From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and welcoming. Getting to see the alpacas up close, feed them, and just spend time around them was absolutely magical. They are the sweetest, most gentle little fluff balls I literally fell in love. Each one has its own personality, and being able to interact with them made the whole experience feel so special and personal. It was such a unique way to celebrate my birthday, and it made Valentine's Day even more memorable. I truly had the best time and left with the biggest smile on my face. They completely stole my heart... so now I guess I'll just have to go back and get it! I already can't wait to visit again. If you're thinking about going do it. You won't regret it!

According to the owners, they had three different time slots, and each time slot had their own group of alpacas they could feed, so that was very thoughtful! The owners, in general, are friendly people. There's not much to do outside of hanging out with alpacas, so the owners will talk to you every now and then about the alpacas. The alpacas are very friendly but shy. Some will walk away from you unless you have food. We also got to feed a water buffalo and some goats. For a farm, this place is crazy clean too. Nice restroom. Place didn't smell terrible. One thing I was worried about was humane treatment of the animals, but honestly, the animals look very happy to be there. There is a cat roaming around freely too, so please be careful when driving to and from the farm.

The food and honey are fresh and delicious, and their honey hand balm is soft and deeply moisturizing. Their staff are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet and you can tell how passionate they are about the business and making a positive impact on their community. At one point they noticed I didn't get my order in time, and brought out an extra slice to thank me for my patience, which goes to show their attention to making their customers happy and quickly correcting any mistakes. Food was extra fresh and absolutely delicious. Pepperoni Pizza - 5/5. Soft sourdough crust and mini pepperoni cups. Salad - 5/5. Fresh. Croutons and ranch made in house. Cookies - 5/5. Peanut butter chuck and chocolate chip cookies were perfectly chunky. Hot Honey - 5/5. Extra spicy (and when I say spicy, I mean spicy), and goes well with the pizza! Looking forward to stopping by their brick and mortar location soon, and trying their Tri Tip sandwich!

Despite growing up around here, I somehow never stumbled through these grand entrance gates until recently. This gem of a garden isn't just my butt's savior now on long drives up from LA, but it's a sliver of paradise found--and sanity regained. Just walking around here for 15-20 mins. and you'll feel your blood pressure drop a few notches to a pleasant state of calm. You can explore the themed areas, take in the vegetation around you, and get landscaping tips just from strolling around their property. The plant things are grouped in various climate/hemispheres and it's nice to see them taking root and being incorporated in a seamless design (and it's nice shopping experience too). I was impressed with the selection and bought a few small air plants and succulents that are still thriving with offshoots. Prices are reasonable. For pros looking for inspo, I think this place that can offer Interior Designers & Landscapers creativity with plants. Or even the DIY Weekend Warrior looking to revamp their current landscaping or add a little something new to it. They have a wide variety of exotics, California natives to indigenous to Australia, and every other tree, shrub, and greenery in between. Since it's the year of the (hobby) horse, I'll be sure to get my butt up here more often in 2026.

It's a nice small excursion if traveling to LA. What a wonderful concept to put a botanical garden on the property, it could show what you could do with the plants that they sold. It's tranquil to walk around and explore yet it is right next to the 101 so the freeway was loud. They really packed a lot of diversity into this small area. There were plaques for each different garden. Plaques I noticed (though there might be more) were South African Garden, Mediterranean Garden, Grassland, Cottage Garden, Native Garden, Succulent Garden, Central/South American garden, Australian garden, and Asian garden. My favorite was the Asian garden because it had a pond with koi fish.

The outdoor seating was super cute with little steel tables and chairs, plus plenty of umbrellas for anyone sensitive to the sun. The menu was simple but had vegetarian options, and they also had a case full of bakery goodies that looked delicious. I ordered the white mocha decaf with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich -- both were really good! There wasn't too much interaction with the staff, but they kept the line moving and got the food out quickly. Overall, a great location within walking distance to shops and gardens that we enjoyed strolling through after breakfast. Definitely worth stopping by!

My parents are older and get cold easily, so we sat next to the fire pit. It turns off suddenly and we request it to please be turned back on as it's overcast and barely noon, and a waitress who hasn't been near us in 20 minutes says she smelled gas just now and had to turn it off. Translation: cheap management saw the sun coming out and wanted to save money. There was no gas smell. So classless. Even when we mentioned it again and asked, the glazed-eyes looking girl gave a slight remix of her "unfortunately umm due to me umm smelling gas umm we are not able to turn it back onnnnn." Is everyone who works here on meds or something? Coffee was terrible and watered-down, and simple premade sandwiches took 20 minutes to heat in a panini press and bring out. Food was very mediocre and my "poached" egg was basically hard boiled. The food tastes much better when you order online, probably because they actually know you have a set time limit to pick it up so they make it fresh and with effort. They just dgaf if you're seated, I guess. Just go to Lucky Llama guys.
