It's an older casino for sure but it has newer games . This has became my favorite casino why? Because most of the dealers were super friendly and informative . My husband, my son, and I decided to play blackjack for our 1st time. We had so much fun! At first my son was real nervous (he's on the spectrum) but the women dealers were nice and tried to teach him the basics. ( not so much the Asian man he was a bit rude saying think for the table not yourself. ) If you knew how much it takes a person like my son to try anything new and get out of his comfort zone. Seriously that was wrong to say. Nevertheless he learned quickly and won more than any of us. There were always hostesses asking us if We needed a drink. We both won at Willie. Willie has great, fun bonuses and my new favorite game. We actually had so much fun at Harrah's!! We will come back ! We spent sometime everyday here and I personally preferred playing blackjack here compared to even my own hotel. We will definitely come back. Ps this is a Caesars property and it shows. Terrible. we drove 8 hrs to visit. arrived right before 4 o'clock check in. had to wait 4 hrs to be checked in. Highly disappointed. they offered a 50$ in house food credit. After all that, we sat our bags in the room to finally be able to enjoy the stay. We got back to room to rest only find that the beds were poorly cleaned. Beds had hair all through the bed and had bed bugs! nothing was done other than having to change rooms again. Having to wait once again to be put in room. I want to update my review of my hotel stay here as I got an offer $190 gift card to come and play on Saturday and free gift. I ended up getting $75 dollar food credit and $175 dollars to play for the next day For the free gift you have to go to the casino and have the people swipe your card. You do not go to the kiosk and print. I wish I have known that as there was a gift my wife needed. My experience was the same as my previous trip. This casino wrecked me pretty bad were I lost fast here. I played the non-volatile machines and still got wrecked bad that I lost $2000 dollars in just an hour of playing time. I wish I could last longer. I am still in search of getting that $10 dollar pinball, but I saw people did hit it on the machine so it is possible and maybe I was having bad luck that day. I would come back and play here again even though my previous 3 visits have been bad. I know there will be a day where I will feel unstoppable, but maybe it will be next visit. Was a breeze getting checked in and out. Free parking garage. Room was nice, but it did have a wet water smell that clung to the room. But overall the room was great. They do have several food options, a pool and the casino. Very convenient and close to other places. read more

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. We made a reservation for this past Friday for a premier room. During check in, I was informed they were changing systems and my room key may not work. If it did not work, I was instructed to call or come back to the front desk and they will take care of it. The key did not work. We tried calling the front desk and no answer. Finally, I went down to the front desk while my husband waited outside the room with our bags, and I was told they had no key to our room. If we wanted to enter our room we would have to call security or have someone from the front desk let us in. They also informed me they let my husband in who was not on the reservation nor was he verified that he should be In the room. They could have easily let someone into our room that should not have been there. For me, that is a huge security risk and potentially putting the guest lives in jeopardy. I went back to the room to find rust around the light fixture, black mold on the wall, wallpaper torn, and what appears to be a fixture that was removed from the wall. The room was filthy! This is what they considered a premier room. We ended up talking to a supervisor, packing our stuff, and leaving. This place was absolutely awful! read more

Was the worst hotel stay of my life!! I am a ceasars rewards meme we and wanted to check out Biloxi. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms were disgusting and smelled like smoke, dirty beds-bed bugs, dog hair on bed. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Mold in the shower, hair stuck to the floor, fixtures were dirty and dusty, drain did not work, the water smelled so gross and moldy, towels smelled sour and were ripped, most outlets did not work or literally came out of the fixtures, temperature would not regulate so you would sweat and then get cold from being sweaty. The slots are horrible, a very small room with repeat slots, half broken. The pool was so dirty and moldy. The spa-ha! The spa has zero amenities. No sauna or steam room. We had to go to the airport after the spa-they didn't even have showers to wash the massage oil off! I even asked for robes and towels, all the could provide was a rag. The massage was horrible, she started with my feet first (I get massages everywhere I go and I've NEVER experienced that) and rubbed my dirty feet all over. And yes, rubbed, it wasn't even a massage. They obviously don't go to massage school. All around the most horrible stay I've ever had. I literally had to wash my luggage and sanitize everything I brought with me to get the disgusting moldy-cigarette-dirty stench out when I got home!! read more

