In about May 2025, I brought my 2012 Mercedes -Benz 350 ML with 4 wheel drive into their shop. I was pretty discouraged about having swiped a solid telephone pole ( to avoid another car aiming at me) that crunched the right side of my car. Matt helped me understand that if I sold the car back to the insurers for the $12,000 offered, then I could not expect to be able to buy it back from the insurer without the notation that the car was totaled. This dismayed me because I wanted to keep the car. Jump forward to March 2026. I returned to Nashville Collision to get my car returned and pay for it personally. In the interim, I accepted the estimated $7000 from my insurance so I could keep my car, which only had about 50,000 miles on it and ran like a top. I asked Matt if his estimate from the prior year was still good. He said yes! I took my car in and was dazzled by its beautiful condition when I picked it up around April 8, 2026. It looks brand new. They fixed a few things that I had not realized were broken like my taillight and a few scratches. They installed brand new OEM passenger side doors so all of the work is still OEM quality. They detailed the car inside and out, making it as clean and sparkling as it was when I bought it in 2013. The team was patient and always courteous to me. I am so glad I decided to keep my car and use Nashville Collision, a certified Mercedes body work shop, to repair my car!! I got more value than I could have dreamed that I would get. It was refreshing to speak with Matt, who has been nothing but kind and professional and extremely helpful with my questions and most importantly the handling of my vehicle. This was an insurance job and Nashville Collision was able to take care of my issues and work around some items Progressive refused to address (horrible auto insurance per my neighbor who caused the auto damage)! Friendly people, fair pricing, updates via phone; however, once I saw my vehicle, I was utterly disappointed. Upon inspecting my car I found: 1- Thick layer of dust covering the inside dash, steering wheel, and floor mats 2- Trash inside the vehicle (wax pen, plastic floor mat covers) 3- Misaligned fender 4- Missing R and L hinge covers (they took the drivers side one off to match although drivers side was not worked on) 5- Hollow sounding door upon closure 6- Failed to inform me that the some paint protective film would need to be removed. Vehicle returned without it The tech who returned my vehicle to me had said he worked on nine cars in 7 hours, and was "sorry that the car had not been dried nor the plastic floor mat covers removed." I had taken the car back several weeks later to attempt to have these issues fixed. Some of the issues were fixed; however, the missing hinge covers and hollow sounding door remained. The owner himself even worked on my car and couldn't properly diagnose the door issue! When expressing my dissatisfaction with the work the owner said "there's nothing more I can do, cars are just big tin cans." I ended up taking the car to another auto body shop and they diagnosed and corrected the problem within MINUTES! Now my car is as good as new! To Walter Colson and employees: PLEASE treat your customers vehicles like your own. I take great pride in my vehicle and was SO SO SO disheartened to see it treated and returned in this state. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you care about your vehicle at all!!!

I paid about $2,700 out of pocket on top of what my insurance already paid, and the vehicle is still not restored to its pre-accident condition. They even returned my car with a scratched sensor. While they paid to address that, the main issue is STILL not fixed. I was constantly sent back and forth between AW Collision and Lexus of Nashville with no real accountability. This wasted a lot of my time and still left me with an unresolved problem. I was originally referred to this shop by Lexus of Nashville, but I later confirmed through my insurance and Lexus that AW Collision is not a Lexus-certified collision center, which makes the recommendation even more concerning. Now I'm being told the issue could be "because the car was in an accident," which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a proper repair. I have filed a case with Lexus corporate and submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be posting photos, messages, and emails as proof of everything. Save yourself the time, money, and stress -- go somewhere else.

Upon my research I learned AW was the only shop with Porsche repair certification and also the only shop that I called that didn't tell me no when I asked if they work on Porsche. It seemed like an easy choice from there, but my insurance (State Farm) thought differently. State Farm will tell you AWs rates are "above market", but when I did a deep dive into competing rates in the area, they are right on par with the local free market rates, and that's not even taking into consideration that often working on a luxury/European vehicle often comes at higher rate - the rates are in line with the average hourly cost of repair for any vehicle. Despite State Farm fighting with me and AW single inch of the way during this repair, AW went above and beyond allowing me to schedule an in person inspection with a State Farm collision appraiser and they continued to push back by submitting supplemental material to State Farm to ensure that this repair was being done properly and to the correct standard set forth by Porsche. No shortcuts were taken, no work was rushed, and the attention to detail regarding the damage under the bumper and to the repair itself met my standards (which arguably can be a little high at times). I spoke with 5+ different employees at the shop during my repair, and was always treated with kindness, respect, and a high level of professionalism. The workmanship has my car looking good as new! Also, the life of the vehicle warranty on the repair gives me a piece of mind for the future, although it's not anticipated that I'll need to use that. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciate the work put into getting my vehicle back to original condition and a quality repair!

After confirming the price--including TTL and a $699 dealer doc fee--I provided my state's DMV contact information to help facilitate the out-of-state process. I was told C.R. needed to check with their title office, and that I'd receive answers ASAP early in the week. Instead, I received vague updates and was left waiting with no follow-up. It wasn't until Thursday morning, when I reached out myself, that I was finally informed the truck had been sold to a relative of the owner. Up until that point, I had no idea the deal had even fallen through. CR mentioned they don't take deposits and operate in good faith as a small-town dealership that values transparent deals. I accepted that at face value, trusted we were working toward a sale, and let them know I was fully approved by my lender and ready to move forward the moment title confirmation came through. I understand that "business is business," but the lack of communication, transparency, and basic professionalism made this a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that doesn't back up its word or respect a customer's time and trust.
