I love this Washington, UT store! The employees are so nice and helpful plus they gave the very best deals in town!

Low quality fresh produce and fresh foods. Mostly chemicals laced can and packaged foods. Watch the checkout people If they scan the exact same product you buy. Not exactly a welcoming place. Overall view- bellow average grocery store experience. read more

This is a good Albertson's. It was across the street from our motel, so yeah, it was very convenient. My wife wanted to do some shopping for necessities like water and ice cream treats, given the 96 degree daytime temp. I kind of hung back, being a reluctant shopper, and noticed a few things about this store. The store is very well lit, with even lighting throughout the spacious sales area. It is in partnership with Sav-On pharmacy, sharing the same premises and parking lot, which was more than adequate. The floral department is outstanding, the selections being beautiful, varied and of seemingly high quality. It is pretty near the entrance, and I suppose it is missed by many. The store shelves were wonderfully stocked and faced up, as though they never heard of the current supply chain issues. There was a sort of roving manager near the entrance who swiftly assisted any shoppers, especially those with typically dazed tourist faces. He seemed to be a real asset to this store. He was wearing comms and once in a while left his post to assist in other areas of the store. Bottom line, my wife found everything she needed (and more, as usual). read more

The pharmacy is supposed to open for business at 9 AM. The pharmacist doesn't get here until well after nine and then by the time they open the windows, turn on their computers and chit chat, they don't actually help a customer until closer to 9:30. Even with being only customer there, it takes them 30 minutes to fill a prescription. Use a different pharmacy if you can't read more

The manager needs to be fired. Things have not changed for the better as other recent reviews indicate. I shop there weekly for the digital deals or sale items. The don't even check to make sure those sales are integrated into their self check out kiosk. I always have to ask them to make corrections and they always give you a bad vibe for their mananger's incompetence. Albertsons. Do better or not. You'll be swollowed up by Kroeger soon enough. This Albertson's rarely has the "free" merchandise they send out in emails, or the quantity is extremely limited. Within 55 minutes of getting said email, they were "sold out." I asked an employee to check back stock, and his response was I don't work in this area. I used self checkout and had to ask an employee to fix the correct amount and the age verification. I was given the look of disdain by the female employee. This Albertson's doesn't give off the impression you are valued as a customer! read more

This is one of the nicest, helpful, convenient and clean Albertsons stores I've ever been to. The parking lot is huge and there are always a lot of parking spaces available. The store is super clean and organized. You are able to see and find anything here easily. At this store, I notice that every single employee goes out of their way to help their customers. They are very friendly and make sure everyone gets help as needed. I truly appreciate their friendliness and help every-time I'm there because a good customer service is very hard to find at anywhere nowadays. The store offers great fresh selection of produce, fruits and meat. They usually have a lot of things on sale or even great deals like buying steak/beef/chickens (buy 1 get 2 or free). Check out their ads at the front door, they always have weekly sales at great prices. There are also selling fresh flowers all year around conveniently for any occasions. They almost carry everything that most other grocery stores have, some items are higher in price than other places but it's totally worth it to shop here. If you want good quality meat and fresh produce without waiting in line too long, come check this store out, you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a nice store. It's older, but well kept and clean. Staff here are awesome!!! Very helpful and willing to go out of their way for customer. The produce dept seems to have issues keeping items in. Covid 19? Maybe. Shop the Friday specials for the most competitive prices. Also use their app to save money and keep track of specials they have. All the big grocery stores have a gimmick to track you and your purchases. I feel at least Albertsons has more consistent specials with their app. read more

