Dr. Yalamanchili at the Belage Center performed a lower facelift and neck lift on me and the results have been absolutely amazing!!! He is an outstanding surgeon whose meticulous attention to detail produced just the results I wanted! I have been seeing Dr. Yalamanchili for many years and through my late 40's and early 50's he was able to keep my face relatively youthful looking by way of ultherapy, sculptra, voluma and laser treatments. But as I approached my late 50's, these options became less effective and my jowling and saggy neck became more pronounced. Since I am basically a happy, active and youthful feeling person, I hated the frowning older appearance my face was taking on. My face no longer portrayed the real me. I knew it was time to go for surgery. When I arrived at the hospital for my surgery I was of course a little nervous, but as I was prepared for surgery I was introduced to my anesthesiologist and the rest of the team besides Dr. Yalamanchili who would be taking care of me in surgery and I felt like I was in good hands. The next thing I knew, I was waking up and being told that the surgery was over. There was no pain at all and I was just a little groggy from the anesthesia. I spent the night in the hospital and had to remain on my back throughout the night. I never needed any pain medication at all. The next morning, Dr. Yalamanchili removed the dressing from around my face and I couldn't believe what I saw! My jaw line was perfect, jowls were gone, no more saggy neck and not one single bruise!!! Incredible! I went home that morning and really took it easy for the next 5 days. It was a long surgery and therefore it took a little while to regain my strength. But by day 6, I was able to go out to a restaurant looking great! Sutures were well hidden around and behind my ears and since there was never any bruising to speak of, no one even suspected that I had had surgery less than a week before. I would highly recommend Dr. Yalamanchili to perform surgery or to help you with any concerns you have about your face. He is never pushy and always offers options along with their expected results. Dr. Yalamanchili performed Ultherapy on my face and neck in 2012, and I was so happy with the results that I came back to him in 2018 to have him perform Ultherapy on my face and neck again. Dr. Yalamanchili performs the Ultherapy himself, whereas other doctors advertise the procedure, yet delegate performing the procedure to an assistant. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Yalamanchili. He is outstanding in every single way. He runs on time!! He actually sees you at your appointment time!! He is patient with questions, he is up to date with all technologies, and I appreciate his professional yet warm demeanor. Ultherapy is an uncomfortable treatment no matter who performs it. But you can discuss your pain tolerance with Dr. Yalamanchili ahead of time, and he is able to adjust the intensity of the treatment accordingly. But just know ahead of time that with Ultherapy, you get better results with a more aggressive (uncomfortable) treatment. However, the discomfort ends the absolute second that the wand leaves your face, it is not a lingering pain or discomfort. Anyway, I am the type who wants maximum results for my money, so I told Dr. Yalamanchili to be very aggressive with the treatment intensity level, so it was uncomfortable but only for the duration of the treatment. However, you could tell him up front that you want minimal discomfort, and he would adjust accordingly. Dr. Yalamanchili is a world class cosmetic surgeon with excellent technique and bedside manner. Discuss pricing and pain management ahead of time, and be realistic regarding results. I will continue to see him every 5 years for Ultherapy until it is time for him to do my facelift ;) read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Yalamanchili for a few years. Dr. Yalamanchili is an artist, he has a good eye and knows exactly how to make you look soft and natural looking with his meticulous application of Botox. I never have trouble with bruising or bleeding and it is only minimally painful. I am always thrilled with the results!! He's also honest and genuine and really wants you to be happy with your results, he really cares. He is a perfectionist and I respect him and his work. Dr. Yalamanchili graduated from one of the best medical schools in the country(Georgetown) and was talented and driven enough to train at one of the best facial plastic surgery fellowships in the country. From the second you walk in this office you will know you are in great hands. The staff are well informed and as nice as they come. Once I meet Dr Yalamanchili I knew he was the doctor for me. He went over options, side effects and results. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I feel like he is a perfectionist and that is what I want in a Doctor working on my face. I had lip augmentation. He made my lips look so natural and beautiful. The procedure was a bit uncomfortable, but totally worth it. I will continue to get the filler according to his recommendation. I had known of Dr. Yalamanchili and the "Belage Center" for a few months before I visited his office. A few friends of mine are patients of his and each of them couldn't stop raving about him. During my Botox treatment, Dr. Yalamanchili made sure I was informed and answered all the questions I had about Botox, the follow up, what the treatment would entail. We even went as far as to discuss possible future treatments for some area's I believe could use some help. After our in depth discussion he began the treatment and checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent in every way. Dr. Yalamanchili and his staff set the bar. They are very professional yet so comforting and personable. Dr. Yalamanchili is very knowledgeable and customizes all procedures/treatments for you based on your needs; he will tell you if another product or treatment might suit you better. I have been told the key to getting great Botox is in the injector,, this is so true (along with his other treatments). The areas that are treated have such longer lasting and better results than what a certified technician can do. I had a Septoplasty procedure to correct my deviated septum with Dr. Yalamanchili. I highly recommend Dr. Yalamanchili.
