a hair in it. Now I'm really disgusted. I take the ketchup and attempt to add a little to my sandwich but before I do I dip my fries into the ketchup and although warm they are soggy and heavy ( as if cooked in old grease) So I'm really not feeling it - by this time my husband has placed the bites of his burger in a napkin and say I can't eat this. Hoping to explain to the manager - she's over in the corner booth sitting and talking to a gentleman who was just hanging out at the restaurant when we walked in. This guy wasn't eating or drinks and had no evidence on his table that he did - because when we arrived he was taking a nap with his head on the table and headphones in his ear with his mobile device plugged into the wall socket. So our request go unanswered or resolved because apparently her "boo" was too important rather than a paying customer with an issue. Before leaving I immediately get on the website and submit a survey of our experience, after I do so I advise my husband, nothing will be done about our situation because I wasn't asked to give a name or phone number, email, etc. their survey is joke. This is absolutely terrible and not the first time I got 1/10th of an egg. You all charged me $4 ($5+ with cheese) for absolutely nothing. Why would you give me that dry two tone sausage patty? Are cooked sausage patties suppose to be dark brown? The whole sausage patty should look like the center (gray)! This piece of crap establishment won't even give a freaking egg to a paying customer. Whoever the manager is trynna cut costs at the expense of their customers is a piece crap (only because Yelp won't let me curse)! You should be fired!!! I spent my hard earned money this... This wasn't free jackass!!! Therefore, give me what the hell I pay for! Way to tear down someone else's business! It's 2:00 on a Sat and Mc Donald's is busy but not Hardee's. Go in everyyone is just sitting around. Vook is putting ice in a box lined with a plastic bag. After a few minutes a woman waits on me & I order a 1/2 Thickbuger, no mayo combo w/ hot fries. she has to ring it up on the drive thru. Maybe so I don't see it. I get a 1/3 # thickbuger, lots of mayo, small fries- hot but tasteless, and my drink. An upcharge of $1.00 for I burger I couldn't eat when I got home. My drink was right, but I got that. Mc D's from now on. Simple order screwed up for an upcharge to meet her quota. read more

I love Hardee's biscuits and this location has the best customer service and energy I've ever experienced at a fast food establishment! I started to go through the drive thru but something told me to come inside. This place goes above and beyond the call in terms of customer service and friendliness. The owner/manager has done an excellent job in selecting employees who not only love on their customers, but also each other. I am so refreshed to see and feel their warmth. My dad loves this place. Like, LOVES it. Whenever he comes to visit me, we have to make a stop here or he'll even disappear from the house and then come back with bags of this... food. I feel so bad for his intestines. Anyhow, firstly, the prices are horrible. Hardee's burgers and sandwiches are too damn high for the product. Sorry. The taste is okay, but since this location has been built, I've received burgers that are beyond "well-done" and with a burnt taste. The fries are just okay. They used to have yummy chocolate chip cookies (the only reason I would come towards the end of me coming here). The cookies were pre-packaged and shipped from somewhere else, you could tell. Now, they bake the cookies onsite and the mf'ers always taste like they've been sitting on a window ledge somewhere. They literally have an "outdoor" taste. If you can imagine what someone smells like after being outside all day, that's what it translates to with the cookies AKA they're old as hell and been sitting all day. A drink is $1.99. lmao McDonalds is across the street from them, and you don't even have to hit the main road. You can make a straight beeline outta there and get you a $1 drink at McPoison. Again, the prices need some help. They're also wonderful for leaving out parts of your order or giving you a complete different order. So, yeah.... sorry, Dad. Well stopped by to grab a burger. Ordered food and sat down to wait. We were told no dining inside. So I went outside to see the posting of a notice found none. Just made a comment of they need to post one. The statement is that it's on our website. By the way it's not. The dining room was not taped off no notifications anywhere. I just hate to be lied to. Wasn't very clean appearance. Health inspection rate was 85. I won't go back after this epidemic is over. read more

I was excited to see a Hardee's in my new community. Sadly the food wasn't that great. The three stars are for customer service and effort.

