And even the sides, were all PERFECT. The potato salad? Creamy, seasoned, just enough mustard. The beans? Well-balanced, perfectly flavored, with just enough sweet to Smokey ratio. The fries? I sometimes like to sit at the bar if I'm by myself for lunch, but my wife and I have gone for dinner a couple of times as well. Service is always really good with the staff being very friendly and as attentive as it gets nowadays, better than most. The bar is an old building and it's pretty cool with plenty of seating inside and out and we've never had to wait more than a few moments to be sat. I enjoy getting the chicken strips tossed in the bourbon buffalo sauce. The chicken is always juicy and I like the buffalo sauce. I got a pizza last time and it was fine, if not spectacular. My wife's Reuben was the same. Neither was mind blowing, but they were certainly not terrible. They were exactly what you'd expect from a good place to eat that's a bar in Pacific, MO.
