We were blessed to find Kent Lorenson at his shop on the first Saturday that he wasn't supposed to be open. After letting him know what kind of problem we had, he said he'd work on it on Monday and allowed us to stay in his shop's driveway until then. The repair was done on Wednesday, but we didn't drive it until Friday as we wanted the roofing cement to be cured completely. We took a water hose up on the roof to see if there were any leaks, my wife and I were inside, and there weren't any. I strongly recommend Lorenson Industries. We later found out being first time camper owners that the canopy was shot and needed way more parts, therefore not worth fixing. Jayco refused to let us return the parts.
