Tried Harmony Tea Shoppe and I'm so glad I did! The drinks were amazing - super unique, fun, and packed with flavor. You can tell they put a lot of thought into crafting a menu that goes beyond your typical boba offerings. I tried one of their signature drinks and it was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweet. I already can't wait to go back and try more. I also ordered a poke bowl while I was there. It was good but nothing mind-blowing. You can adjust your level of sweetness as well, so that's a plus! They have a clean working area and all of the ingredients appear freshly set out and they use organic as well. Pretty new tea shop in Waterford Lakes outside the Waterford Lakes shopping center. They have a wide variety of boba teas and tea based drinks. I like the good selection of unsweetened oolong teas they have. The service was nice. I've noticed a lot of local shops are doing ordering on a touch screen instead of with a cashier. I personally like it better. No room for communication errors, the staff can focus on making the product and it makes the ticket times go faster. Stopped in on my way to a nail appointment as I realized this spot has finally just opened! Exciting to try a new small business in the Waterford lakes neighborhood. The aesthetic is clean and bright with lots of accents on the walls. I love that they offer organic ingredients. I ordered a mango smoothie with strawberry. They offer popping boba and coffee pearls too but I opted for something healthier this time. I appreciate that you can choose between 0-100% sweetness for added sugar as I like the natural taste of things and choose 0%. You order and pay on one of the two kiosks at the front entrance and then the friendly associate gets to work on your order immediately. Found Harmony Tea Shoppe when looking for a tea spot near east Orlando and this was such a wonderful treat! The employees were welcoming and the ambiance was super cute and aesthetic. Ordered the seasonal fruit tea with black tea and loved it! They use real fruit and syrups - you can customize your sweetness and ice level which is great. My party also agreed that their drinks were just as good as our favorite spots in Houston. I no longer reside in Orlando or this would be my go to spot but when in town Harmony Tea is for sure on my list to visit! read more

My girl is in love with this boba shop, we tried multiple drinks and believe they're doing a great job on their products. However, staff seem not so friendly, very nonchalant!!! Hopefully you guys gonna improve on staff attitude. For now, we prefer to order with the machine. The shop itself would be more spacious if they knew how to arrange and choose furniture. Stopped by to check this place out. I placed an order for a custom tea to go and sat done to wait. Three people working and someone I assume is the manager sitting 2 tables from me orders 2 of the employees to come sit with her to have a discussion. . You have 2 customers waiting and leave one person to make both orders?? ? Plus I have to listen to her reprimand the employees and then assign them to review and mark the menu. Still waiting for my drink to get started... Eventually I get my drink courtesy of the sole employee working. Drink was delicious enough that I would go back for another. Love this place! Seems like they specialize mainly in fruit teas, my go to is their honeydew lychee tea. It's sweet enough where I can get 25% sweet and it's not too bitter. They also have poke which is pretty standard poke with your basic ingredients. Their crepe cakes are 10/10!! Service can take a little long sometimes and they're a bit pricier than other tea shops, but still worth IMO! read more