Okay when I was there I had coupon about yogurt and it make free. When I finished pay they charged and didn't make free. So i asked cashier she said go to customer service. And one of the long hair with glasses guy. He didn't ask about that what wrong and what can I do for you. He just said the close!. Look close! Oh okay. And I go back to cashier she can do anything about make refund or fix about that he can help you. And then I go back to long hair glasses guy. He name is Cesar. And I said I had coupon and didn't make free. And he not listening and not answer didn't check receipts anything. And he open the register and take off $5 and he said take it! take it! Omg what a rude and take customer like that. $1.75 yogurt and he give $5 and what a rude acting. I asked talk with manager and said all the happened. And when I see him face he make anger me. Wow okay! I don't know manager what he gonna do but if he still working you get lost customers and and money. Check up inventory everything and register too. Cashier Cesar was super rude. Get hair cut and get nice shampoo!! Looks very dirty! And Cesar if you don't work just go home and get new job don't make other people anger like that. read more

The bakery staff has no regard for customer safety. Ordered a white cake with strawberries and whipped frosting. Didn't check the cake prior to getting home. Was very disappointed to see that they took it up on themselves to add some kind of nuts all over the sides. Took one bite, it was disgusting to say the least. I'm very busy so just threw it in the garbage. Most importantly, if a customer highly allergic to nuts and the way it looked like just cake crumbs, takes even one bite without realizing it was nuts, could cost them their life on the event of anaphylactic shock. Very very disappointed that Albertsons would allow such a thing. Thank God my allergy to certain nuts is non life threatening. Don't risk going to Albertsons. There are many other bakeries who are very careful to ensure the safety of their customers. read more

I happen to stop and shop at this Albertsons because I was in that area. Bad mistake. The produce in that Albertsons was pathetic. Oranges were mushy, turned them over, numerous oranges, the bottom of them covered in mold! The baking potatoes? Two potatoes in the bin. The yellow onions, three or four in the bin, their bottoms were greenish brown. The iceburg lettuce, (not a lot in the bin) what was there, I turned every head over and they were brown. Wth?! Then I headed over to the packaged salads area to get a bag of three colored coleslaw, picked up the bag and it was filled with gross liquid in the bottom of the bag. Complete mush. Next I headed over to get a dozen Egglands Best Eggs. Good thing I remembered to check the carton. I opened the carton up and seven (7!) of the eggs are missing. Opened up another carton, four eggs are missing from the carton. Opened up Another...two eggs are missing. Finally I found a carton that had the complete 12 (dozen) eggs. I don't know if this Albertsons is short staffed and can't keep up with their produce and dairy items or what...but one thing I know. I will NEVER shop at that Albertsons again. The clerks were very friendly but as far as any other positive things about that Albertsons (sorry)... I have none. read more

Albertson's in Washington, Utah is a pretty decent supermarket located just off the I-15 Washington exit. We stopped in to grab a few things since we were nearby and didn't get a chance to see very much of the store. Up in northern Utah all of the Albertson's have been converted to Fresh Market and so I was surprised to see this location still claiming the Albertson's name. The store itself seemed to carry all of the usually products you'd expect to find. read more

Do not eat the Deli food!! As far as buying sandwich meat and cheese is fine. The fried chicken is 9 out of 10 times horrible. Old, dry, crusty food from all day. If the look of the food doesn't scare you away, I'll tell you the taste isn't better. Just trying to help read more

I'm never that happy with Albertsons. I normally don't shop here when I'm at home and it was just so so shopping here while on vacation. It's the store I was taken to, they really didn't have what I needed but, I wasn't expecting that it would since I'm from California and we tend to have a lot of local brands. But, they also didn't have much to substitute for what I was looking for either. Which was a major bummer! I was looking for a cold flavored herbal tea. I shopped at this location a few times while I was in town. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the store had like nothing. I was trying to find dairy free ice cream and couldn't find it anywhere. There weren't many vegan options at this store (or anywhere in this town) which I found quite odd. The people at the Albertsons store are always helpful. Two employees were especially helpful on Tuesday June 12th. I was in the store with my great niece and she wanted to purchase a large unicorn inflated pool toy. Emily W and Travis C volunteered to get all the air out of the toy so it would fit in our car. It was a lot of work but they were able to get it deflated. They were both very nice and very helpful! I've never received that kind of help in a grocery store before. read more
