    Pizza

This month's pizza was at Harlow's . We went early because they didn't take reservations. Walked and grabbed a table for four. Uncomfy small stood instead of chairs- not sure why these pizza places insist on these uncomfortable stools. Ordered salami pizza and four cheese pizza. Both came super fast. Nice crust and great undercarriage. Properly baked. Totally delicious! Loved every bite! Our waitress was knowledgeable and quick. Menu is small and space is small but pizza was spot on. If we duplicate pizza spots I am choosing this one.

Pros- PIZZA CAME OUT SO FAST!!! Servers were on top of things and kind and we were in and out in like 20 minutes. Very impressive. Lemon basil agua Fresca was very refreshing. Cons- I do think the personal sized pizza is a bit expensive. The taste was decent but nothing crazy. I do love the wood fired crust.

Local and downright delicious. Harlows is in a great location in downtown Lakewood, walkable with a great ambiance whether you choose to sit outside, in the front or under the trees outback. Simple menu but of so full of flavor, wood fired is the best pizza option there is. The staff was friendly and full of suggestions, as a girl who doesn't eat cheese I appreciate the no nonsense suggestions.

The sauce is my favorite part of any pizza, so the marinara pizza from here is a dream! Crust is perfect and you watch them make it right in front of you. Really fresh and modern atmosphere inside vs some other pizza places. I wish it was bigger just to make it easier to go here on a whim or with groups, but the intimacy is nice.

This was such a cute little spot to stop for dinner -- it's no wonder it was so busy! The ambiance was cute -- there were candles, eclectic glasses, and even artworks. The pizza itself was delicious - the sauce really sets both the tomato sauce and white pizzas apart. Plus everyone was super nice. Best pizza I've had in Cleveland.

A pizza spot. Trendy but very low key. I went with a friend and we got the Leonardo, a white pizza with pistachios and the classic margherita. The dough was so chewy and fresh. Is dough everything when it comes to pizza? We both had glasses of truffle hunter wine. Now I will be on the search to find that to have a bottle of it at home. I did start with the aqua Fresca with gin. It was a lemon basil, but there was no basil. So I was meh on that. But then I made the right choice, and switched to red wine with my pizza! We sat outside, it was perfect out, at a bench, dining hall sort of seating. The plants all around give the outside a sort of oasis vibe and I would recommend going out there if it's nice enough.

Neapolitan style pizza- very thin crust. Pizzas come out in about 5 minutes. The salami pizza was excellent. Price point a bit on the higher side (salami pizza $18). They have 6 pizzas, don't do substitutions, and don't have other food. I like this simple menu, but it's worth knowing that you won't get several options / topping choices. Small, homey ambience. Very friendly staff. The place reminds me of a limited option Il Rione but more casual and with speedy service. I'll definitely be back!

a small but cozy pizza spot in Lakewood. The inside is very small with limited seating and they don't take reservations so there is usually a short wait. We waited about 20 minutes but the staff was super friendly and we were able to order drinks while we waited. The pizza was delicious and everything tasted fresh, but it is kind of pricey ($16-21 per pie) for the size. They have a relatively simple menu but have some creative toppings. My favorite was the Leonardo which had pistachios on it. They are also popular for their agua frescos which can be ordered with or without alcohol. I opted for wine but the lemon basil agua fresco looked delicious!

Harlow's offers a small and very particular selection of pizzas (only 6 choices w no substitutions or additions) but you're sure to find something that hits the spot if you're craving a good ol' authentic Neapolitan pie. Standout was the Leonardo - unique combo of arugula, juicy sweet grape tomatoes and pistachios tied together deliciously with their garlicky white sauce ~ so flavorful and fresh tasting! We also tried the Salami bc it was their only non-veggie pizza - decent red sauce and chili spice level but any flavor combo they might've been aiming for was unfortunately overpowered by the too salty salami :/ hope they adjust or introduce a better meat option Came on a Friday night just before the dinner rush and got seated in under 20 min at the bar, right in front of the wood stove oven where we could watch the pizza dough being rolled and popped in. Cozy and intimate yet wholesome vibes that make this place both family-friendly and good for date night, though keep in mind that group seating can be fairly limited.

    Salami Pizza -- $15.00 (18 January 2020).

