Then it was a question of a fish burger or a fish sandwich. I asked the two young adults I saw working, what kind of fish, and they said catfish. I had never had catfish before, but I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. I let them decide between the burger or sandwich, and the woman said burger because she liked the bun. The breading was crunchy, and the fish was perfectly cooked, not overdone. Their catfish was very mild, which I'm happy about. Most of the flavor came from the breading and the mayo based sauce. They also gave me fries to try. These are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are thicker than most place's fries, almost like steak fries, but they are battered rather than having skin on them. I enjoyed them. All in all, I'm thrilled to have stopped by and given this place a try. I will be back to try more.
