Simple orders are wrong, every time. Rude employees. It's not hard to care about what you put out but they do not

The hardee's at port royal is absolutely terrible every time I go there they seem to mess up the order. I ordered on line when I got there they didn't have 2 things that I ordered. I asked how I was going to get my money back and she told me I had to go online to get my money back. So when I got home there wasn't fries in the bag . I tried to get my money back on line but it was the first time ordering on line. I didn't make an account so I couldn't bring up my order. So now I am kind of pissed that they also forgot my fries. I drove back to the store and told them there want fries and I couldn't get my money back on line. They proceeded to give me my fries and told me it's not there problem . If I didn't like there chicken fingers so much I would never go there but I promise you I will call corporate and tired how rude they are . read more

Literally the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. The food is good when you don't actually have to wait 20 minutes for it

Don't even try the Philly Cheesesteak burger! My burger was burnt and the roast beef was so tough I couldn't chew it; had to spit it out! And we were there at noon. There was one car in front of us and no one behind. They didn't have any fries ready so we had to wait. Not what I call fast food. Since they have raised the prices, they need to get it right. $16.00 for two burger is ridiculous! read more

So I don't know if its just the night crew at this location or what because the day crew is usually pretty spot on! But tonight, I was picking up an order and waited OVER 30 min to get it even though it was an order placed 10min earlier through DoorDash. When I first arrived at the location, it took 5min before anyone even came to the counter to help one of the other FOUR people standing around waiting to be helped. After 10min waiting (and watching cars go through the drive through) I finally asked how long it was going to take for my order to be ready. The lady just said "sir it will be ready when its ready". So in other words....no answer. Another 5min later I asked again....only this time I wasn't even graced with an answer....just completely ignored! Another 5 min go by and I asked for a manager....and guess what....ignored AGAIN! FINALLY after 30 plus min waiting, I get my order and she says "Here you go sorry about the wait" and just walks away. No manager nothing! I left fuming! Day crew...keep doing great!! Night crew...you DEFINITELY need help!! Completely disgusted with the service. read more

if i could give less than one star, i would. we had placed an order that did not go through and upon calling and asking, the RUDE worker hung up. it was obvious she did not want to be there and just wanted to go home. do NOT recommend coming here, you can purchase good food with actual friendly service elsewhere. read more

If there was a rating less than1 star, that's what they'd get. We stood there for over 10 minutes waiting to place our order and were completely ignored by every employee in the building. Not a single person acknowledged that we were there. No "hello" or "someone will be right with you"...nothing! We were not acknowledged in any way. Meanwhile, 4 employees were packed into the drive thru and one employee stood at the end of the counter socializing with who I assume was a friend of hers. It was like we were invisible. Finally after 10 minutes of being completely ignored, my wife and I as well as 2 other couples who came in behind us...all left!! My wife and I headed up the road to Burger King where where we received fast, FRIENDLY service and a delicious meal. We're done with Beaufort Hardee's! read more

For a hamburger chain, Hardee's rocks with their "thick" burgers. All their burgers are also available low-carb style, without the bun, wrapped well in ice burg lettuce. I enjoy finally finding a place that the employees know what low-carb means, without having to explain when ordering. Most places just put the burger pattie in a box. At Hardee's when you ask for low carb, they actually have a "make it low carb" button on the register. I love the crunch of the iceberg lettuce wrap. No soggy lettuce here! Employees at this location are very friendly and bring your food to the table for you. Cashier Timothy was very polite and didn't even flinch when I laid down $9 in quarters. Great low carb burgers! And look for those great Hardee's coupons, which they now extend 30 days past expiration. read more

The biscuits were hard when I got my breakfast a t 7:45 am. C'mon... Hard biscuits that early? On a Sunday???Hardee's is known for pretty awesome "made from scratch" biscuits. By the looks of the other reviews, this location needs to retrain their managers and staff. The food quality is lacking. read more

Iffy service at best. If you are pressed for time, don't stop here. It seems the drive up patrons are served much faster than the walk-ins.

Service is horrible and sloppy. The restaurant is filthy. Either eating in or the drive through the orders are not correct. Several times we have ordered a gravy biscuit combo and received a bowl of grits and not gravy. After taking it back, the staff and manager argued with us even when the receipt proved we were correct. Someone please take over the management! read more

Do not eat here! Just ordered and had the 'pleasure' of having Jakarta as my cashier and 'cook'. I was aware that this Hardee's is a shady establishment but as I watched Jakarta make my food with bare hands and run back and forth to tend to her offspring that she apparently brought to work, I have left disgusted. I had to discard my food so I did not have to deal with more of her poor attitude or hygiene, with her making my food again. I will be writing to corporate and DHEC as this is extremely unhealthy. on 11-29-16 we tried it again. (see my previous reviews) why? because we loved Carls Jr. in Calif. and we wanted to see if it got better, it did not. ordered food and a cup of coffee. went to get a coke. out of ice , out of coke, out of coke zero, out of root beer so I got a wattery dr pepper. told the manager about the sodas and ice, ask about the coffee, manager (?) said she forgot then handed me a warm cup of coffee from the microwave !!! nope, not gonna make coffee for a CUSTOMER at 2:30 pm. food was good. when we left 40 min. later NO ONE had taken care of the ice and sodas. I watched every customer dump out the drinks for 40 min. and complain. 1/3 of the napkin holders at the tables were empty ; I checked. the crew and management here continue to be the WORST I have ever seen and I am 67 yrs. old. I called the home office in Calif. and told them to close this one up because it gives CKE a black eye. next time Arbys, we don't have one of those where we live either. read more
