I told him, "Yes, I have been doing to this location for years." So he says, who did you talk to? Josh? I said yes. He went on to say all he had to do was go the next step and lock it in. You don't have an appointment. But he did fix it and wanted to work me in. I just left because I was done with his rudeness and smart comments.
