Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

He switched me from 80 mg of a stating to 10 mg, even though I have had a heart attack and three stents. Yesterday I had a near heart attack, and another stent put in an artery that went from 60% blocked to over 90% in less than a year, and two of my original stents that looked fine last year is now 50% blocked. My doctor here (I'm no longer in California) confirmed that the reduced medicine was the reason for the current issues. Dr. Costa mismanaged my health and completely ignored many other concerns and his improper treatment nearly caused me to die. In addition, the entire staff are unhelpful, ignorant, and not in any way compassionate. Run, don't walk, away from GVHC. Going there will literally put your life in danger.

Last time I seen him he rattled off some nonsensical garble and I responded: "what"? He then proceeded to yell at me, repeating what he had previously said. Her staff is caring and excellent with follow up when needed. I have been advised by her staff that Dr. Shiva will be reducing her work hours due to family commitments and will be adding a PA or NP to help with the workload and my next appointment will be with this new addition to the office, so we will see how that goes. Plenty of parking close to the door. Easy access for the mobilty impaired. The office is clean with modern equipment. The waiting area is small but had alway felt "not crowded." I highly recommend this office and the high level of care I have found there.
