Even though he could have sold more equipment, he patiently explained that we did not need battery backup for our application and helped us locate the most economical location. Let's back up and let me give you some back ground; between my wife and I, we have over 50 years in construction experience. We started our solar project with four different contractors that were invited to bid on our project. Two of the contractors insisted on roof mount solar installation only. One a local contractor never even completed the bid. We have 10 acres of land; insisting that solar panels be placed on the roofs of my home and barn, would increase the cost of the installation and future maintenance. Harmony air installed 32 solar panels in two arrays, in less than four days. The Enphase Energy system allows us to monitor each solar panel output via our home Wi-Fi system. Our solar system is completely modular, allowing additional components if needed or isolation and repair of individual parts without shutting down remaining solar productivity. We also had Sasha and the Harmony Air's crew install an 'Fujitsu' split HVAC system. At the completion of both projects; there was no debris, everything was neat and tidy, we were trained on the equipment operation and walked-through maintenance and upkeep. Harmony Air had done a solar installation for us this year that consisted of 5 300W Sunpreme panels. I highly recommend Sasha and his crew for we are very happy with their work. Sasha brought to our attention the availability of these USA made panels (Sunpreme) that worked really well in a deck setting as it allowed sun light to filter through. I highly recommend this company. The owner is very honest, and he even told me that the more expensive equipment that I wanted was more than I needed. He was right. The smaller unit is more than enough to keep my place cool. Also, they were able to schedule my installation right away. I had originally scheduled an installation with Jonas for $1500 more, then when I went to make the appointment, they told me it was going to be a month later than what I'd been promised. Harmony Air got the job done well and quickly. They even went back to inspect when I was having a problem operating the equipment--turned out to be user error :). I would make it a point to be there and get a demonstration on the equipment in person next time, but have no other feedback. read more

Unusually intelligent, very careful, with the best Fujitsu price I found after looking at five comparables among Sonoma County who all wasted large amounts of my time. This firm gave me no double talk, no switch and bait, and the most modern air conditioning/heat pump combo I found on the internet. Installed eight duct-free air handlers and two compressors with minimum fuss, little intrusion on my time and privacy, and very little debris. Cleanup and followup was excellent. March of 2019 I had Harmony Air install 4 extra solar panels for my existing installation. Not only was it done fast it has been working great. I had one little problem after the install Sasha had to come back and put a 20 amp breaker to replace the 15 amp that was installed by someone else. That followup was quick and well done. When my AC goes out (hopefully not soon) I will use Harmony to replace it with the room to room units that are more efficient. Definitely recommend this person and his business. :) read more
