Just wow. It was everything I had hoped for and more. My partner and I shared a pizza with hot honey and a Caesar salad. The pizza tasted amazing/ a bit floppy but that's because it was thin/thin crust. The salad was epic! Been here 2 times and both are good experiences. I didn't know White Pie was so large. Ample seating inside and outside which is nice. Bench seats outside. On second visit decided to sit outside. We were approached quickly and our server was very polite and attentive. We ordered roasted brussel sprouts. Very good but wasn't large serving. I guess that's why it's an appetizer. Then ordered a White Pie and Three Meat Pie. I was surprised how good they were. Thin crust (needed to be cooked a little longer) with plenty of toppings. The WP was cheese with an egg on top. A place to go if you have a big group or if you're looking for lots of seating that's casual. There's an outdoor patio and plenty of indoor space. I was able to eat gluten free and the crust was crispy and did not feel soggy at all. Visually - can you tell a difference which one is gf and which one is regular?!? I was craving pizza, so I decided to give this spot a shot since slice 420 was closed. After reviewing the menu, I noticed the Rocco Brocco which reminded me of a pizza that I ate in Napoli. The pizza was well balanced from a flavor standpoint, but I did wish that it had more sausage. Over time, the pizza eventually became soggy and without access to an oven, I had to pass the remaining slices to my boyfriend to eat. If the pizza was a bit more crispy, I would have given this spot a 5 star rating. If you like softer pizzas, this could be the right place for you. read more

We went for a weekend lunch and had the thin crust pesto burrata pizza- the pizza was delicious- the crust was crispy, the arugula was fresh and not too bitter, and the burrata was fresh and delicious. Accessibility- I couldn't tell if the patio had any tables that would be wheelchair accessible, it looked like it was all benches. Inside there were several different seating options, the path of travel was pretty narrow. The bathrooms are single stall and spacious with grab bars, and the bathroom door was very light and easy to open. read more

First of all, there wasn't a single bad thing on the menu! We had the Caesar salad, burrata, cheese pizza, and the fromage à trois--everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious. I also loved that I didn't leave feeling heavy, which tells me they really care about the quality of their ingredients. I also had a lemon drop martini... 10/10! The atmosphere is what brought us in (we have three kiddos), and it was incredibly family-friendly. It was clean, welcoming, and the staff was so attentive. We usually have to eat and leave pretty quickly before one of our kids gets too tired, but they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We had just driven 15+ hours from Texas and were treated with such kindness as visitors. Our waitress (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) gave us the best hiking recommendations, and we ended up doing every one of them. They truly made our trip. We had such a great experience at White Pie! We decided to bring our 11-month-old with us and weren't sure how it would go, but the atmosphere was perfect. Lively and energetic without feeling overwhelming. It felt very family friendly while still being a great spot for adults. We started with the Puff Ball as an appetizer and WOW. So good. For our pizza, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken and it did not disappoint. The flavor balance was spot on with a little heat, great sauce, and perfectly cooked crust. Even though it was busy, the service never slipped. The bar was quick with our mimosas, and the staff kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. DELICIOUS!!! I've been 3 times and haven't had a thing I didn't like! Rocco Brocco is delicious! Spicy G is an absolute MUST get! I've gotten it every time. I've also tried the truffle pizza which was pretty damn good too. Unfortunately it's seasonal. This place is a bit pricey but the food is worth it. The drinks are fun and tasty! Service is good. Staff is friendly and will even recommend certain items if you ask. This place is always bustling and borderline loud. I went with my bf and we practically had to shout across the table to have a conversation. That won't stop me from going back, can't wait to try more things! read more

