Greg ordered the wrong finish on our cabinets, which they passed the blame onto us. In order to get the cabinets with the finish that we'd ordered, we had to pay an additional $5000 or not get them. They were ridiculous to work with and had excuse after excuse. Don't bother....terrible experience. Greg wouldn't even speak to us.

I was getting custom metal signs made for an…read moreupcoming conference and my metal guys and I were struggling to get the LEDs I purchased from Amazon to work. I called Denver LED Direct, Ryan, the owner was so kind and told me to bring everything in and that one way or another he was sure he could help. And sure enough, he had all the connectors, cables and power transformers needed to make the signs work using the Amazon LED strips. He even gave me a tutorial on how to use the connectors. Do yourself a favor, just give him a quick call or better yet, stop in and Ryan will help you with whatever you are trying to do, if it's LED emergency lights in a commercial building to a company sign to exhibit booth signs...he can help you with all of it! I purchased a new build where the cabinets came from Greenwood Cabinets and Stone. During the…read moreinitial walk through, we noticed the cabinets were the wrong color. Neil was very apologetic and worked with us to get it corrected without issues but that was the only smooth communication we've had. During our final walk through, we noticed damaged cabinets with various scratches, chipped paint, and one cabinet frame in the kitchen was even broken. The builder got us in contact with Neil again to work with us to get it corrected from our inspection punch list. Neil came out to look at the cabinet, and said he would replace broken one right away and get the ones with damage touched up with paint. He took measurements then said he could expedite getting a new cabinet to replace the broken one. Fast forward a couple weeks, Neil called to say instead of replacing the cabinet, hes going to have someone else come to repair it. This was only the beginning of months of excuses and lack of response from his end. I ended up calling his business instead of his direct number in hopes to get some sort of communication for when the repairs would happen. I even started a spreadsheet listing all the times I reached out but never got a response, received an excuse, or got a promise that someone would call me back end of the day/next day but never did. Our first time contacting each other to get the broken cabinet replaced was September 1, 2023 and was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks. Then I was told it would be repaired (rather than replaced) before Christmas. I then reached out again 1/26, 2/1, then finally on 2/15 the cabinets were repaired. This isn't counting the numerous calls and texts from 9/2023-12/2023 with months of agonizing one-way conversations and calls with limited to no responses. Overall, I was disappointment by the lack of professionalism to respond and correct issues in a timely manner. What was supposed to be a couple month problem ended up dragging to almost half a year. We initially wanted to purchase a custom made kitchen island from Greenwood, but with a broken cabinet taking almost 6 months to fix, we opted to purchase it elsewhere.

Chris initially came across professional but quickly made me feel as though he did not have time for my job or care to correct the situation after work was complete. There is a seam in the countertop at the sink and the quartzite is sagging where it meets which creates about a quarter inch gap between the counter and backsplash. I called and emailed pictures to Chris, to which he did not respond but had the installer call and come out to correct the problem They filled the quarter inch gap with silicone and said that is all they can do.
