With our first game at 10:00 a.m., coffee was a must, so we found a little place called Coal River Coffee Company. The coffee was outstanding, and the welcoming atmosphere immediately reminded us of our hometown of London, Ohio. As we were leaving, we noticed Shuckers Seafood & Italian Fare just down the street and decided we'd give it a try after our games. We went with another baseball family, and between all of us, just about every part of the menu was represented. Seafood, Italian dishes, appetizers, desserts--you name it. Every single meal was incredible. In fact, it was so good that we came back the very next evening! I'm not sure who was happier when we walked in for round two--our waitress, Reagan, who greeted us like old friends, or our group knowing we were about to have another amazing meal.
