My kids and I love this TopGolf location so close to home and now that they are teens/twenties, it's a great way to bring everyone together for a few hours of fun! The service is very good, anytime we have had an issue, they always remedy it, but you have to step up and ask for a resolution from a manager because it gets hectic at peak hours. The food is meh. I don't meat so there are very few options that aren't fried. The new nachos are so close to being really good, but having black beans or refried beans as an option instead of $6 extra for meat, it's a no brainer. We have the TopGolf system down, get on the waitlist before arriving, play during lower cost hours in the afternoons/weekdays, and always always ask for an upper deck spot! We have found that 90 mins is the sweet spot for play, everyone's shots go to hell when we go longer. The views are great, heaters are wonderful (we had 2 bays for 2hrs yesterday in 30-40 degree temps). You can bring your own clubs, but we just use the ones provided, just bring hand sanitizer as your hands get filthy after awhile. This is a great place to gather with friends, family, or coworkers...just enough sport and social to keep things fun, and not everyone has to play in a group. Good stuff! read more

I called to ask a question about the Summer Fun pass the person who answered the phone sounded like they just woke up and said finally said "Hello?" Like I'm bothering him calling his personal cell. I thought I got the wrong number and asked what business I was calling. After three times I was told "Top Golf". Then I asked to be connected to someone else because the lag on the phone and was having problem hearing. So I said I will call back. Well they must have put me on a list because when I called back I only get the Robot lady voice. I wanted to speak with a person at the Colorado location about the summer fun pass. Don't normally leave reviews but today was my birthday and I decided to go to top golf with my family and a friends. The experience was wonderful and I wished I lived closer because I would love to go here more often. We did have an issue when we ordered food that for some reason the computer glitched and never sent the order to the kitchen. However our absolutely amazing waiter Sabrina handled the issue like a pro and got a manager over who fixed the situation and even gave us some more playtime for the inconvenience. Truly couldn't recommend this place enough and if they ever decide to open one up the hill closer to woodland park or divide I will for sure get a membership and go all the time. We had an amazing time with the family at Topgolf! It's a can have a great time with your family or friends enjoying food and drinks trying your hand at golf. The atmosphere is very exciting and even though you're golfing outdoors....the heating system is very efficient!! This place was okay, but I had a lot fun minus the wind messing up mine and my buddy's game up. Never less we played for two hours and we managed to count for the wind with our gold shots. We ordered buffalo and lemon pepper wings. The wings weren't dry and definitely had a lot of meat them. We ordered a lot of Modelos and then before our time was up because it was my birthday we did some birthday shots back to back. Jaeger first, Fireball, and then a pickle shot. We then washed them down with a Modelo. This is one of the oddest Too Golfs I have played minus the one in Houston, TX. The weird factor was the holes were missing. I kind of felt cheated on some great shots, that's including with wind. LoL But definitely have great time here. The genre of the music here was nothing but country. Absolutely the worst bartending that I have ever experienced took place at the first floor bar on Friday night, 12 December. With only a handful of ppl at the bar, this guy could not handle a full bar if there was one, I have never seen a bartender write a drink order down on the back of a coaster and then just assume that you are gonna start a tab. He spent more time figuring out the cash register then he did acctually serving customers and drinks. Sorry lack of customer service. read more

Pretty cool place if you want to hit some balls! Well i can't say much as I was watching inside. As it was freezing the day we went out was-5° and I couldn't stand the cold. Coming from Hawaii I was just cold. Well what I saw was the people whom I went with had a blast. They hit some balls and they had drinks.. What we did instead was sat inside where it was okay. I love me some TopGolf and was a bit disappointed in this location. I heard it wasn't originally supposed to be a TopGolf and you can tell. The targets are just on the surface vs others where your ball will roll into the target and still get points. Our lane was #21 and we had so many balls that crossed into the target, yet the replay showed it fell short. Not sure if there is a limit to how far it can roll, but knowing the standard TopGolf would have it count, this made the experience not as enjoyable. Service was good and the food was great. Had the Pretzel bites and Mac & Cheese bites..delicious! The heaters helped as it was October...in CO...so the weather is unpredictable. read more

