This is the second visit. When I am in need for a therapeutic massage that included stretching and Swedish massage. Harmonious Healing Touch fit the bill. I had tight back and hamstring muscles. So stretching is essential. The only massage therapy school that does stretching is the Thai school, but then they don't do Swedish massage to relax the muscles. Here I got both types of massage from one provider. That's why I chose Harmonious Healing Touch The massage facility is well appointed with shower facilities. Since I was coming late in the day from work, I took a hot shower, which also relaxed my muscles a bit. Then the massage began with me on my back, which is different from other massage places where you start off on your stomach. My legs and feet were worked on that put me in a relaxed state. My legs were then pushed back sometimes with my knees near my chest. In this position my hamstrings and calf muscles were massaged. After both legs were done, my arms were stretched and massaged. The back was massaged with me sleeping on my side. It felt really nice. After rolling over on my stomach, my back was firmly massaged with the therapist's palms and specific areas were worked on by elbows. A walk on the back is offered you are up to it. All in all the massage took two hours and the rate was $180. I would surely go back again. read more

This Christmas, I wanted to give my boyfriend something truly special, but I couldn't decide what. Laurie is just amazing. It's a total-body experience of being stretched, prodded and kneaded in just the right proportion. After one (blissfully long) session I was looser than I've been in years, and unlike many massages the benefits have lasted. Laurie gives the BEST massages! Honestly, I have had a lot of massages and she is the best. She does a combination of a regular massage along with a Thai massage (focused stretching). I could literally fall asleep during her massages. Additionally, her rates are very reasonable and she has a great massage room.
