The result was an herb garden, beauty berry bushes that provide berries for animals and can act as a "bug spray," and quick grow rye to prevent erosion until I can come up with other plans. I stayed in frequent contact after the grading was done, especially because I was distressed watching the work literally wash away in the summer rains. Had photos or a site visit been requested in any of those communications, I would have complied promptly. When photos were requested, I supplied them nearly immediately. And as for the scope of work, I legitimately had no idea what the initial quote included. I stressed to the company I had zero experience with a yard of my own, so I asked for guidance about what I should do on my property. There was apparently a massive communication gap. We don't know what we don't know; that's why we hire people. I stand by the review.

We had gotten so far behind in managing the, and the storms made it worse. There were branches, leaves, cut up trees, brush, Ivy, and even satan himself was there. I first contacted the person who use to do the back yard, but he had started doing a different business. So, I got on Yelp, searched, and Yelp did its thing! I got many estimates from different contractors. I decided to go with this company, because this is where my spirit led me. Mr. Alex, came out and did an estimate. All I can say, is that for what needed to be done, and what Alex charged, was not worth it. This man, and his company, deserves a million dollars, for the peace he brought me. We were unable to start on time, because of these pesky storms. Like, why did it have to rain, when the number 1 contractor, was coming to make our yard, look like a ray of light, filled with sunshine and daffodils? Whyyyy? When the rain stopped, Alex was true to his word. He arrived on time, was respectful, had great communication, and was/is a hard worker. He is trustworthy, and honest. Alex and his crew worked through the heat, all day.....until a storm, yup another rain storm, rained them out. Alex and his crew came back, within two days, to finish the rest. Let me tell you what this company did for my family and I. He removed a big pile of disaster. The pike had trees, leaves, and wood. He removed vines from our trees, he removed Ivy, a big doggone swing set, a bunch of shrubbery, and removed little trees. Y'all, he hauled it away too. Thank ya Jesus!!! But, but, that's not all..... he made it to where we can open our gate in the back yard. Dirt was preventing it from opening. Don't yall know that thats not it? In the midst, of cleaning the abyss, yes my yard WAS the abyss, Alex killed 4 poisonous snakes. 4 poisonous snakes, that could have sent any one of us to to the hospital. This company, made everything so easy. It eased my mind, and didn't break my bank account, that had been dry and drought like. Many wanted to charge so much, that we would have had to wait and save up, thus slipping the back yard further into the darkness. We thank you AT Landscaping. He left debris laying around and it should have been removed. All of this and I paid $120. It was a half-ass job. I texted later after giving a thorough look to express my concerns about the work. He promptly replied, if I didn't like his work to find another company. Again, unprofessional. If a client isn't satisfied, you address the issue. Simple. Unfortunately, with so many random people trying to have a business these days, you can't expect them all to navigate with integrity. Best to stick with those you've been referred to by others.