I've never golfed before, but I still enjoyed going to top golf. They have different games you can play as you golf which makes it fun. They also have a full menu so you can eat and drink while you play! I think the price varies depending on what day of the week you go, so it will be less expensive on a weekday. I came to celebrate my friends birthday and it's great for a group activity. This facility is huge, but very clean and they even have a gift store on the lower level. Our server was great! read more

I've been to this location a few times. You MUST reserve a lane if you don't want a crazy long wait time. Each time I've arrived at my designated time I've been taken to my lane promptly. The staff is always available to help with any issues setting up the lane and the service is great. The drinks are really good too and all the food I've tried has also been amazing. I'm not a fan of the $5 charge for first time visitors but I make sure to take advantage of the $10 coupon you'll get once you complete a survey after your visit. Celebrated my 27th birthday at Top Golf with my friends! There are so many games to choose from, but we opted to play angry birds because none of us can hit the ball very far, and this one is more about aim! You don't have to be very athletic or good at golf to have fun here, just hold onto the club! They have a wide variety of food or drinks to choose from! This was my first time here and I loved it! Great place to hang out with friends, have fun playing golf and eat and drink. We just got shareable bites and a drink each since we had dinner plans elsewhere. The food was actually good! The flatbread and the nachos were really good. We went here on Tuesday, which is half off the normal price. We spent about 2.5 hours here, it flew by. However we didn't make a reservation and ended up getting on the waitlist for 40 ish minutes. Which wasn't terrible as we were able to get on the waitlist on the app before we even left to drive there. So after the 20 minute drive it was only a 25 minute wait which we spent enjoying a drink at the bar. I went with a group of 3 total. Our server was very nice and attentive. Our food and drinks came out pretty quickly. I was very surprised by the quality of the food and drinks, they were REALLY good. I loved the Hendricks strawberry mule and the lavender 75 was also very tasty. We got a flatbread and nachos for our appetizers and the portions were good and the food was yummy. The golfing experience was very fun and engaging even for those who don't enjoy golfing (ME); as there are plenty of different games available to choose from. We are visiting and was so happy to see TopGolf. We enjoyed the one in Vegas so much we were happy to see one in Colorado. Our family rents two bays on a Tuesday. The service was good but the food is just not good at this one. You have to spend $200 in food and drinks so I want a good appetizer, meals and drinks. They were out of the Cabernet and the menu is different from the Vegas one. The seating is also different with uncomfortable high chairs where in Vegas has comfortable couches. Plus our computer didn't register our names fo awhile so we lost time when we started. Food is also not good... my nachos was a small portion and the guacamole and tomatoes were on the side. They were also out of Sam Adams and Miller lite beer on tap. Disappointing... if we are paying over $500 for two hours, we expect more than that. read more

I love Topgolf!! We finally stopped into play after seeing the nets from the freeway for a while! Those are like a beacon that call to our heart! We were quoted 40 minutes for a bay to open and were immediately called up. They put us on the 1st floor so we opt to wait for the second floor which was more like a 40 minute wait. Not ever a problem since they have a nice bar to wait at. We met one of the bar tenders, Stephen and immediate hit it off! He is so full of life and fun conversation so our 40 minute flew by! At our bay we were immediately greeted by Zach. What a sweet kid he is! He never left our drinks empty and was available to answer any questions we had. We played for about 2 hours and had a blast. The price was great and I love that they have different priced based on the time of day you play. On a Saturday afternoon we paid $37/hour and the food prices are very reasonable as well. $5 for a new membership and you're logged in their system for ever. After playing you get a very long survey that gets you $10 off next play. read more

