Associated Glass - Lynnwood

We just had virtually all of our window panes replaced by Associated Glass and we could not be more…read morepleased. They are the best! We also had them re-wire just about every one of our screens. Top notch, the bee's knees, kudos, etc. We also had a master bath mirror replaced. I guess I'm raving about this company but they really are fantastic. I recommend them highly, without reservation!

We got a rock chip on I5 on our A Class Motorhome. We contacted our insurance…read more Company and the only place within the area that would repair a rock chip on an A class motorhome was Associated Glass in Lynnwood. They made an appointment within a week. And the repair was completed timely. Now for the bad. They are not set up for motorhomes or any big vehicles. Although we could pull into the driveway on the side of their business the only choice we had when leaving was to back out onto busy HWY 99 or going forward down a badly maintained gravel alley to a street to the west. We chose to drive down the gravel alley. What a disaster that was. Huge potholes (more like the size of sinkholes) tree limbs (which we got out and broke so they wouldn't damage our rig). It took very skilled driving maneuvers to get through without damage. If Associated glass really wants to repair windshields in motorhomes or larger vehicles they should do the following. 1. Have employees that will somehow team to safely back customers out into HWY 99. 2. Work with or ask the city and other businesses to repair/ lay new gravel on the alley access. 3. Have an offsite meeting place like a parking lot where they can repair windshield rock chips. 4. Have a mobile tech go to a customers home.
