We've been in the store and have purchased shoes from them at least four times in the last year and the restrooms NEVER in service. I actually believe they keep that sign up to prevent the public from using it and them having to clean it. Next, don't expect to have them honor sale prices unless you're willing to give them a ton of personal information. When the cashier prompted me to put in my phone number, I asked if I could opt out. She responded by saying sure, but she wouldn't give me the sale price.

A minor downside is that their system only orders parts once a week, which can mean some delays if you need parts. The pricing seems very fair as well.
