A few months later, I found out I had a massive brain tumor and while I was in the hospital, people came in my house and burglarized it. So, I called several Big Rock locations for help in getting the paperwork replaced. I couldn't even get them to return my phone call. I am so disappointed for choosing to spend my money here when I could've given it to someone that actually valued my customer experience. I will continue to write these reviews if it keeps 1 more customer from wasting their time and money at this place in spite of giving them several opportunities to remedy the issue. Employee working was rude when we called on the phone as well as unhelpful. When we came to get our bikes (since no ETA could be provided on a delivery time except "sometime tomorrow I think") we stood for 40 minutes only to receive rusted and beat up bikes and a kiddie cart that was full of dirt and sand and so wore out it won't stay closed. For $302 for four bikes for three days this is unacceptable. I also asked if I could have a receipt. No. Do I need to sign anything? No. Do you need to mark our name off a list? No. Do you need to write it down so you don't deliver our bikes tomorrow since we picked them up? No. They literally did not check the online reservations or ask for our name or confirmation number. Basically they have no system other than taking your money online for shit bikes. We could have walked in and just got these without paying for them!

Safety is really important to Pat and he will make sure your bike is safe to ride. Had a little hiccup when I got the bike home but Pat immediately took ownership and resolved the issue and while he had the bike he even drained the primary and adjusted the clutch at no extra charge. Pat also solved an electrical issue with a turn signal that other shops had said they fixed.

I stopped in to get my fluids checked and to get an oil change just to clear my mind for an upcoming road trip and what I was met with was the warmest group of guys imaginable. When I asked him later how much he declined to make money because he said it was too hot outside for me not to drink it..... wait what? I contacted the local Harley dealer and they said - "yeah - that shop has problems - go to Oceana Cycles if you want a knowledgeable mechanic." So I did. Steve at Oceana Cycles took one look at my engine and knew the other shop had gone down the wrong track by trying to repair my oil pump. He started the engine, saw oil leak and knew he was right since it had been running 20 minutes earlier. He started it the next morning and it puked all over the shop. He diagnosed a clogged fuel overflow tube, rebuilt the carb and replaced the clogged tube by the day after, and I picked it up running like a top for a reasonable fee. If you ride a motorcycle in Virginia Beach, go see Trey Hodges and his mechanic, Steve when you need work!