I remember when Harlow's opened about a year and a half ago in Lakewood. Everyone was raving about it. I'm so glad that I finally visited in January 2020 Absolutely delicious and light pizzas. See my below photos. PIZZAS -- My friend Ami and I ordered 2 different pizzas to share. My favourite was the BIANCA pizza ($13) which is a meatleas white pizza that has no tomato sauce. It comes with fresh basil, garlic, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and mozzarella cheese. The other pizza we bought was the SALAMI pizza ($15) which has more flavour than the Bianca pizza. The salami pizza comes with salami, mozzarella cheese, genoa salami, calabrian chili, and tomatoes. The salami tasted good but it was very salty. I'll definitely be back to try other pizzas. DRINKS -- They have an assortment of beer, wine, liquor, soda, and cocktails. My friend ordered the Aqua Fresca with Tito's vodka. I hardly drink alcohol so I got the Aqua Fresca without alcohol and the flavour was ginger lime. My drink was absolutely refreshing but it was pricey at $4 for a small cup. My friend's drink costs $8. SERVICE -- We arrived on a Saturday night and had to wait abbout 15 minutes for a seat. A bar seat opened up soon so we sat there. I enjoyed seating at the bar because I could watch the pizzas being made in the brick oven. The young man who helped us at the bar was friendly and attentive. INSIDE -- This restaurant is small and they do not take reservations so I recommend arriving early. PARKING -- On the street only. Overall, I love that Harlow's takes pride in delivering the best pizzas to their customers. They only have 6 pizzas on their menu so they really work on toning their craft. I can't wait to visit in the summer so I can seat outside at their cute patio. **** - 11/200 total reviews in 2020 - 387 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 3 February 2020

This is hands down my favorite wood oven fired pizza. Pros: The vibe is great. Staff is friendly and attentive. I like to sit at the bar and watch all the action. They also have a cool outdoor patio on nice days. The pizza is fantastic. They only have 4 or 5 options and typically only one with meat. It is definitely worth going with 4 people to try many pies. The margarita and salame are my two favorites. Peroni beer and interesting cocktails. I always find something I like to drink there. Cons: It's a little pricy but in my opinion worth it Limited non-pizza menu (it's a small open kitchen)

Harlow's is a very small, cute pizza place in Lakewood. Fun fact: did you know this building was moved from a separate location which is why it looks very different from the surrounding buildings? The overall restaurant gives a very southwestern vibe and from what I could see the small patio in the back looks very cute. The food options are very simple but very good. I ordered the Bianca pizza since I love a good white pizza. The pizza was flavorful and not too greasy. I hope to try either the Quattro Formaggi or Leonardo pizza during our next visit. We walked to the restaurant from our house so I can't comment too much on parking but there was plentiful street parking in the surrounding side streets.

I visited for the first time for lunch in late October 2025 with friends. After lunch, we all went…read moredownstairs to play mini golf and we had so much fun. FOOD -- I ordered the Slow Braised Pork ($22) which includes sweet potato gnocchi, fennel, crispy sage, and apple cider glaze. This was a delicious and very hearty meal. I hardly eat pork so I'm glad that I enjoyed the dish. The sweet potato gnocchi was perfectly paired with the pork. Everything in the dish just blended well together. All my friends enjoyed their food too, from the meatballs, calamari, burger with fries, ratatouille, and more. I nibbled on a few of them and loved it especially the wagyu meatballs. The food was all full of flavour. Service was nice all afternoon as the server came to check on us a few times including refilling our water glasses. MINI GOLF -- Head downstairs to play some games. You pay a fee and are then given score sheets. A friend's friend had surprisingly paid for all of us and I had no idea until the next day (for some reason I thought the mini golf was included in the lunch cost...LOL). Each golf game has a different course with some being more challenging than others. I recommend Birdietown Mini Golf and Lounge for a fun day of mini golf plus lunch. I can see myself coming back again. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 48/250 total reviews in 2026 - 889 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 24 April 2026

We have 8-10 people so they just had us split into two, which was fine. The vibe was great, felt very upscale. My group mostly got mocktails. I felt like for just juice it was definitely over priced, because I felt like I was just drinking lemonade as we were playing mini golf. We only paid to play the upstairs holes, and it was good enough for us. We did not make a reservation for dinner which we regretted, but they were able to get us two tables in the downstairs area. Not a traditional seating, it was very comfy with one side being a booth and the otherwise having two comfy lounge chairs. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was large and delicious. The chicken was well fried and the bread was so good. The fries were good, but the aioli was 12/10, so so so good! The food did take some time to come, but they were busy and were kind enough to find a spot for us. I told the staff it was someone birthday in our group and they brought a special birthday dessert which we al tried and it was great. Their menu is worth the price and the vibe is definitely jeans and a nice shirt, or a casual dress. Perfect for date night or a birthday dinner, and I look forward to coming back. The TLDR: staff was really nice, food was great, mocktails a little expensive, and the mini golf was super fun.
