We went out of our way to go to this location as they had some special "dumpling squishies" that our teenagers "had to have," as this item was trending on social media. We called ahead and Harmons put two to the side and it's a good thing - when we went by a few hours later, these were the only ones left in stock! We also purchased some snacks for our drive. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and selection on all products was fabulous. I agree with others that this is the best grocery store around and worth a visit if you're in the area.

I like how they also have a large seating area for folks to eat. We did try the gelato that they sell here and it's pretty good! My favorites are the Biscoff and pistachio. There's also a cafe for drink orders. It's not too far off the freeway, and there's also a gas station - great one-shop stop!

The employee immediately questioned if my husband was making a purchase. After confirming he was, the deli worker had to ask a woman in the back, who seemed unwilling to provide them. He finally handed over two packets, explaining rudely that people sometimes ask for ten mayonnaise packets. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction over a simple request, and we will not be shopping at Lin's again. We aren't asking for exceptional service, just a baseline of respect and kindness. Personal job dissatisfaction is understandable, but it's unprofessional to let it affect interactions with the public, such individuals should consider roles that don't involve direct customer contact.

However, the amount charged was $260. Here's the rub: there was the always interesting Service Fee for $13.18 and a Grub Hub Fee for $6.00=$19.18 in Fees. Tax and Tip combined totaled $18.71. Fine. However, the $19.18 for Fees is excessive. I did call Grub Hub customer service and though the lady was difficult to understand (English was heavily accented) what I got from her listing of costs under the Service Fee umbrella came off as more like the cost of doing business rather than a burden buyers should bear. When using Grub Hub, just be aware that my $222 food delivery quickly became $260. If that does not give you pause, Grub Hub might be for you.

We've spent hundreds of dollars at Red Mountain Market. Sadly, a few days ago, I was rudely confronted by the cashier, who I believe may have been the owner, Todd Muse. I came to the store to shop and ask a question about something I may have lost near the counter the other day (a pack of Hormel meals). However, no one was even at the register when I went in. Next thing I know, the cashier come sover and starts telling me I need to leave the bags in the front of the store. He then boxes me in and corners me there near the entrance like I'm some ruffian out to rob the place. I understand that businesses have policies to protect themselves from theft and loss. That's not really the issue. The issue was the way I was approached and made to feel as though I was doing something wrong simply by walking into the store with bags. I was treated like I was some kind of thief or a criminal for coming in with bags and looking at some protein noodles in an aisle of the store. I had come there as a paying customer, not as someone looking to cause trouble. And I can't shake this feeling that I was treated differently because of the way I look. That feeling became even worse when I read another review complaining about being treated differently in this store by an individual matching the description of the cashier because of a similar reason. I then asked about the item I thought I may have left behind a few days earlier. Instead of looking, checking, or even seeming willing to help, my question was immediately dismissed with, "Well, there's nothing we can do at this point." That really bothered me. I wasn't asking anyone to perform an exhaustive search. I was simply asking whether something might have been turned in or left near the register. It would've taken two seconds for the cashier to turn his head and look over the counter to see if my package of Hormel meals was still there. He couldn't even do that. It felt like he just wanted me out. So, I left. I left without spending another cent. And I never intend to spend another cent there. What makes the experience especially disappointing is that my family had become regular customers. We've spent hundreds of dollars there over the past several weeks. We specifically chose to support this small local business rather than automatically going to Walmart or Smith's. There were products we bought so frequently that we would joke that we were the reason they kept selling out. You know, if he hadn't treated me like that, I probably would've purchased all the protein noodles rather than ordering them on Amazon the next day. I probably would've continued to buy out the Hebrew National hotdogs and buy my wife the Red Button ice cream she loves. But no more. I don't expect special treatment because I've spent money there. I do, however, expect to be treated like a valued customer rather than with suspicion and dismissal. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. But supporting local has to work both ways. Customers should also feel welcomed, appreciated, and treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at Red Mountain Market.

Not pleased that the store that is offering health and well being- through vitamins, supplements, organic fruits and vegetables- is also restricting the right to breathe oxygen. Removing Exemptions and forcing compliance is the first step to eliminating our rights as American citizens to decide how we see fit in maintaining our own health. Each of us is capable of weighing the risks. This is not about controlling the virus. This is about control of the people. When 99.76% of people survive this virus- most without symptoms-and .026 don't- we should wonder if it's the virus that is deadly? Or something else causing those deaths. Natural Grocers should be there for ALL of us- to aid in supporting healthy immune systems. read more
