Best bowling alley in town! I recently joined a league, just for fun with friends, and im new to bowling. This place has been the best experience! They are organized, clean, and kind! The staff are so knowledgeable and all the other players are kind and helpful! They have an awesome kitchen too. The wings were so good and easy to eat while you bowl, I used a fork so my hands didn't get gross between frames. If you're joining a league or playing for fun, you should play here! I mean, not many people come to the bowling alley for the games but, some do. Change machine and multiple games out of order; had to ask for refunds a few times. Hopefully they fix the games so people can enjoy both the bowling alley and games. read more

This is a fun little out of the way spot. There's a bar area, the little arcade, the bowling shop to get all your bowling needs and of course the allies. The inconvenient thing would be the socks you have to pay for in the vending machine that only takes quarters. I know, I get it, be prepared when you know you're going bowling and bring a pair with you. Otherwise you have to pay 3.25...in quarters. The bar food is average too, which is fine. read more

So, I took my son and his best friend here for my kids 18th birthday. We ordered food and drinks, paid for lanes, shoes etc. However, as both boys are special needs with dietary restrictions, we brought our own cake. We were told to take the cake outside, they wouldn't allow it. I asked to purchase a cake or ice cream, SOMETHING similar to celebrate with, also explained about the boys and dietary issues. We were told they offered NO alternative, and that we weren't even allowed to JUST sing happy birthday and blow out candles. Incredibly disappointing and shocked that in this day and age they were so discriminatory to special needs patrons. Have emailed and called to speak to "Mark" the manager/owner to no avail. The most unprofessional and racist establishment I have visited in awhile. This is my second time visiting and most definitely my last. The first time here, we had an issue with the shoes. They argued that the bowling shoes one of our bowlers had weren't within their guidelines and shut our lane off. When we spoke to management, our complaint was met with dismissal. This time we were accused of not actually purchasing a lane to bowl. When my mother went to complain to the "manager" she was mocked. The so called manager went to the other employees while she was still in ear shot and proceeded to make fun of our concerns. It's a very unwelcoming atmosphere if you aren't part of the regular crowd. The only positive about this place are the drinks and the bartender. Other than that this place and the staff needs a complete overhaul - just demolish this DUMP!!! read more

This is a go to place for me to take the family and meet friends! Great food (sometimes we just go for the food and don't bowl!) with lots of choices that make the whole family happy. Bowling is great and much more reasonably priced than other places in town. My son and his high school friends love to hang out here as well. Again, during our softball tournament we visited this location. During our trip, one of the coaches brought the team of players to the bowling alley. This was a great spot for the girls to still have fun and have team bonding time. What I enjoyed was the staff. Our daughters may play some great softball, but, their bowling game, not so much. So, there were a few stuck balls in the gutter or in the back of the pins and the attendant was always kind and helpful with the girls. read more

We stop in for lunch when we can't decide what to have.....they do have many choices. My husband loves the deep fried mushrooms. I like the fries. Chicken strips are heavily breaded...didn't enjoy those much. The club had cheap cheese on it and was much better after I peeled the cheese off/out. Our friend got the Ruben and it was tasty so was the Cuban sandwich (another friend). Nice place to grab a bite. read more

Second time visiting this establishment when I come to Colorado Springs from California. We went to celebrate my sons 21st birthday and had a blast. I will never go to this place again!!! We went with a group of 6 adults and 5 kids we had 2 pitchers of beer which 1 pitcher only fills 4 glasses. We were cheering on our bowlers and having fun and were with law enforcement and retired military and they cut us off and kicked us out for not abiding to their rules, but when asked why could not give us a reason other than it was their decision that they believed we were drunk. Manager Tyler was extremely disrespectful even to people who had not been drinking at all and all the adults who had, had only had less than 2 drinks a piece in 2 hours. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life for having 2 beers. My kids were there and were devastated we had to leave since we were spending time with family that came up from Texas. Had a birthday party here recently. What you get for the price is pretty great. My party person was super helpful and it was nice to not have to do anything to get ready for the party. The cake was good, the pizza was better (and local!) and the kids had a great time. The facility is a little older but honestly, it's a bowling alley and it doesn't need to be ridiculously updated. We've been bowling here for a couple years now, and have only ever had one bad experience- we were placed next to a group and the women kept walking into our lane in front of us to take pictures etc. without so much as saying "Excuse me." 100% NOT the establishment's fault. When we left without finishing our second game I explained the situation and they gave us coupons to return for free. Their youth league on Saturdays is really great, they work amazingly well with the kids. It's been clean every time we've gone- bathrooms are clean, outdoor area is clean, lanes are clean- but I could easily see how after a really busy night the bathrooms might not be tidy etc. A lot of these reviews are clearly written after being there really late at night, when just about anywhere would be kinda nasty. read more

