Service here is hit or miss, the only reason I go here is because they have spinach pizza puffs. The food is pretty affordable, this place is your typical urban Chicago food spot. The wait here for your food is usually 15 minutes or more depending on what you order. You can order in advance and pay when you get there. Service depends on who is working that day. Absolutely disgusting customer service! I called my order in at 3:30pm on a Sunday. Ordered a simple gyro & fries which is $6 until 4pm. The guy over the phone told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up on time and checked in at the drive thru. The girl told me to pull around, knowing there was another car in front of me that HADN'T called in their order. I pull up behind the car and proceeded to wait 20 MINUTES, which means my food is presumably cold by now. I'm PISSED, so I decided to call to tell them I'm still waiting in the drive thru behind the car. The girl says she'll check to see when THEIR order will be ready, comes back to the phone to tell me their food is ready NOW. Shortly thereafter, she gives the car in front of me their food and they leave. At this point I'm expecting to be on my way within 60 seconds. I sit there for about 2 minutes and then she comes and asks me what did I have? I checked in over 20 minutes ago and you don't know what I ORDERED?!!!! So I tell her and she goes away then comes back for my payment. She takes my card and I proceed to wait AGAIN!!! She comes back to the window with my card and no food, I realized my food has not been prepared and she just charged me the FULL $10 PRICE!!!! At this point I'M DONE!!! I told her she just charged me full price and I want a refund. She goes and refunds my money and didn't say A WORD. No apology or acknowledgment of wrongdoing. I wanted to slap the taste outta her mouth! She gave me HORRIBLE service and then looked at me like I was wrong! This place will never see another dime of my money EVER AGAIN. First time here had the philly steak king size and it's enough to feed 3 people. I didn't like the cheese that had on the sandwich tasted like that nasty white cheese from aldi . They have a huge banner advertising a 2-piece Catfish Fillet dinner for $5.99 I believe. However, when we arrived home with our orders, what we actually had been sold under fraudulent advertising was ONE Filet split down the middle and sold as a 2-piece fillet dinner. For those of you who are unaware of what a piece of "any Filet" should look like.....take a look at the Palm of your hand. That is a good example of one. Looking at the 4 fingers on your hand, imagine dividing it between the 2nd and 3rd finger - that is what you are or have been sold.....I would reason to guess that they thought you might not know, and it appears many did not - a few people recommended this place to me, and because I trusted them, I too was defrauded. I should have opened my purchase before leaving as we both mentioned how extremely light our order was with 2 pieces of Fillet, fries, bread and cole slaw. The potatoes would have added weight to the order, but even they appeared to be counted. The Catfish or possibly Swai Strips decreases your purchase while your $'s increasing their revenue. The fish was flavorful, what little there was; however we would have enjoyed our first experience better had it been served as advertised - but it was not. We support our local restaurants and they should show their appreciation for our money but providing quality as well. read more

I had the chicken and shrimp rice bowl last night and I could only eat 1/4 of it because the portions are huge! My daughter had the chicken philly (it comes in more than one size) and the same went for her. She ordered the $8.99 one but I THINK she was given the next size up. Because although the smaller one is huge the one she got last night was larger (it seems). The seasonings, the flavors just everything is on POINT!!! I haven't ordered anything that I didn't like. They over charge you. Tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there they act like they got your order wrong and charge you for a more expensive order. This happened to me 3 times. Aslo they have Old fish and not fresh fish cooked in old grease. Fish just soaked in old oil. They have no regard for consistency of their product or their customers. If it gets old they just sell it anyway. The only way to get some good fish is to luck up and go on a day when they think the health inspector may be coming. read more
