Disappointed. This was a pickup order. When we arrived no one seemed to know what we were talking about yet our order was ready & sitting @ end of bar. Grouper basket was market price. We ordered 2. The fish was dry. I ordered 1 without slaw. Sub was onion rings. Well I got all onion rings. Ordered 3 sides of guac. For $1.50 ea I should've just stopped at the store! read more

Our first time here yesterday. We have lived here for five years and I just found out about it on a Facebook page. Nice laid back atmosphere, chickee-hut poolside casual. Big menu and everything priced reasonably. Four of us had the burgers and all of us really liked them. My burger done medium had an added fried egg and grilled mushrooms. Delicious combo. HH drinks very reasonable priced and oversized! Service was friendly and efficient. It was crowded on a July Tuesday so during the season it must be packed. What a dump....we went tonight on a recommendation from a friend. The place was filthy and the food was terrible..... I had nachos which were cold chips w cheese wiz. Had to dig for any cheese. Gross...the fries were left over from lunch obviously under the lights. I am from the restaurant business. The burger was average...we ordered it medium rare and it was medium well. Don't waste your money. Everything is extra. Who sells a burger with no fries...$40 for this garbage food....too many good places in Naples for happy hour. Not this place! read more

Great food and great servers. I've eaten here twice since I'm staying at the motel. The first time, I ate the chili with onions and cheese, just spectacular. Then for the main course, I had the chicken wings, hot sauce and ranch dressing. So today I went back for my second visit and ate the same thing again. Highly recommended. read more

Not worth the hype too many other good hotels in the area of service. Once at the hotel, the service was weak at best, restaurant situation was terrible. If you enjoy being surrounded with over served people, then this is the place for you. Wait Staff was rude and even after spending thousands here they were just terrible and my vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. Owner was aloof did nothing about my concerns so I checked out and went to another hotel in area. Would only stay here if it was a last resort. read more

I wish the bourbon selection was better... some Blantons or even Wild Turkey 101 would be an improvement. Went again last night with friends. Our server was outstanding, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. She kept our drinks fresh and made sure our food came out exactly as everyone wanted it. One friend has a gluten allergy, and we asked that they use different utensils and dishes to prepare her food and they did! They went above and beyond to accommodate her request. She had the Mediterannean Salad with grilled shrimp and loved it and had no adverse reaction. My buddies each had the burger and were super impressed with the quality. To top it off, drinking beers by the pool, enjoying the fine Naples weather at dusk and just being in a relaxing, casual atmosphere make this place a home run each time. Seems like a great local spot, the food is great, but the service was TERRIBLE. The hamburger is delicious, perfectly cooked to medium rare. It's huge, but does not come with a side. Onion rings were also perfect but you get 10 for $6, which seems steep. From the first, the service was slow, forgetful. Great if you have plenty of time to kill but we did not. Seemed to only have two waitresses and a bar tender on for a full house for lunch on a Friday. read more

We really like this Harold's Place! Located in the poolside area of a hotel believe or not! We've now lunched here multiple times over the last two years. It's sometimes a crap shoot to get in for lunch but we've found if you go there before noon or after 1:30 you pretty much assured a table. We initially tried Harold's Place after reading about their reputation for the perfect chargrilled hamburger. All the reviews are correct! It's one of the best burgers in the area for sure! We've tried most of them. They cook ''em the way you want 'em every time! Onion rings are fantastic too. Lots of other great menu choices if you don't want a burger. It's a big menu! Friendly fun servers are very attentive and always provide the guests with lots of smiles! We like to sit under the thatch roofed bar area but many dine pool side in this throw back to an era long gone by. Reminds us of the '70's in a good way. Tidy and clean with great music turned up pretty loud help make the cool retro vibe alive. Classic rock every day. Harolds Place is a great choice for a very casual fun lunch and dinner in an island retro atmosphere. read more

Hannah did a great job serving us. At the end of the day it's a great local sports bar to watch a game and grab some drinks and food. Hamburger selection was great and very good , wings were good and plenty of spice options. The grouper was very good but the blackened prep could have been more flavorful and spicy, it was actually very mild to my liking. The add on onion rings were good but a little oily for my tastes. Coleslaw was very good and added a nice balance to our " baskets" . Let's face it good drink selection very reasonable prices but at the end of the day it's a local bar. Ohio State fans will love it but other Big Ten alums may want to find another choice on game day. read more

The southwest chicken sandwich was delicious!! We also ordered fried cheese curds which were fantastic and the dynamite shrimp were good too. The atmosphere is open which is really nice unless someone is smoking. People tend to eat and then sit around drinking which can affect when you would be able to get a table during busy hours. read more

I went to celebrate a friend's birthday party. I was designated driver so I wasn't going to drink. I asked the bearded bartender for a Miami Vice (strawberry daiquiri & piña colada) and he flat out refused. Said he "wasn't going to make two drinks without the alcohol". Wtf? What difference does it make? At the end of the night everyone's tab was wrong. The waitress that gave us the tabs insinuated that we were all too drunk to know that it was correct. Well, I was completely sober and my husband was charged $11.00 for two beers while my friend was charged for 6 Yuengling when she drank 3 Bud Lights. I liked that atmosphere but because of the poor service I will likely never return. read more

This place is a local gem. Cute tiki bar away from the ritzy 5th ave. We sat poolside by candlelight. Great burgers, but I had the blackened grouper Sammie and it was sooooooo yummy. Strong drinks, good prices, wonderful food, and we had awesome service. Will be back for more! read more
