I would not recommend this auto glass shop based on my experience…read more After my windshield replacement, exterior trim pieces came off my vehicle while I was driving on the highway. When I inspected the area afterward, I found that super glue had been used on the trim/molding. I was never told or asked for permission for super glue to be used on my vehicle. The condition my vehicle was returned to me in was also unacceptable. There were pieces of broken glass left in my cup holder, small pieces of glass on the dashboard, and glass even got into the telephone speaker area. A vehicle should be properly cleaned and inspected after a windshield replacement, especially when broken glass is involved. This wasn't just a cosmetic concern. Exterior pieces should be properly secured using the correct parts and attachment methods--not glued back on only to come off while driving. I brought my vehicle in expecting a professional windshield replacement and for my vehicle to be returned to me clean and properly assembled. Instead, I was left dealing with trim pieces coming off on the highway, super glue being used, and broken glass left throughout the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos before and after having work done here and carefully inspecting your vehicle before leaving. When I contacted the shop, they denied. They told me that it was already broke , I asked why didn't you tell me it was broken when I picked up the car? They also said they have proof that it was broken before and when I asked for proof they never provided.
