Ian and dad, Robert, were quick to respond to any issues or concerns I may have had. They even went a step further. When the windows came in from the factory, they had to be up to Ian's tough standards. About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. We have cameras in every room so we had it on video. For all of the inconveniences he offered to put a free patio door in which was defective and every time he told me he was coming I got an excuse. He came over with a new part and no tools. They took the screens for the door and it took over a month to get them put in. I just had somebody come out to check the caulk and was told it wasn't the right caulk and some of the 10 windows I bought weren't caulked at all so I had to pay somebody else to caulk everything which cost a few hundred dollars.
