This is a pretty good bbq trailer. We just so happened to be riding down the street and spotted it. I must say it did not disappoint. I only ordered "The Bull," which is a beef brisket sandwich. The brisket was tender with a good amount of flavor, but somewhat dry. Had the meat dried out more, this review would've reflected that. I highly suggest the spicy sauce for the brisket. It assisted in making the sandwich enjoyable considering the hydration of the meat. The lady here was very friendly and offered her potato salad to try. It was a loaded potato salad that was mayonnaise based, but had something in it that gave it a twangy taste. I would definitely go again and try something else. The time had gotten away from me and it was nearly 2pm and I had not had lunch. I was so hungry. As my date and I drove by the Village Green we saw this great looking food truck. FULL STOP! The flavor drools began to explode in my mouth when I saw the word "BRISKET" but I had to contain myself. We dashed over to the truck, looked at the menu board... honestly, i wanted to order everything but I restrained myself being the lady that I am. I calmly ordered the Bull Brisket sandwich, my date the same but he ordered the BBQ beans, as well. I don't do beans. We ordered to go and while we only had 5 minutes to get to the house, the senses were convulsing over the delicious smells escaping from the bag filled with my brisket sandwich. I couldn't wait to get home and tear open my bag of deliciousness. That first bite, oh that first amazing bite pert near made me cry it was so tender and incredibly delicious. More so than I expected. While my date was kind enough to share his sandwich with my dog, I on the other hand declined to share. I know, seems mean but this brisket was the very best I ever tasted and I've done my fair share of food tasting around the world. This by far was the all time best and I plan to chase this truck down at every possible opportunity. I would recommend it to you but I want it all for me :) So good!!!!! read more
