Under normal circumstances, services like hair cuts are a challenge. During a pandemic, we avoid everything that we can. So, we made an appointment and masked him up. The shop was spotlessly clean and everyone was masked. I watched the stylist wash her hands multiple times during his cut and she did an amazing job with what she had to work with. A couple of days ago, I went in to get a trim, I let someone else do it, regrettably. She had blonde hair and a thick accent. I've been growing my hair for a few years now with regular trims. I told her I just wanted a trim, no more than two inches. This lady cut 5-6 inches off my hair and the next morning, I noticed a long strip of hair that she missed and was longer than the rest, that I had to cut myself to make it even. I don't know where she learned to follow directions or cut hair, but she didn't do either one very well.

I brought my son in (5 years old) for his first ever "salon" haircut…read moreI was told on the phone by the owner that the cost would be $12. I arrive early and very excited! The stylist was very rushed and used clippers after I'd asked for a scissor cut. My son has super thick and curly(ish) hair. His hair was WAS amazing!!! She zipped through the cut and it was horrendous. (I will add pictures) I cried. She was uninterested... she just kept going Then charged me $15... $3 more than I was told Once I was home and realized how bad the cut truly was (lopsided, uneven, undone, missed pieces, shaved/clippers on one side all the way up to the top of his head while the other side the ength was to his ear) I emailed the owner. She apologized and offered for me to come in the following night and she would attempt to fix it. Well I made the decision to have another stylist correct it (one that I knew and trusted) I apologized for not having gotten in contact with her sooner and explained our day (doctor for strep and corrective cut with someone else) and apologized. See, I didn't feel comfortable going back into the salon that had just WRECKED my sons hair!! I did send her pictures of the corrective cut, showing her from the stylist just how bad, and uneven his hair had been left. How bad of a haircut I'd paid for. Her response was "our salon is not a good fit for your family" AS IF WE HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! And she refuses to refund me... so I've essentially paid for this cut twice! I only have 1 Star, because I couldn't give ZERO