In downtown Colorado Springs on a Saturday night and hooked on college football. We did not feel like venturing out and a nearby Pizzeria named, White Pie, sounded good. We ordered and picked up our order, then nestled into our hotel room for some good college football. We arrived back at our hotel and noted, no silverware for a salad, no plates and no napkins. Not a good sign. Our garden salad had candied walnuts, pears, lettuce and a balsalmic vinegarette. Our pizza had red sauce, double pepperoni, no bacon, sausage, basil and mozzarella. The salad was bland and again, no blending of ingredients. It would be nice if all salads were more than four or five items thrown into a bowl. The pizza was hot, thin, savory and quite delicious. It definitely hit the spot, good job! I would return to White Pie and indulge in another pizza, hands down. The value was good, flavor a high point and size was ideal. A very nice surprise. The salad is another story. If you are desiring a good pizza, great value and delicious flavor, call White Pie for a nice meal. Recommended by the hotel and easy walking distance in downtown Colorado Springs. Took a seat at the pizza exhibition bar top and enjoyed watching the hustle of the culinary team. They looked dialed in, efficient but definitely could have used another hand in the prep station - tossing and monitoring pies into the 600+ deg F oven. My white pie was delicious. Thin crust sure but it had that terrific balance of chew and crunch that was delicious! The sunny side up egg on top was just a little underdone for my preference but that's not on the kitchen (I knew what I was ordering). Seems to have a great local following and I was served swiftly and checked up on through my dinner. This was the first stop during my trip to Colroado Springs. I was hesitant with the food scene here, but safe to say it started with a bang. The pizza was cooked to perfection - the think crust was fabulous. My brother went back to take his girlfriend the very next day! This place had really good reviews on yelp and we were craving pizza so we decided to go. They have a really cute outdoor area and a nice indoor area as well. I was really craving one of their Caesar salad salads, but unfortunately, after 2 o'clock in the afternoon on this particular Saturday, they were still only serving brunch, which was a little bit of a bummer. The menu is a lot more limited during brunch hours. We ordered one of their thicker crust, pizzas, and a simple pepperoni pizza on their thinner crust and a Cobb salad. We also ordered their house puff, which was quite delicious because it's a big puffed up flaky piece of bread and you're supposed to use a sauce to dip it in, our server asked if we wanted the sauces that came with it and we were like "Yes!" but failed to tell us that they are two dollars apiece so the simple appetizer ended up being a very expensive appetizer. Our server also forgot to put in half of the order so some of us got our food and some of us did not and when we asked the waitress about it, she took zero responsibility for it and basically walked away and sent the manager over when we had not complained to see a manager, we just wanted to get our food. The manager came over and said she would give us a small discount, but the rest of the meal was weird. We overheard our same server talking bad about us to another table when we hadn't even given her a hard time. Service is definitely lacking and there is not a lot of parking options here. The food was hit or miss because we really liked our thick pizza but our friends said the thinner crust pizza tasted like Chef Boyardee. White Pie offers a delicious New Haven and Sicilian style pizzas that are unique to the Colorado Springs area. In addition to bringing new styles of pizza they far surpass the taste and quality of most of the other pizza places in town. For the New Haven style pizza, we had the cacio e pepe special pizza. The pizza was full of flavor and the highlight being the cold ricotta on top. The one drawback was a little bit too rich flavor wise. I felt I could only eat a slice. The Sicilian we got was the burrata banger. Flavor wise it just works so well together. The cold mozzarella meshes well with the hot crust and sauce. The freshness of the tomatoes from the burrata brings in that fresh taste along with the basil. Though the highlight of the pizza is the crust. Hard firm exterior on the crust for a nice crunch and a soft thick interior crust layer that is perfection. As much as I liked both pizzas, the Sicilian is a go to order for that crust. I don't think there is any other pizza place in Colorado Springs that I would recommend more so than White Pie, and I plan on coming back again. read more

A very fresh and open place to dine. There is street parking available nearby. The nearby parking lots had spaces, but they were reserved mostly for other businesses. There's both indoor and outdoor seating available. It feels very open with lots of large windows and the outdoor space feels very warm and inviting as well. The entire staff was extremely friendly and they came to check on us several times. Everything is made from scratch in house and the taste reflects that very well. I was staying close by for work and ordered some chicken tenders here. When I walked over, I saw the place was abuzz with activity. Good sign - people come here. While I waited for my food, I saw the pizzas and they looked pretty great. The gentleman who assisted me was super friendly. Got the food to my room and was surprised at how good it was. Not run-of-the-mill chicken tenders, but a very well-executed dining experience. I loved the ambience, the food was great, the service was spectacular. As my birthday was a couple of days away, it was a no-brainer where I'd be going. My wife flew in and a few co-workers joined me. The service experience was a bit different. The hosting staff was really great. Friendly, helpful, informative - all of that. When they assigned our table to the server, she was visibly annoyed to have to serve our table. Maybe she's having a bad day - understandable. Then it came time to get our order, she got the order from my wife and I then just started walking away. My coworker, a Black gentleman, had to ask her to wait as he also wanted to eat. Instead of simply apologizing for what we assumed to be an oversight, she argued with him and tried to justify ignoring him. It was very weird. The food got there and it was great. I can't speak highly enough to the quality of food here. They really put time and passion into their product and it shows. The Caesar salad - amazing. The Mootzy pizza I ordered was sublime. The 5 people with me were all very, very satisfied with their food. When it came time to pay, we asked for separate checks but she just combined charges and split them evenly. Whatever. I don't know if this was restaurant policy or just the cherry on top for the service she was delivering that day. Apologies to ownership, host staff, and kitchen staff for this review. This is simply to call out attention to the service that we received. When complaints like this are made, they are often met with "oh - that would never happen here" type responses. If anyone else has had an experience like this here, this is your reassurance that you are not crazy. Would I come here again? Absolutely. I'd just request any other server. read more
