This was the second of two Harmons Neighborhood Grocer locations that I visited on a recent trip to Saint George, and I am a fan once again! We went out of our way to go to this location as they had some special "dumpling squishies" that our teenagers "had to have," as this item was trending on social media. We called ahead and Harmons put two to the side and it's a good thing - when we went by a few hours later, these were the only ones left in stock! We also purchased some snacks for our drive. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and selection on all products was fabulous. I agree with others that this is the best grocery store around and worth a visit if you're in the area. read more

Our go-to stop for groceries on the way to Zion. Prices are really reasonable, and they've got a nice selection of goods that are pretty typical of grocery stores. I like how they also have a large seating area for folks to eat. We did try the gelato that they sell here and it's pretty good! My favorites are the Biscoff and pistachio. There's also a cafe for drink orders. It's not too far off the freeway, and there's also a gas station - great one-shop stop! read more

They have a mix of traditional and natural/organic foods, sushi, hot bar, salad bar, soup bar and more! Really nice selection and I highly recommend. Plus, they have some super fun artwork throughout the store- even Nacho Libre scenes which was a fun surprise! read more

We found this market on our way to Zion (we're from Los Angeles) and ran in to grab some items for our trip. I was immediately blown away by the cleanliness, the perfectly stocked shelves, the freshly prepared foods and the incredible service from every employee I interacted with. I was so impressed that we had to stop on our way back home to LA a few days later. We went to the bread counter and had immaculate service from Connor. He took his time with us, answered questions, we had and gave us tips for storing the bread so that it would last. I also grabbed a coffee (I wish I could remember her name) but the employee at the counter was also so kind and helpful. It seems that everyone here really is passionate about what they do, and what the company stands for. I also got an item from the cold case and when I asked a simple question about other locations, the answer I received was thorough, thoughtful and was even given a brief history of the market! This is what all markets should strive for, the gold standard of grocers! Can't wait for our next Utah visit so we can swing by once again! read more

I love going here, the food and prices aren't bad at all for the food and how fresh everything is. The people are always so friendly too.

Harmons is the go to place for bakery goods when we go to St George, a 100 mile trip from my home. I have to stop by their deli section for Kalamata olives, pickles, pepperochini etc. , a half dozen loafs of !their in store baked beads. It's a candy store for adult tastes! read more

Harmons Please come to Southern California especially Chino Hills... For those who live in California and have never been to Harmons Market, they are like a Gelson's Market but better... They are more on the pricier side but they carry a large variety of organic food and the quality of their food is amazing... They carry tons of unique gifts too...I've heard they are known for their bakery... read more

I attended an afternoon event here in Las Vegas. There were 10 dozen of the most favorite donuts from Harmon's! One of the hosts brought them from SLC, UT in the morning. I had a maple bar with custard filling. Every bite was decadent. I savored the perfect combination of icings, cake, and custard. Def a huge step up Dunkin'! read more

Love this Harmon's location! Well stocked, clean, and the employees are always super helpful! Love their deli area. Try their gelato!! Made in house. Had everything I needed, friendly staff for the lost part. The deli department lady with the grey dress could be friendly but I got the sense that she hates her life so maybe she was projecting. First visit yesterday to eat at salad bar. Absolutely delicious and veggies, meat departments look so fresh. Hard a little difficulty navigating the store, its pretty big, but each and every staff members was soo very helpful with specifics, aisle 10. half way top shelf. Here in CA they yell out aisle 10 or 11 lol The premade salads and sandwiches are again fresh and appetizing went back today for lunch. read more

We have established long ago that I'm a big, huge, raving fan of Harmons, yes? Because if you don't know that, it's important to note that's where I'm coming from. I like a quality neighborhood grocer, I like a grocer with character and style, and one that loves local. I don't mind paying a little more for this (though Harmons sometimes gets a bad rap on prices) and I think they're doing a terrific job. If you know all that about me, then you should not be shocked about my affinity for this Harmons, as well. I was coming back from Zion NP with a car full of hungry people and not much time to make dinner. It was a snap decision that I would make dinner instead of going out, which was a welcome decision by all, but which required me to head somewhere that I know the layout and that we could grab quality food to make. Bratwurst, buns, a slew of fruit for a fruit salad, a green salad kit, a few beverages, and boom we're out the door! I also stopped to snap pictures of the floral department, because I can't help but do that. Their flowers were looking especially fresh. I sighed longingly. Hiking. Flowers. A deep breath of the floral scent, hold it, make a wish, and exhale your wish into the world. Their meats and produce are always top notch and we were able to slice up the fruit for an incredibly bright and fresh salad which is perfect after hiking in the sun. Get those vitamins back in you! We get back, we fire up the grill, we have bratwurst rolling in no time and it's a home run. Nutrients replenished and everyone is fed from the excellent Harmons run. read more

Visiting family from out of town, and stopped by this store to pick up somethings. It was a beautiful store, many different areas such as bakery,deli, gelato, a doc course groceries. i had to write this review! i am of the generation of great customer service and i got that today at harmons grocery store but also at their gas station! i am blown away! we've got customer service at their gas station on 700 s, in st george! jim is his name and he pumped my gas, as well as showed me how to use their system( i'd never gotten gas there) i cannot tell you the last time i've had customer service at a gas station. i will definitely be back! thank you harmons for all your great employees! read more

