They communicated with our neighbor's insurance company to get a quick quote/estimate. After my wife dropped off her vehicle, they took her to enterprise to pick up her rental vehicle. During the repair process, they kept us in the loop and explained everything well. When repairs were done, my wife was able to swing by to drop off the rental vehicle at their shop and drive off in her vehicle. Enterprise then came to the shop to pick up the rental vehicle. My wife was in and out in no time. Repairs look great and they offered lifetime warranty on their work. HIGHLY recommend LaMettry for any repair needs. Service is top notch.

It's a leased car so I needed to get it fixed before my lease was up. La Mettry quoted me an insanely high price to get it all repaired. I told them I didn't want to go through insurance and they encouraged me to - I'm assuming they can get more money if customers go through insurance. I got a second opinion at a local place by work. I've used them in the past and they've always done a great job. The repairs will be less than half of what La Mettry was quoting. No insurance necessary. The less expensive place told me I was taken advantage of and that La Mettry is known for this. Steer clear.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. So i didn't want to go there anymore.. toyota said, "lemetrys is very good." I called and was told appointments were a month out and waited for an appointment. September 2023. My family went to an appointment and got the estimate, and Matt sent an estimate off to the insurance. My insurance didn't answer, so I pushed my insurance, and they responded to Matt approving it. I heard nothing from Matt. I called to follow up. The lady told me that Matt would get back to me. Nothing. Then, I waited a month ...forgot about it... called back, trying to see what the heck.. 2 months later. No answer, no response from Matt. I was told that they would call... Waited again.. I had to chase the guy down and told the girl that answered the phone that it was ridiculous. Matt finally called me back and had mentioned via telephone that he'll go ahead with it and emailed me, out of no where he told me in email that he talked to the manager (attached) and basiclly not worth the fix. I was so upset that I called to speak to Matts manager. The manager stated that Matt probably thought it'll be better to put money in my pockets.I dont want the money. That's why it's a claim. He also mentioned that Matt's done it before upsetting customers. By not understanding, I'm assuming? I said if my repairs are not meeting dollar amount in minmum, they should have told me months ago and not say yes then say no to me 3 months later. He told me that it wasn't because the repair was "too little." He said they would fix it and order the part, and he would personally call me when part gets in.
