A minor downside is that their system only orders parts once a week, which can mean some delays if you need parts. The pricing seems very fair as well.

I brought my bike in for what I thought would be just a tune up only to learn that my gear shifters were also broken and needed replacing. What I thought was going to be only a tune up, turned out to be a bigger job with other little things needing fixing. I decided it was worth the price, otherwise I would have an unusable bike in my garage. It took under a week and my bike fixed and was as good as new. The cost was about $200 for the tune up, shifter replacement, grip replacement & labor. Now my bike is ready to go! Great job! I am very pleased with my bike and would definitely recommend them for your bike needs.

I walked into The Rack Spot with the crossbar in hand, and Joe came out from whatever he was working on in the back of the shop , I think it was some Tesla garbage , and completely stopped what he was doing to help me out. I worked with Raymond and you can tell he really knows his stuff. I've been to other pro shops that do the minimum, but Raymond takes the time to ask you questions about your game, how you throw, any physical limitations or other factors that will help him determine how to drill your ball. After a few days when my stuff was ready, I had the chance to throw the ball and they felt really good. Comfortable in my hand and just the perfect fit. I'm 36 and the last time I bowled league I was 16. I've been bowling in leagues for the past 7 months and my current league average is a 195. I didn't think I'd get to a 195 after 20 years away from the game. So I give a lot of credit to Raymond for his knowledge and getting me set up correctly. Current high game since getting back into bowling is 261. They also have a little bit of everything, shoes, shamy pads, bags, apparel, thumb tape, etc. just a heads up, don't expect a pristine pro shop, the spot is small, there are bowling balls and equipment everywhere.