This is the best grocery store in St George especially for tourists. This is not Walmart and prices are on the higher side, but Harmans actually makes fresh and healthy deli food. We purchased cooked turkey breast by the pound and cut fruits and vegetables. My husband could not resist the fresh sourdough and egg salad, not so healthy. Aside from being very expensive and stock being mediocre, the overall attitude of staff, even after mask mandates being lifted is a very hostile attitude. This doesn't apply to all staff (yelp policies prohibit mentioning any particular staff) there is a general awkwardness and subtle sociopolitc bias. One staff wearing a mask (when others didn't have to) was asking very personal questions about a customer. Even if she was carrying a gun (which is legal since she was an officer). It kind of goes to the changing and hostile atmosphere that makes me not want to go there. read more

You get what you pay for! Harmons, although quite pricey, is my favorite grocery store to go to! They have every kind of cheese you can think of at their deli. Their meats taste so good too! They get their produce locally, so everything tastes extremely fresh! They even have a part of the store where you can buy ice cream and sit down to eat it. They also have the healthiest food. All kinds of organic, all natural foods. Everything is so unique. It truly makes shopping such a joy. My favorite part of their store is their floral department, where you can also buy Capri Blue candles. The floral arrangements they have are always so gorgeous. Another cool part to go to is where they feature their seasonal decor. They have the cutest things, but sometimes they can be way overpriced. Everyone I know that goes to Harmons always talks about how cool it is. I love Harmons and it will always be my one of my favorite places to shop! read more

Have three kids all with different food allergies and diet considerations and they have the best variety and highest quality across gluten free, vegan, dairy products and needs. Hate to say it but I'm addicted to this place. Hands down, the best deli and bakery anywhere. Since moving here, I've gotten fatter and lazier because instead of cooking, it's so much easier to just buy one of their "dinners for 2" or anything else from their amazing deli. Our favorites are, in no particular order, roasted garlic noodles, chicken parmesan, thai noodles, salmon dinner, prosciutto sandwich, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken & noodles, meatloaf, fried chicken, etc etc etc. Never had a bad meal here. The freshly made bread is amazing. Their salsa is also good, although even the "hot" one is pretty mild. Employees are always kind and helpful. Harmons & Costco is all we need. read more

Went to their post office, a lady whose name was Angel helped me and my boyfriend. We both walked off to get something to ship off my items. And we were both like, shocked with how passive aggressive she was. Her tone and energy was making us feel like we were total idiots for asking her questions. She looked at us like total morons and it was frustrating. Like, sorry we don't work at a post office and know every single detail. My wife and I were in the neighborhood and decided to stop to see what this store had to offer. Wow, what a selection!!! Their sale prices were in line with other grocer chain stores but their daily prices were a bit higher, more like an Albertson's or Safeway. But Harmon's selection is what I was extremely impressed with. The store was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. They have paper or plastic bags which at the end of the day, the paper is more environmentally friendly over those 10 to 1,000-year decomposing plastic bags that we all have become accustomed to. Not only do they have food and household items, they have a fantastic deli (with one of the largest selections I've seen on a market) and bakery. I took advantage of their salad bar for lunch and it had more on it than any other market that I've visited that had one. Everything was fresh and heck, they even had California Roll Sushi! I thought their backlit shelves were a nice touch (in selected areas). Their isles were well marked and shelves were well stocked. In conclusion, this is my new favorite grocer! I only wish there was one closer to where we lived. It will be our go-to when we are in a Utah city that has them. We signed up for the rewards card but it takes awhile and is sent via the mail. We could not claim that day's purchase but once we get our card, we were told if we brought our receipt back we would get credit. Not having the membership I'm unaware of what perks come with the card but we hope to find out in the future. read more

This review pertains only to the donuts they serve. While on my pursuit to find one decent doughnut store in Washington County someone suggested a few days ago that I try Harmon's grocery over by the Dixie Hospital. Well, yesterday I did. I purchased some glazed donuts that were made just 20 minutes prior to my arrival, and a chocolate bar. Two very basic staples of any place selling donuts. I took one bite of the glazed and was I ever disappointed. No, beyond disappointed, it was the worst doughnut I think I've ever had in my 67 years here on Earth. For me to give up on a doughnut after one bite should give you all the info you need to avoid wasting your money on one. Instead of being light and airy it was thick and heavy, like lead. The same thing happened when I took a bite of the chocolate bar. It was heavy, and the chocolate tasted like bitter baker's chocolate and was overpowering. I actually spit it out it was so bad. Visiting family in St. George. We picked up a few things for a family dinner. Harmons has a cool vibe walking in. Love the beautiful flowers area and the deli. Their clam chowder was really good. My in-laws love making their own salads. Prices seem reasonable. Reminds me a lot of Whole Foods in CA. Only wished they had an area of Made in Utah goods. Was here for a week and didn't find much to buy for family/friends at home, except at their Sat market. Would totally shop here if I lived here. read more

By far the best grocery store in St. George! Beautifully laid out, specialty cheese island, homemade bread (the absolute best sourdough in St. George!!!), freshly cooked deli, old fashioned meat counter (yes!) with great deals, super great produce, and basically just quality products! They were the first store in town to mandate masks of all employees and customers, and they take it seriously, making me feel safe. I laugh at the irrational germophobia comment of another reviewer when we have almost 200,000 deaths in the US due to COVID.
