January 2022 - Snowmobile * Returned sled to me with ZERO coolant in the engine after dealer service April 2022 - Snowmobile * Returned sled to me and it would not start. Found out the main harness was not plugged in after dealer service * Returned sled to me with wires hanging directly beside my clutch that would have gotten wrapped around the clutch if started * Did not reconnect the negative cable on my battery October 2023 - SXS * Returned my SXS to me with the Seatbelt Incorrectly installed. The mounting plate was clamping the seatbelt at the base of the seat so that the belt would not retract once extended (pic) * Retuned my sled to me after a warranty engine replacement with an improperly installed gasket that resulted in an engine oil leak (pic) * Returned my sled to me after a warranty engine replacement with the ground bolt for the bus bar not screwed down which caused fuses to constantly be blown January 2024 - Snowmobile * Returned sled to me with a wiring harness zip tied to my spare belt (pic) * Did not reconnect the battery charging cable (pic) Feedback was given to the dealership at each incident. As shown above the feedback consistently fell on deaf ears as more and more incidents continued to occur. I ended up providing the feedback to Polaris instead of the dealership through a Polaris Dealership Survey request. The dealership and I have parted ways.

I brought my 2018 Street Glide in for a transmission repair. After the work and a test ride, I was told it now needed about $8,500 in engine repairs due to alleged lifter failure and a damaged lifter bore. Before approving that, I got a second opinion from an independent Harley-Davidson shop in Florida. They found a different issue: the primary chaincase had no lubricant. After refilling the fluid and replacing the primary cover gasket, the ticking noise attributed to major engine damage disappeared. The technician also noted the lifter bore damage was unlikely to be the cause. The engine work was never done because I declined it. Since the transmission repair had already been completed, it's unclear why the primary chaincase was empty after the service and test ride. This resulted in over $6,100 in out-of-pocket costs, not including a canceled Sturgis trip, lost PTO, travel expenses, and lost time with family. I attempted to resolve this privately with the dealership before posting, but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. While mistakes can happen, I'm concerned that an apparent incomplete transmission repair was followed by a recommendation for a major engine overhaul rather than identifying the actual issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend House of Harley-Davidson's service department. I encourage riders to consider other options until improvements are made in workmanship, quality control, and accountability. If the dealership ultimately takes responsibility and resolves this fairly, I will update this review accordingly.

Rev order and replaced the the brakes and he also said that the axle was worn and he replaced it. Once he gave me the price for the whole job it was still cheaper than the dealer, so I also asked him if he could put on a throttle lock, he found one online installed it and everything works great. Rev never found anything to try to upcharge me on like the fluid in my blinkers needed to be changed and he was very honest. I recommend going there if you want a honest mechanic.

They have a very large TWO STORY showroom, one of the largest of the 22 on the trip. They also have a stage outside for concerts! The bike nights here must be insane. I hope I'm lucky enough to check one out later in life. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land. I spent probably 15 minutes talking to the staff upstairs telling them about my trip and where I was off too next. If you are in the area you have to stop by and check this place out.

I couldn't even have the bike towed bike to Milwaukee because their truck was broken. The costs for repairs are $2600! The clutch and stator were damaged. I have tried contacting the dealer, but have not received a phone call back. They responded to my Google review noting to contact them, but when I did they never responded. Their response was purely to make themselves look as if they are responsive. I understand that when you buy a used bike you take chances, but this is crazy. MJ was responsive and answered the many questions I had. I asked for more detailed photos and a short video. MJ was happy to get those to me quickly. Paperwork was easy and He stayed in touch throughout the process. Title arrived quickly and via certified mail. Price and condition of the Harley was spot on. No surprises when I took delivery and a great deal. Battery had a decent charge and fired right up. Shipping: Haulbikes was who RTT used to ship the bike to California. The overal shipping experience was positive and Haulbikes did send me an initial ETA and email updates along the way. Haulbikes was a couple weeks later than their original ETA but that was still more than a week EARLIER than what MJ had told me to expect. MJ did a great job setting the correct expectation around shipping times. Overall a fantastic buying experience.
