They call this a loaded omelette biscuit. Biscuit tasted like old butter or Crisco. Maybe 1 egg and barely a teaspoon of"loaded" contents. Not a fluke either, this happened a week or so ago too. Definitely not worth the $6 I paid for 2. I didn't eat either. Ate part of the biscuit of one and that was all I could stomach. Yuck!! read more

By far the worst service I've ever had. First off I paid $12 for 2 sandwiches (1) Frisco Angus and (1) Nashville Hot chicken sandwich after a coupon which is crazy, $1 for a slice of cheese on one sandwich. After I agreed to pay that which I was ok with, I asked for a cup of ice water, she charged another $2.79, oh h..l no I said, take that off. I'm not paying soda prices for water out of a tap, screw that. I take my food to go and got out to my truck to eat the Nashville hot chicken I got to see that it had no cheese after I paid a dollar for that. I take my food back inside and waited 10 minutes to get someone to take and notice me so I yelled back there and said can someone get your ass up here and f..king refund me. She came up to ask what's wrong and I told her so she took it and and they put cheese on but both of my sandwiches are cold now, so i said to her, just f...king refund me cause im not paying $12 f..king dollars to eat cold food. They refused a refund but made my food fresh, I was there almost 30 minutes and I'm beyond angry. I will never eat here again and I hope to help this place goes out of business. read more

Time was tight on the way to the airport and I knew I would have no time to eat on my short layover in Detroit. Bottom line, I needed to go ahead and eat a meal or close to it so I would be good for 6 hours or more. Hardee's fit that bill. Even in the fast food hemisphere this barely managed 2 stars. I had the BBQ grilled chicken sandwich. Passable. I also had fries. Blah. They threw in an apple pie (deep fried) because they were short on fries. Interesting. Had one bite of said pie. The service was entertaining. I was waited on by someone with a name along the lines of "Roxio" or "Roxbury" or something. She had no problem dropping polite colloquialisms on her manager such as "I ain't gone do nuttin'." and "You jus' gone stand or you gone get that?" and "Das my ride ya'll finish now." I was staying at a nearby hotel and the Hardee's close by. My clock read it was almost 11am and Hardee's stop serving breakfast then. I don't have a Hardee's near my home so I run out the hotel room. As I was heading down the elevator I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. Sorry, I don't remember his name. He let me give him my order and had it ready when I arrived. He went above and beyond his job to take a call for my order but I truly appreciated it. I will definitely get takeout from this Hardee's again. read more

Only one star because I can't give no stars. I was staying at a nearby hotel on business. I went through the drive thru and ordered a roast beef sandwich with horseradish and 2 small hamburgers. Upon my return to my room I was dismayed to see Barbecue sauce instead of horseradish. No biggie, lm flexible. I pulled the roast beef sandwich out and opened the container. In addition to roast beef, the gourmet chef decided to spice things up by adding bacon and American cheese to the sandwich. I attempted to eat it and maybe eat half before I said no more, I will have a hamburger. I pulled out a hamburger and was greeted to the culinary delight of a burger that appeared to have spent more than its share of time under a heating lamp. This store was not busy at the time of my visit. I'm not sure if what's going on but definitely will not go back. Very disappointed. read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS HARDEES BETWEEN11pm-5am. The location has a printed faux Hardee's sign in the ground stating they wil charge a late night menu price. The one star is for the nice lady in the drive thru. We went to Hardee's across from Microtel because their food was gross and who knew Hardee's wasn't much better. They must have the same manager or something because they are equally disgusting. My husband's omelet biscuit looked nothing like the picture.. of course! The biscuit was extremely dry and falling apart and the so-called omelet was extremely thin and barely there. It was so disappointing. I'm glad we are just passing through as we travel home because I will never come back! read more

Whilst waiting in line tiny lil girl was on her phone behind the counter, then announcing that Red Burrito was shut down because they was closing at 9pm, so we get to counter to order, wait on our food get it come back to the table to eat just to have cold chicken tenders after we told her specifically that wanted fresh tenders....also looked like the fry grease hadn't been changed in a while...went to counter to tell the lil girl that tenders weren't hot and she stated she told them (guys in kitchen) and not once during check out did I hear her tell them that we wanted the tenders fresh...**bold face lie* didn't make any effort to fix it either so we asked for our money back... This is a huge reason why we hadn't ate here in a while over the years Service here has gone to the sh**er, service was poor and so was the Food, we just happened this night to have a craving for their tenders... 10/10. Perfect service. I love this Hardee's so much and the people who work there are literally the nicest people I have ever met. They always put a smile on my face. The food is so good, especially the French fries. Always good quality. The line is super fast and i definitely recommend this resteraunt. read more

We always go to the South Charleston Hardee's with low expectations but sometimes it fits the bill. But this experience merits mention even with that caveat. We ordered $16 worth of mushroom Swiss combos knowing we were going to wait 10 or more minutes. After that wait, the rude server at the window told us they were 'out of mushroom sauce' - without an apology or solution. This is it - we are done with competent Hardee's locations. Our car broke down on the highway and we stopped at this Hardee's to call for a tow. The restaurant was about to close, but the manager let us stay inside, in the a/c, until we could find a tow truck and a place to stay the night. We had our tired 1 year old with us, and that can be a hassle, but the staff was kind and extremely helpful. They let us borrow their phone book and went about their business closing up the restaurant as we ate and tried to figure out what to do so far from home with a broken down vehicle. The food was as good as any fast food place, and we were grateful for their help and consideration! read more
