In February, I contracted this company to build me a custom storage shed in my backyard. A…read morecontractor, TODD SMITH, came to my house and inspected the foundation of where the storage shed was going to be built and they quoted me a few thousand dollar build including a sizable deposit when the contract was made on 02/21/23. I agreed to their services and paid the deposit by cash, unfortunately the company did not fulfill their end of the contract after a month when the contract was finalized. On 04/03/23, I canceled my contract with the company, which was processed and finalized. With regulations of the contract, they were allowed 30 days to refund my deposit, unfortunately this company did not abide nor fulfill the refund of my deposit within the allotted 30 days. I emailed the company to give an extension of 7 days, which was not fulfilled either. Eventually, I was fed up with the lack of communication and took this company to mediation court, this took place on 07/25/23 and I wasn't surprised that they didn't show up; which reflects the kind of people they are if they're not willing to show up and care about the integrity of their company, why should they do the same thing for their customers. At this point, I've been through enough and wasted enough of my time and resources, so I just want to warn anyone who's thinking of doing business with this company and the people in it; I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere so you don't endure what I've been through! You can see by yourself with the reviews, I am not only as a victim from this CRAZY SHED COMPANY.

My mom had recently passed away so i even condenced her storage and put it in with my things as we were to be homeless for a few months waiting for our new place to give us keys. After 4 months the rate increased almost $100. They provide little to no warning about this. I would have never taken my things there had i known that the "good deal" that they advertized was so incredibly short lived. I am terminally ill and am physically unable to move out of there. Since then my rate has gone up every 6 months. It is now 381.00. Yet new customers are stil able to rent my same spot for less than $200. In addition to their price gouging, my unit was broken into. I had a bunch of family airlooms stolen. We caught the break in with in 48 hours of it happening yet they have zero survailence footage of my unit getting robbed. Their insurance that is mantatory extra $15.00 is a joke. It covers nothing. I am so pissed i am at a complete loss yet i still pay them religiously every month because im not about to loose my things that mean so very much. This place is jacked up. They took advantage of me.
