I go to Harleysville Nail and Spa for manicures about very 2 to 3 weeks and pedicures several times a year. They have the best staff! The receptionists are pleasant and the technicians are prompt and efficient. If you're not completely satisfied for some reason they'll do everything to make you happy and want to come back. This place is some times a hit or miss. Sometimes my manicure will last a week and other times over a month. Certain people who work there are incredibly nice and great at their jobs and while others sometimes can't file a nail straight and are very rude. The guy at the front desk isn't friendly at all any time I go in there. I just called to book an appointment and he forgot he put me on hold. Left me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me he didn't have any appointments for the day I wanted to go in. With such inconsistent service, I'm going to start going elsewhere even though I've been coming here for years. read more

I have tried almost every nail salon in Harleysville/Souderton/Telford and this has been my go to place pretty much since they opened. It is beautiful and clean inside. There is a really nice young man at reception who always greets you with a smile, and the owner is very friendly as well. They have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen at any salon- and the girl who does my refills is SUPER FAST. I have gotten the spa pedicure by Kathy and it was amazing as well. I made reservations earlier in the day for manis and Pedis and the guy on the phone said he could take us no problem. We get here and they put us in the chairs to soak to wait a few minutes (which is no problem). Two more people came in after us (same appointment time but they came about ten minutes later) and got helped almost instantly. I continued to sit and wait in the chair for almost an hour waiting for someone to help me. No one even gave an explanation why or told us how long we'd have to wait. The guy that runs it is very unprofessional and obviously doesn't care. The place is beautiful but the man who runs it needs to improve. I had a pedicure here last weekend and was very impressed not just with the facility (relatively new and much nicer than most you find locally), but also with the staff and their products. The person who worked with me did a great job trimming and shaping the nails and the massage was fantastic! This is slightly cheaper than my other favored local shop, so I'll be back for sure! This nail salon is beautiful, the ladies are very kind, and the experience was good, however, I had to leave a review because of how dissatisfied I was with my manicure. I went in for a gel manicure. I have gotten many gel manicures in my lifetime and they are supposed to last a while (about week and a half to two weeks). The woman who did my nails did a very messy job. She got the gel polish on my cuticles and skin surrounding my nails. Anyone who knows how to properly use gel polish knows that the polish should only touch the nails, otherwise the manicure does not last and starts peeling much sooner than it should. Just three days after getting my manicure, I noticed that the gel was peeling up on each corner of my nails. I called the nail salon to tell them and mentioned that I would like to come back and get them fixed, but was on vacation that week. I kept going back and forth with them over the phone and all they could offer me was $5 off my next manicure at first and then it changed to $10 off. I was very taken back as I thought that they would have offered me to come in after my vacation to completely redo my nails (for free). It is not my fault that the woman who did my nails did not paint them properly. I paid for a service, expecting to have a lasting gel manicure and the nail technician failed me. So I ended up paying for a terrible gel manicure that totally and completely peeled up just five days after I had gotten it done. Being that this nail salon just opened, I would have thought that they would be more mindful of making their customers happy. Again, the salon is beautiful and the experience was great, but the actual manicure I got was downright horrible. Needless to say, I will never return and won't be recommending this nail salon to others. read more

The first time I went to this nail salon was to get pedicures with some girlfriends and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything seemed clean and organized and the staff were very friendly. We even got to pick out which type of scrub we wanted during the pedicure, I highly recommend the pineapple. I only deducted a star because I had a hard time searching for the salon online as they didn't come up in a Google search and I went to the wrong salon initially. I just recently got a classic pedicure here and it was by far one of the most positive local experiences that I've had. When I called earlier in the day I explained that I needed to be done by a certain time and they assured me that I would be. The man who took my appointment called me later in the day saying that there was an opening earlier because he knew I wanted to be finished by a certain time and this would allow more time for my pedicure. When I got there, I was met right away, as if they remembered and wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. The actual pedicure was amazing, relaxing, professional. It is clean there, I feel safe as they used current protocols, and I will be returning again and recommending it to friends read more

This is a beautiful, clean salon. The price is great compared to others in the area. They even provide complimentary drinks and snacks which is a real nice service. I had a mani-pedi done and it was very nice. The technician did a good job. I have had other family members go here, also, and they were very happy. I did have a bad reaction to something (fragrance or chemical?) in the foot basin. My feet started burning and itching like crazy and turned bright red. The water temperature was fine so it wasn't that. My manicure was fine, too, but three days later and my hands are rough like sandpaper. You know how your hands get chapped in winter weather? I must have also had a reaction to the solution that I soaked my hands in. I've never had this occurrence at any other salon so it must just be my body reacting to something it didn't agree with. For this reason only, I can't return but I wish I could go there again. read more