Horrible horrible customers service. They tell you first come first serve and I was second on waiting list. Than called 5 names before me so I asked whats going on. I was told they do reservations but only days in advance and they booked to 8pm. I said so I have to wait 8 hours? She said no that's not reasonable. I asked how long than. 20 more mins after waiting 40 mins or 2 hours. She had no idea. How do you not know? Look on your computer and see. I left as I didn't want to wait 2-8 hours for a lane. I would give zero stars and hire better people. Will never bowl here ever again. read more

Came here it was pretty quiet, they charge by the hour ($15) and 3$ for shoe rentals. I been to cheaper places but I have no complaints here. The bar area is quiet and the bartender is really nice so of course I tipped her. Looks like they have good food and it's pretty clean read more

Harmony Bowl is by far the best bowling alley in Colorado Springs. I have bowled leagues at Harmony for over 10 years. I have also bowled at every other center in COS and Harmony is the biggest (40 lanes) and nicest center with the most reasonable prices - friendly and knowledgeable staff, great bowling alley food and a very nice bar. read more

I was very impressed with their prices at first as I was accustomed to some name brand places that charged over double the cost per game. The first time I bowled there I had a blast except for some minor scoring issues. No biggie! Every other time I've been here the lanes would not return my ball and I'd have to wait a couple minutes every time it jammed. Now I wouldn't have cared except I bought an hour of bowling time. I've went back there probably a total of 5 more times and I always have issues with the machines not scoring or eating my ball. The price is not worth the hassle as I have found an alley about the same price with no issues. read more

Not much Harmony there! I would give you 0 stars if I could! You had a group of mentally disabled youth visit Harmony and one of the group kids had dietary restrictions and therefore brought food in. It is understood that you have your rules, however, there should be exception for certain circumstances. There was obviously a reason for the student bringing in the food. This one missed purchase will not make you go bankrupt, but being rude and chasing the teacher down and yelling after her is certainly the way to get to bankruptcy and being totally embarrassed. It's the second group that I heard of that was not being accommodated AND not returning. ADA, people. read more

Well tonight my son and friends went with their families and the guys in charge of the bowling part were being total jerks l. So I guess here you have to get your food and drinks situated before you get shoes and buy your games because they start you if your or not. I'm an avid bowler but far from a professional and I'll never bowl at this alley again. The staff at the front desk was rude and contradictory. My friend and I asked for two lanes at a slow point in the afternoon. Less than half of the alley was filled. We were told that we have to have six players for two lanes. When we got to our lane the gentleman next to us was bowling on two lanes and he was the only bowler. If you're going to have a policy stick to it! The lane conditions were terrible. Every time my ball came back I had to wipe off an ungodly amount of oil from it. The building looks very nice and clean but don't mistake that for a quality bowling facility. Super disappointed the bartender cut me off for no reason. She was rude since me and my friends got there at 8:30pm and when I went up to the bar at midnight asking to do a shot (after bowling two games and spanning out my drinks) she refused. She said 'i don't know if you remember but your group of friends had about 5 shots already' and I said yes but we spanned it out in 3 hours. She refused again to give me anything, not saying directly she was cutting me off but just rudely declined me. But when another person in my party went up to get a drink he got one no issue. Horrible bowling alley, I do not recommend. I have been here several times and have friends who bowl in leagues here. Something has definitely changed recently. Even my league friends are not happy. Everything is inconsistent. Lanes and machines are horrible. The owner, managers and employees do not care about their customers they only want to make money. The prices are rediculous and the bar and snack bar are awful and overpriced. A crappy hamburger and fries and awful chef salad and a couple of drinks was about $20, wouldn't be a bad price if the food was decent and the snack bar staff is incompetent. So me and some friends came on a Saturday so they close at 2. We wanted to switch up the teams so my sister bought two more games a little after 12. The manager was extremely rude about it. They started to turn on the lights before 12:30. I saw some of the employees look over and start to point and judge. They didn't close for over an hour and our games would take 30 minutes max.
