Staff friendly and food ok. Skimping on meats and restaurant is sticky. Chairs sticky, floors sticky, etc. I judge a lot on cleanliness and this one is sub par

They don't change their gloves when cleaning the dining room and then go in and bag up customers food and think it's OK

Good food. Friendly staff. Clean. Food is made to order so it is always fresh and the lemonade is my favorite. :)

Loooooong wait cause high schoolers run it. I paid almost $13 for a burnt turkey dagwood and medium fries I almost didn't get.

I placed a scheduled pick up order through DoorDash as I have multiple other times. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was told that I need to come in for my order. I proceeded to park my car and come in even though this was a major inconvenience for me. I am a nurse and typically work 3 to 4 12 hour shifts a week and I'm just trying to get something to eat real quick before heading to work. After being handed my food, I attempted to ask the woman who handed me my order if this was something new and she gave me a yeah, and turned around and did not even proceed to converse with me. It was rude and disappointing. I don't really understand the difference of being handed a bag of food through the window versus coming in to the establishment. The inconvenience was one thing, but not even being able to voice. My frustration is really what irked me. I understand being busy (even though there was no one in the establishment and only one person in the drive-thru), but not having the decency to be able to talk to a customer. It's just straight up rude.

The place is not fancy, upscale or trendy, but the burgers and fries are awesome. We ordered at the counter, paid and waited (not too long) for our burgers. Karmen took our order and was friendly. My single OG burger had nice crispy edges that fell out of the bun. The burger was delicious with cheese, pickle and their sauce. The fries are slightly seasoned, crisp and hot. These fries are a winner. Prices are great (burger and fries are $9). There's plenty of parking in their shared lot. I counted about eight tables inside for dine-in. If you like smash burgers, I highly recommend.

I've had my fair share and I have to say that these are just as good as Culver's. This location sadly messed my order up once, but gave me the correct order at a reasonable time. So, I have no complaints. I've been to both locations, and this one is more intimate. With a tv that plays all sorts of things from anime to music, has decent decor and quite frankly, a chill vibe, it's the place to go to when you want a quick burger. I just wish they sold beer! Don't let the construction in the area stop you from coming in. It's well worth it.

The dessert and pastries selections seemed less here than other locations but then a lot of places are opting for cookies more because they probably have a longer shelf life. I went with the Pick 2 after I spotted a new hot sandwich called the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. The sandwich consisted of steak, provolone, garlic aioli, caramelized onions, and peppadew peppers on a ciabatta. The sandwich was good however it was a tad soggy on the bottom from too much of something. I also got a cup of their Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup which I've had many times before and I like it. The restroom was clean and stocked. Parking was plentiful right in front of their front door.

I ordered a grilled cheese along with a sugar pie slice and a London fog. They have other baked good options which looked good too. The grilled cheese was very small and I think cheese got into the pan because it was also cooked onto the bottom side of the sandwich. It was a very small grilled cheese. The London fog tasted quite strong and the sugar pie didn't really stand out. There were other items on the menu though that I'd love to try if I ever go back. What I think took this down to 3 stars was the service. When I went to order, I was just stared at and I thought maybe they weren't ready for me yet but they were. There was just no greeting of "Hi, welcome in" or even a "What can I get for you?" It was just a stare and silence. Now the staff were not unkind...they certainly seemed friendly but that lack of greeting didn't feel great. Additionally, they were very quiet or mumbled when calling out orders and so it seemed like many people listening never heard their order including me. I also had to ask again for the pie after having paid. I bought a bandana as well and didn't see the price tag. When I asked how much it was the staff member said it was either 12 or 15 dollars. She rang it up as 15 when later I saw the price tag and it clearly said $12. I showed the staff member and she said it was $15 and it was a handwriting issue for the price tag. I rarely write reviews less than five stars but I do think if there could be a bit more initiative from the staff and orders called out more clearly and louder for drinks so they don't spoil that would really help.