The times that I've eaten there, the food is fine. The main issue is how long it takes, not just to receive food, but to be waited on. I understand that the employees have other tasks to preform, however there have been multiple instances in which I have waited for an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. I'm not sure what the issue on their end is, which could lead to sub-par customer service, but this has happened often enough that I consistently choose the McDonald's across the street over this location. It may be worth noting that I've mostly visited later in the evening. I haven't been to this location during breakfast hours, and haven't used their drive-thru, so the experience may be different in the morning. read more

6:08 PM 6-30-18 Place order for $5.00 Burger, Hot Dog, Cookie and coke. Told to pull forward to the front. 6:28, go inside (empty, no patrons) and ask where my order is. Have to repeat the request loudly a couple of times as there is no service. Finally, guy (shift manager) comes over and asks what I ordered, looks it up on the screens and mumbles something to Latrice. None make any eye contact or apologize for the delay. After another couple of minutes present them with the receipt and ask for a refund, no compliance. The manager is busy taking other orders they say and will be with me when he gets around to it. I say, he can get around to it now but he doesn't. I leave with no food or refund. How dog is sitting in the warming bin. Half the time the orders are wrong here in some way, this time they just didn't feel like processing it at all. read more

If I hadn't ordered my food and paid already I would have been left. It started when I was ordering. It's already raining and I'm getting rained on because of course you have to order with your window down. I order one item, but she keeps asking me if I want to meal. I said no I just want the sandwich. Do you want a soda? No I just want the sandwich. So I'm a little irritated because I'm wet now. I'm sitting in a line at the window that took someone 5 minutes to come to. Then she tells me to pull up behind the car. So now I'm waiting for another 10-15 minutes in line for them to bring a line of cars our food out. Then I see the employee take my food to another car, luckily the person in the car didn't touch the bag. The employee then walks back in with the bag and gets halfway and turns around to bring that same bag out. I don't know if I'm irritated because of the rain but their timeliness sucked. When I'm in the mood for a hot and delicious come to your daddy steak biscuit sandwich and a good cup of columbian coffee with 4 packs of sugar and 4 packs of half and half this is the place to be. I was so glad when this location opened. Their service has been great ever since they opened. I mainly come here on the weekends and flip-flop between here and McDonalds across the street. I used to go to Hardees only 2 or 4 times a year and that was when I would visit family in Mississippi and they had a Hardees nearby. Now I can have it every weekend if I want. Hardees, thanks for opening this location and doing a good job of training your employees. I especially like to thank the employees at this location for their great service. It really helps me start my weekend on a positive note. read more

Went by last Saturday ordered 2 bacon,egg cheese biscuits, they were cold and mushy. Bacon was raw, restaurant was good in the beginning not so much now....do not plan to go back anytime soon. Will try McDonalds next door when I need a quick breakfast. read more

Why rate Hardee's? Well, for #1 this is a new location in our area, so everyone needs to know how the service is and #2, I've not eaten at a Hardee's every other day, so my opinion is a little more realistic. Had two experiences at this location, new from the ground up. Nice outside, standard inside. The first time was breakfast on Memorial Day. It was about the same as you would get at a Taco Bell dine in- quick, but emotionless staff, not really sure they were happy I was eating at their restaurant on our national holiday???? Second time was drive thru, it was easy enough to filter the menu board and get my order in until I was advised they were out of Coke??? WHO, what??? This place had been open for less than a month or right about a month and they were out of the #1 most ordered drink? Lucky for me they also serve Dr.Pepper. The whiskey "Midnight Moonshine burger" was really nice, better than rivals McD and Burger King. They come in size options, 1/3 or 1/2 lb thickburgers or smaller burgers at 1/4 lb, but not the same variety of sauce combos. The fries are like Wendy's sea salt with the skin on, very nice, fresh and lots in the order. Cashier was friendly and prompt with my order. Do yourself a favor and frequent this location. It's better than 5 Guys and other high end burger offerings. Two can eat for under $20, be ready to lay down $12 on a combo if you get the bigger sizes. read more

I am contacting the General Manager of this specific store as my husband has been sick for hours tonight after take out, chicken product, from your store. Your staff was NOT busy but it took 45 minutes to serve the food that tasted old, my burger, had a strange taste, my husbands chicken tasted bad... But he thought it was maybe his taste buds messing with him. He ate most of the order, and is now, hours later, throwing up almost nonstop at 30 mins at a time!! Terrible service, subpar food. Never was a fan of Hardee's and in my experiences, the employees there are rude bunch of people, but a roommate who goes their frequently had the worst experiences I've ever heard of. They constantly get the order wrong, have terrible attitudes, and they went to the extent of the cook putting pubic hair on his burger one time. Yesterday around 1PM, he went there, messed up his order, and the cook got pissed off, ran out to my roommate's car, slapped him hard in the face. My roommate called the cops but the manager who witnessed everything denied it. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being treated subhumanly. read more