Wow so I thought my experience was weird but see others had the same. So I went to Top Golf with coworkers and I brought in a meal that I had which was in a paper bag, stapled closed. I was informed I could not eat it, and after talking to our lovely server I respected the policy and ordered a cheese burger, tots and a coke. Well I purchased another bay that very honestly was a pain to get because you can only use your email addy once per bay, but we worked it out. So I'm playing with my friend and this guy, who I can only assume based on his behavior was in his subdivision's HOA, comes up to our table beyond triggered, and says I need to take that bag out to my car right now!!! That he's had to address this three times and I had to remove it from the premises immediately. I had the bag with me at each bay.. and I never opened it and never saw that man before. I can only assume he's a manager. Thing was the bag was stapled closed, we had two people at the bay with two burgers, two drink, and two tots. I bought my own bay. Zero money lost to them, and no food from outside being eaten. The way this man and the server both had elevated anxiety like I brought in a weapon, was really telling to how their higher management must treat them if a policy is broken. . I lost time on my game because I had to walk the closed stapled bag out to my car. Look cute place but for G-d's sake, don't bring food, water, a soda in. If they would have seen the vitamin water I dared not take out my bag, I probably would have had the cops called on me and escorted from the premises. The HOA guy didn't yell at me but he was beyond triggered. They are super unbelievably serious about their outside food policy. For the sake of the mental wellbeing of the employees, don't bring anything if you go. It really seems like the staff gets in trouble. read more

Other than her service I was disappointed. We ordered a chicken sandwich and it was undercooked. We had extra balls after our time ran out and a man invalid my personal space and kicked them off the bay. I almost hit him with the club because he did not announce himself coming directly next to me. I felt disrespected and I felt uncomfortable due do his loud voice, intensity, and aggressiveness. We had so much fun at Top Golf in Colorado Springs! I didn't realize they had so many different versions of games to play, from beginner, to intermediate, to hard. I liked the beginner game where you just try to hit the ball within any of the targets. We also tried to Angry Birds game where you have to aim towards the tower of pigs just like in the mobile game. That was a bit harder, but the animations were great. The atmosphere is fun because everyone is hollering and cheering and having a great time. You don't have to be a good golfer by any means to have fun at Top Golf. They have a lot of drink options and a pretty extensive food menu. Most foods there are appetizers. We got the Buffalo chicken dip and the cheese fries. They were decent, but didn't really stand out to me. I was there for the golfing anyway! The waiters/employees are very attentive, so we were able to get drink refills frequently throughout our 2 hours there. Our waiter also helped explain how to get started and the different game rules. I had family visiting from Europe, and they have nothing like this over there. They were ecstatic which is why I have to give this review five stars. Our bay attendant Krystal, was also wonderful. She was so friendly and chatted with my family a bit learning about their culture. The heaters were a huge bonus as we were expecting to be a little cold and had our jackets with us. They ended up being enough, though I would say if wind picks up too much it could be a different story. I was very satisfied with the cost for an hour with a group of 5, as it came to $10 each. It's always busy in the evenings and sometimes the waiters forget about you, but when they don't it's very welcoming and a great place to be at. Additionally, pricing is reasonable and affordable. I've never been much of a golfer so I didn't expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. There was plenty of parking and the facility is huge. My group of 4 put our names down and hung out at the bar and arcade while we waited. This made the wait time feel pretty short because we were called to our bay shortly. It seemed kinda pricey but when split amongst everyone, the price was pretty fair. I like that they have different games you can play and many golf clubs to choose from. The facility is nice, although I prefer the holes in the ground. The management of this place is sadly lacking, however; it's almost like they're TRYING to be unhelpful. Can't make a reservation for two bays without getting roped into a $200 food & drink minimum. Can't call to make a day-of reservation or get on the wait list. Will stick you in adjacent bays that have a partition between them when the bay on the other side (sans partition) is open and, worst of all, won't make any effort to fix it and instead will tell you "how lucky you are that you could even get two bays near each other" (when it's before noon and there are a ton of open bays).
