We had gone to a dermatologist for them to provide treatment and extractions and the doctor was not able to extract to the extent we wanted. I sought out Shadi based on her positive Yelp reviews. Her space is minimalistic, clean and comfortable. I was able to sit in the room with my son and she very gently walked through each step of his treatment. I got a 50 minute massage, and Judy made sure to ask what I felt comfortable with beforehand and if I had any problem areas. During the massage I got warm pillows on my back, a heated massage bed, and when it was time to be on my stomach, something to cover my eyes, a warm neck pillow, AND the bed was adjusted for maximum comfort. All that being said, Judy used pressure in ways that got the knots out but didn't make me want to cry. I looked far better before receiving treatment. I was told me an excuses about the dents which were honestly insulting to my intelligence. Such as they were there before, this happens when you get older, it's a change to the color of your skin and so on. After this I did not want to receive treatments to fix the dents and unevenness as I could not trust somebody who is very clearly being dishonest directly to my face. The point is I did not have those issues before receiving treatment, therefore the treatment caused those issues. When I said I was leaving she actually stood in my way and refused to move even when asked, preventing me from leaving the office. She shifted her body at one point which allowed me to I grab my bag and leave. I'm sure there's many things she can do well but I do not receive such treatment. I also wasn't even refunded any money, so I paid nearly 2k and ended up looking worse than I did before receiving treatment.
