And because I had the courtesy of allowing the woman who arrived at the same moment, I did to enter the door first, I was denied my appointment. My conclusion is this location chooses to conduct its affairs in a manner which most businesses would not. I'll choose to take my business elsewhere as a result. Two strikes and you're out.
