They were both professional, helpful and had great insight into the situation unlike the first technician from another company that had come out first. Plus the other company technician said that I needed some things that I didn't and tried to pressure me with his sales tactics. Stephano was super nice and explained that I didn't need those things and the issue was something else which saved me money which I really appreciated.
