He provided me with excellent advice via phone, and after being refused further treatment by my previous vet, Dr. Sidorsky offered to come by my home and provide me with some options. All of our animals, including my sick dog, felt comfortable around him, and he provided me with detailed 1 on 1 instruction in administration of the antibiotics and use of equipment that he provided me. He followed up with me on a daily basis regarding progress, and made a second house call to confirm that my dog's health had improved. At the initial visit, we were discussing hospice and a shot in the dark to save my dog's life. Now we're discussing how much he has improved. His prices were on par (if not lower in some ways ) than my normal vet, and his bedside manner professional and compassionate. I've found my new vet, and am recommending him to all my friends. Having a vet do house call may seem a bit odd at first glance, but I can say from experience that it's my new preference (no more having to load the animal into the car and have them terrified at the smell of the regular vet). Try his service out. You won't be disappointed.

Mixed review--- My kitten suddenly went limp while playing with my family and I rushed him here…read morebecause they're 5 mins away. Kitten was a healthy normal kitten that had seen my regular vet etc. They X-ray'd his chest to find fluid around his heart, the there vet said he most likely had a congenital heart defect that caused this, it's something that happens. Positive note -- they did not charge me for the X-rays being that they did it for teaching purposes, nor did they charge me for the items used to try to resuscitate him. (He was a DOA sadly) so I only paid the Exam Fee and Cremation Fee. The staff members I met were all lovely, helpful, and kind throughout this whole process and I still think kindly of them thinking about this whole experience. Negative/Confusing part- A week later I get a phone call saying I have been reported to the MSPCA officer saying he needs to come to the house to examine the other pets because there were "injuries seen upon further examination that seem to be from foul play or possible strangulation" Here I am devastated and grieving my baby... now add confused, and just taken aback. I understand that they are mandatory reporters in any sort of suspicious circumstances but I'm still confused at why they wouldn't tell me beforehand that they sensed foul play? I'm glad the whole situation is over with and I have my cremated baby back but it all just rubbed me the wrong way.... (My dog is healthy and happy btw, MSPCA officer came out to see him and talk about the situation.)

I recently had to put my dog down for medical issues. The staff were horrible and treated me like I was at an interrogation! It is the owners decision and it broke my heart but what I felt was best for my dog. The staff treated me terribly! Don't they teach compassion in school for this very daunting task of euthanasia?? I would not recommend this practice at all! Go somewhere else! I hope the vet (who is very young) sees this and that her treatment of me follows her to the end of her career! I will never get over the added trauma she and her staff have caused me. I still have nightmares!

We ended up at American Goldendoodle after watching a co-workers goldendoodles and falling in love with them. My sister-in-law also has a goldendoodle from American Goldendoodle and we thought that she got lucky with a one-in-million pup. Once we figured out that her pup was also from American Goldendoodle--we knew it was NOT a coincidence that all of pups we knew from Denise/American Goldendoodle had one-in-a-million personalities. It was then we knew we had to go there & I called Denise. These pups are just truly the happiest pups, eager to learn, eager to please and ready to LOVE endlessly. Denise makes the entire process easy and stress-FREE with flexible availability & plenty of options for pups. If you want a pup that will love you endlessly & a positive, memorable dog buying experience--you have to go to American Goldendoodle. I promise, you won't regret it. Thank you so much, Denise! Once little Scout is fully trained, we will be back to get her a sibling! :)

We couldn't be happier with Penny and feel so grateful to American Goldendoodlefor giving us such a special addition to our family!"

My wife and I dropped our dogs off for a weekend of boarding and grooming. We left instructions for…read morethe groomer to groom our boy and do a practice grooming of our girl. We were also told that the grooming would be recorded so that we could watch the session if anything weird happens. When we picked up our dogs, it became clear that the boy's grooming was incomplete. He had little knots on his head and a large knot on his tail, as well as a new bald spot on his chest. When we spoke to the groomer about it, she said that he was difficult and wouldn't sit still so that she couldn't complete it, and she said that the bald spot was a cowlick. This didn't *seem* right, because he gets groomed 4 times a year and in the previous place they never had any issues with him at all, and we pet his chest all the time and would've noticed a bald cowlick spot before. She was also not told that the girl was supposed to get a pretend grooming session at all, so that never happened. Since the boy has never been an issue before, we wanted to see the video that we were told we could see if we requested it (we wanted to know what might've set him off), but then we were told that we couldn't because the video system has been down for weeks. The manager I spoke with didn't care and just told me that the groomers rent out the rooms so they aren't responsible for what they do. We contacted the owner but she hasn't responded and instead blocked us on the company Facebook page. Best case, this place has terrible communication amongst the staff and the groomer, poor customer service, and a broken video system. I wouldn't trust my dogs there.

Our 3.5 year old Yorkie, Loki, was so full of…read moreanxiety that he would literally run around the house terrified for four hours straight barking and "screaming" as we called it (like the screaming goat) as late as midnight. It wasn't his fault, but we had to do something. He was taking medication recommended by our vet at the time. Christina's first visit was spent talking to us through Loki's barking and crying from his crate literally right next to us. She could see that in this state, he needed help before he needed training. She recommended we talk to our vet about a different medication, as she suspected the one he was taking was actually making his anxiety worse. She also recommended a change in his diet from store bought (high end) to homemade. We agreed to do these things and meet again in two weeks. When she came back, Loki was a different dog. He still needed training and still had anxiety, but we could now learn how to desensitize him to the things he was afraid of. (Doorbell, packages, strangers on walks, other dogs) Christina taught us the skills to train Lokie on these issues. Desensitizing will take time and commitment on our end and we are doing our best. :) We were not looking to teach our dog tricks, he does know the basics now though. We were looking for peace for Loki and our family. We are able to sit with him and take him places once again. THANK YOU CHRISTINA!!
