I went today to get my pudding and the woman behind the glass was very rude. I've been going to that Harold's since 1982, as it is in my childhood neighborhood (103rd) and I cannot remember ever being as offended by an interaction. I suppose there is a first time for everything. It pains me to say, as much as I'm always yelling about #27 being the best, that it is no longer the case. I think a larger conversation needs to be had about the way we are treated in our communities by each other and the lack of basic customer service skills.
