I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

The manager directs me to the manufacturer multiple times to get new parts until the 120 days return window is closed and then reminds me that returns are not possible. I'm told that I am valued and will get a call on Monday and on Wednesday have to call back and wait more days. Sure, they give you a "good deal" which means sell you crap and then figure out a way for you not to be able to return it. There's a reason that the claims link goes directly to adjustable frames - run from this store. Maybe another location is more honest and fair to customers

On June 2nd, the items were delivered but the queen sized box spring would not fit up the stairs. The delivery company took the box spring and told me to contact the store to get a split box spring instead. Since then, I have called over and over again. They never answer the phone and won't return my messages. One time, I got a person on the phone who told me he would call me right back but he never did. I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily it is a $200 box spring and not a $3,000 mattress. I would NEVER trust this company with an expensive purchase. As much as I wanted to love my mattress, I have to say I'm disappointed with the one I selected…read more Being indecisive and reluctant to commit to a mattress for the next decade, I chose the one that you could swap out the top layer for different firmness levels. On one half of the bed I got medium and soft, and on the other half, I got soft and soft. I prefer soft beds but even the soft/soft layered side is a little too firm for my taste. I never did get used to it and I've had it for nearly a year at this point. The part that makes me regret choosing this particular mattress is that it's impossible to get the layers to sit just right. They need to be snug and it's hard to get them not to slope. It's like a two layer cake where the layers never quite line up just right. I love that the materials are eco friendly and honestly I would consider a different mattress from the same store, just not one with layers that shift so easily. I think I paid around $4,000 for this mattress, but they sell a traditional spring mattress for half that price and I wish I had gone with that one instead (and then maybe bought a topper for softness).
