The service was fast & the food was very delicious. Customer Service: The staff we interacted with were friendly. It only waited for a little bit and then our order was ready. Food/Drinks: I ordered my usual, the Caniac combo (No coleslaw and sub for a Texas toast) with a Sprite light ice. It was very delicious! Tip to customers: I highly recommend asking for light ask because at some locations, they will fill the big cup with ice and not so much of your drink. By the way, Cane's ice hits different. I'm an ice lover and the ice is crunchy but also not too crunchy. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great first experience at the new location. I didn't get the full experience since I went through the drive thru, but next time, I definitely gotta to order at the restaurant and enjoy the outdoor patio. Third time, I was actually able to place an order and pay, but after about 5 minutes of sitting there waiting for my order, I was told that they were out of chicken breasts and did I want to substitute something else like dark meat or fish. I did not and asked for a refund only to be told that nobody there had the code to do a refund and the owner would refund my order at a later time. When I commented that this was the third time I was unable to get food the lady told me that I could get food, just not the food that I wanted. So rude and unprofessional. I went in the next day to talk the owner and he showed me that the order had been refunded and offered to give me a half white the next time I came in. So today I go to the store at 5 o'clock PM and the door is locked, no sign on the door, no people in sight. I have never had to work this hard to get a restaurant to take my money. I would prefer to support a local business rather than go to a big chain restaurant. The owners seem like really nice people (only reason I was willing to try a fourth time), but this kind of service is just unacceptable.
