Hardwood Creations is a great company unfortunately its sad you are not able to see the other reviews besides this negative review. We spent over $40,000.00 on our wood flooring project and Robert was a total professional. He came over to assess the project the day I contacted him and quickly followed up with a very reasonable wood flooring estimate for a custom, complicated hardwood floor installation & refinishing. Despite some minor setbacks with the hardwood flooring supplier here in Houston, he still managed to finish the job a day ahead of schedule and on budget. Not to mention he left our home cleaner than he found it. I'm impressed with his work ethic and the end result. I was shocked to receive such personalized, thoughtful attention to detail. I recently used Hardwood Creations to refinish the wood floors in my home, so that I could put it on the market for sale. I had other contractors tell me the floors needed to be replaced and could not be repaired. Robert assured me he could repair the floors and make them look as good as new, so I hired him. I could tell by our short conversation that he knew what he was talking about. I couldn't have been happier when the floors were done! Houston Hardwood Creations did an amazing job on our home! We had wood flooring installed and other parts refinished to look uniform, the installation is flawless and the refinishing is awesome! I have to admit with an initial deposit up front I was a little hesitant, but after I spoke with Robert everything seemed great he is very trust worthy and honest. He recommended colors and finishes for our modern decor. The sanding process was clean and timely never had any problems what so ever. I had about 2500 square feet of new floor installed, and about 800 square feet of existing floor refinished. The new floor is exactly what I was looking for - solid hardwood upstairs and flat cut engineered floor downstairs on the slab. Just beautiful. The refinishing job on the rotary cut engineered wood downstairs was also very well done but the wood on that floor just doesn't compare to the new product that Robert provided. read more

This company and its crew did a great job in our house. We had some tenants with dogs that scratched our wood floors badly, in order to sell the house we asked this company for advise, they recommended a full refinishing work.
