And for you chow hounds out there, their chicken wrap is bigger than Wendy's but it's not grilled chicken. The wrap shell is a bit chewier but the breaded chicken flavor is good. Service was fast, efficient and correct. The dining room has some very nice wood paneling. See my photos from four years ago. The restroom was clean and void of any unpleasant odors. Parking was plentiful.

The service has been good for me and the accuracy of orders has been correct. Food quality is what you would expect. They have advertised their burgers as big and juicy and they are for the most part. I have not tried their new fries yet. The breakfast is ok. Like with most fast foods, it is a breakfast sandwich made in a hurry for people on the go. The parking lot is larger than most and there is plenty of room to create a long line at the drive thru kiosk.

Entering the dining room I found 100% clean tables but a two table section of the floor was very sticky after an attempt to mop up a spill did not work out so well. My name was called to pickup my order. Since there is no ketchup available except behind the counter, I had to ask for ketchup, twice! Several eye contacts were made with me just standing there waiting. Why isn't the ketchup already on the tray? I ordered the Whopper Jr with lettuce, tomato, and cheese only. I received the burger with onion on it. I ordered onion rings because I really love their onion rings. They were still as good I remember them. The burger was okay. Overall it was an ok experience and typical fast food of the originals that are not up to speed of the newer establishments of today.

There are four order kiosks available, two cashier stations and a pickup area. They still hand out table numbers and bring your food to you. Check your tray for napkins and condiments. Drinks are self serve.

So after school was out we went to this location for 3 simple happy meals and waited at the front window about 10 minutes before I was told to pull up front. After already waiting for what seemed like forever at the front window, I waited an additional 15-20 minutes after pulling up front. I wondered if our order had been forgotten. I was very close to calling and canceling. However, I had already paid and my children would have been disappointed. Once we pulled away and my kids were eating my son told me there was an ant crawling on his apple. I asked for the food back and noticed another ant crawling on the cookie bag. So gross! I called to speak to a manager about this experience and spoke to Summer. She said she was a manager but definitely did not sound like one. She showed 0 concern for our experience and mocked me at the end of the call. She was incredibly rude and if she is the manager a change is definitely needed! While waiting for our food, I noticed a group of young people looking in our direction and making comments that appeared to be directed toward my child, which made us uncomfortable. The dining area also appeared unclean, with noticeable debris on the floor that made it unpleasant to walk through. When our food was brought to the table, the server seemed irritated when we asked to confirm our order. She responded in a dismissive manner, rolled her eyes, and walked away in an unprofessional way. Our order itself was also disappointing. The Blizzards were melted and not prepared properly, appearing rushed and not made to Dairy Queen standards. The dining room has three booths that will seat six comfortably or eight children if you happen to be part of a group. The parking lot seems smaller than most fast food establishments with parking for dine in customers on one side of the building only. I counted 17 spaces total plus two handicap. The rest are for employees (8), mobile orders (3), and drive- thru (2). I ordered the Classic Original Cheeseburger single patty with Onion Rings. The cheeseburger was okay. It had their charbroiled flavor making it tastier than regular fast food fare. The onion rings were better and pretty good for a fast food establishment. After my meal I went back to the counter and ordered a small Strawberry Sundae. Both times had quick service despite a lot of training going on. The ice cream was excellent, the strawberries were obviously previously frozen. I already knew that and prefer the strawberry juice. The restroom was clean. It has a vacant/occupied sign built into the door handle so you know without tugging on the handle. I wish they had sprung for motion flush instead of the manual. The restroom was stocked.
