I needed to get my windshield replaced and these guys did a FANTASTIC job!! I see their reviews are on the lower side, but a lot of those are older. I would absolutely recommend this location. I received multiple texts preparing me for the appointment. When I arrived, they asked if i would be staying or going. I had my son with me and we decided to walk around the area. It was originally quoted that it would take 90-120 minutes, but I got a call after 30 minutes! They were so fast! When I got back with my son, the tech Levi noted he had also vacuumed my front seats/floorboard and cleaned my dash! Very impressed! My husband scheduled everything on line. Eddy called us the morning of the appointment and asked if we had room in our garage to replace my windshield because it was going to rain. Since we did not he asked if I minded coming into the shop. Since I am fourloghed from work it was no problem. Eddy was waiting for me when I arrived. Estimated time for completion was 45 minutes. He was done early and explained all they did, including sanitizing the door handles and steering wheel, as well as what not to do for two days for integrity the windshield. The waiting room was relatively clean. They had a TV, hand sanitizer out and social distancing signs up. The other service worker was very considerate and friendly to the other customer. Scheduled a windshield replacement on line. Easy! And great that they would come to my office and i did not have to drive anywhere or miss any work. Received a confirmation right away. They called the day prior to remind and confirm. Day of repair, Tim called with his ETA. Arrived and did a great job. All no contact with me which I appreciated. This was my second experience with safelite. Both resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle. The first time, they didn't properly seal the new windshield resulting in water running inside the windshield right into all my electronics causing my instrument cluster, HUD, console, etc.. to all fail. The second time (2 years later), they broke the windshield camera (cruise control, collision, etc.. all works off of it) on my escalade while installing the replacement windshield. Since I could "not prove" that it was working before I brought it in (which it was) they would not fix it, or even let the Cadillac dealership explain how they new it was them who had broken it. I tried for over a month to connect the manager from safelite to the dealer tech. Wouldn't even bother. Go elsewhere, even if your insurance won't cover it all. It will save you money in the long run. read more
