(April 2025) I will start by start by saying this parking lot design is horrible compared to my favorite location (Brentwood). Honestly, I wish all of the locations were designed like Brentwood's especially for mobile orders. I had some rewards for 5 ct Chick-fil-A nuggets so I redeemed them and ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich with Spicy Filet wrapped in lettuce Meal with a fruit cup and Pineapple Dragonfruit Diet Lemonade. As I am writing this review, I really wish they would bring the Smokehouse Bacon BBQ sandwich back because it was soooo good as well as the Pineapple Dragonfruit Diet Lemonade. read more

Was craving Chick Fil A and placed a pickup order online. I was a bit disappointed in general. The food was kind of dry at this location, not very fresh tasting. But the worst part? So crowded, and the parking lot design is a nightmare. The kid trying to direct people around was making absolutely no sense and yelling at people. This is the most poorly run, dysfunctional, Inefficient Chic Fil A I have ever been to. I just left to go to the one on Manchester. This is an outlier of Chic Fil A's and a disgrace to the franchise. I DID NOT, have a great day at this Chic Fil A, not was it a pleasure to have such poor customer service. I could see two managers/owners in grey shirts within 15 feet that did not acknowledge me. The nice woman I talked to took care of refunding me so I could go to a different Chic Fil A location and have proper service as usual. This location used to have the usual Chic Fil A service that is expected, but has fell off a cliff in the last 6 months. This may be hiring issues/staff shortage, a few people having a bad day, etc... it has been a trend. I will be waiting until Q2 before I give this establishment another chance to redeem themselves. Their catering has continued to be great through all of this time btw, but the drive through is a mess. read more

A slice of tomato would be thicker than the chicken. The sweet tea was delicious. And I love there app much better than McDonald's because it gives me options on everything I order . I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10:25am and got to the drive thru just minutes from the 10:30am cut off time for breakfast and my order was not made and it would not go through. They said this independentLy owned location and thats how it works. When i was able to do this a few times before and no problems. I walked in and talked to the managers myself and they are just rude and unprofessional. I am definitely not going back here anymore. I've ordered from this location before and it has been ok. I usually ask for extra pickles and there's never any extra. Tonight was the same, no extra pickles, just one lonely one. Tonight I was in line to order. There were two cars ahead of me. The employee took both of those cars orders and then walked back into the building. She didn't say anything to me or motion for me to order at the screens, just turned around and left. Once I got past ordering, the car in front of me was stopped at the window for about five mins. They were getting their food but also a few employees came out and were walking around the car and giving hugs to the people inside the car. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food places to hit up! This location is particularly great -- new-ish, free-standing (unlike the mall counterparts...though there are lots of free standing stores popping up), and convenient location for me. When I make the great decision to go to CFA, I am pleased. It is very clean inside the restaurant, even the bathrooms (one of the few fast food bathrooms I visit -- I'm bathroom weird!). Staff are friendly and courteous (though the 'my pleasure' phrase can get tired). They are thoughtful with extras -- I love those ketchup containers! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious -- and man, can they make a good chicken breast! If I'm craving a good chicken sandwich, CFA is where you will find me! My beefs (ha!): sometimes when I order no pickles, they are on there. And by then the juice has saturated the bun and my chicken. It's a whole thing. WHY closed on Sunday? I inevitably find myself craving some CFA on a random Sunday only to find myself disappointed with the closed sign when I cruise past :'( True heartbreak. In closing: Keep opening more CFAs! After circling around this crazy lot, we decided to dine in at this busy location. It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but we were able to find a table, and it was clean! Despite how packed it was, servers called loudly to make sure you heard your order come up. There are free refills, but the machine resides behind the counter, and I was bummed to have to wait in line-- but the second I walked up with my cup, I was noticed, and my drink order was taken, just like that! I was impressed I didn't have to wait, and grateful. The staff also made rounds checking on everyone if they needed anything. They definitely went above and beyond here to make it an enjoyable fast food experience. I ordered the asian style salad- crispy chicken and other delicious toppings. We tried to order our fries crispy because Chick-fil-A usually undercooks their fries. The person taking our order informed us we could not order fries crispy. We've done this for years because their fries are always underdone or borderline raw if you don't. We were assured the fries would be fully cooked and crispy. We opened the bag when we got home to find white, flimsy, undercooked waffle fries. Chick-fil-A is clearly focused on simply getting the order completed and keeping the drive thru moving not quality of the food they serve. We're done with your mediocre food.