The pools shut down now I'm guessing they had it for looks the food was spectacular the loads of shrimp headed up with heaping amounts of cocktail sauce to follow it up with a very nice sized rush of top shelf Patron margarita to wash it down and beautiful country sounds coming from up front by live music this place you must visit it's called TBT and it's in this Harrahs property The Ahi Tuna was soooooo good actually became my new favorite im looking forward to exploring I rather enjoyed it here and will be back!!! read more

Stepped into the diamond line for check in and that went smoothly. Got our keys and asked for seafood restaurant recommendations. Agent let us know about the place across the street we had already been there it was ok. Then she suggested I place we saw coming in. Mind you this was a Sunday. We put our bags in the room. Nothing special here. Then headed to the restaurant that is closed on a Sunday. So I found another place on Yelp that was good. We also saw when we checked in the pool was opened it was a little chilly so asked if it was heated she said yes 89 degrees. This will mean something later. I left my hubby in the room and headed to the casino. Won some money and came to the room to shower after a long day. Turned on the water and waited for it to get hot. After 20 min the pool was hotter than my shower took a cold shower and went to bed. We put some waters in the fridge to chill and in the morning they were frozen. I told my husband to take a shower first and if it warms up dont turn the water off. After 40 min the shower almost burnt me but atleast it was hot. Overall I dont think we would stay here again they also no longer have a poker room which is what my husband plays. I like the proximity to the beach and overlooking the gulf but for me that's about it. read more

Rooms are old and need an upgrade ASAP! Hair was on the bed, towels, tub and bathroom floor. All the counters in the bathroom and tables was oily. Furniture was old and need to be updated. The food scene need to be upgraded as well. The restaurants was dirty and food was not good for the price (celebration dinner). I found the casino it self wasn't bad at all and the hotel room and bed was pretty nice. Now the food service around here from the sizzle and salt and the blind tiger had horrible service. Servers attitudes were bland and immediately rude for no reason. So if ur interested in a weekend and you come here I promise jus save your time and money go somewhere else bc the food pretty ass as well. They have a good selection of machines but we encountered a problem that has upset me. There was to be a promotion where you swipe at kiosk for freeplay up to $1000.00 starting at 3am till 11:59 pm. It was not on the kiosk. We asked the cashiers and they were trying to get some mgr to come and get it on kiosk. We were there at 8;30 am and waited until 10am but had to leave to get our plane back to NC. This was very upsetting !!! read more

Stayed at Harrahs Gulf Coast in Biloxi 27-29 May 2025. Below are just some of the problems we encountered. -Old chewed bubblegum stuck to sheets. Unable to get them changed after multiple requests. They said they didn't have enough staff available to come to replace sheets. -Room still wasn't ready, even 30 mins past our 4pm check in time. -Used bar of soap from previous guests left in the shower, and long hairs stuck to shower walls. -Lotion bottle used and empty, they just placed a new "safety seal" on the cap. -A bartender confessed that they hadn't cleaned out the beer taps all year. It was May 28 2025. -just a small pet relief area near road, it didn't have pickup bags and grass was full of dog waste. -45 mins prior to checkout time as we were packing, housekeeping knocked on the door while we had the "do not disturb" sign up. Said we will be leaving soon closer to checkout time, she rolled her eyes and huffed rudely. For as much money they make off guests in the casino there's no excuse for the filth and poor service. We did enjoy the restaurants, casino, and view of the gulf - but hotel service was so lousy that we won't be returning. read more

Quite nice room on the 12th floor, non smoking and a gulf view. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Except for a milk shake at Shake shack, we ate outside the hotel complex but all was clean. If you are a smoker , you are in heaven since smoking is heavy in the casino, very small no smoking area Low minimums on table games was nice too compared to Cherokee Harrahs, where we play most of the time read more

Good service, rooms are clean, and they are dog friendly for a fee (no fee for service dogs). The parking is attached to the hotel and casino. Security is good. They patrol the parking garage every hour on the hour. I left bags in my car and even though I was nervous about it, all was fine. A bellhop service is available for tips. They usually get $1.00 per bag. The lobby offers a Starbucks and a gift shop. In the casino, they have several dining options including a 24/7 Steak & Shake. The waitstaff are fast with drink orders, especially for a Saturday night. The hotel pool is nice with a view of the gulf. All staff were friendly and helpful. It's very easy to Uber from casino to casino. Each trip was under $7 not including tip. read more

We frequent a lot of casino hotels all over the country, mainly Caesars and MGM, and this has to be the worst one for Caesars for sure. We spent two nights at the amazing Beau Rivage down the road then the last night here and wow, they could not be any different. The harrahs hotel is a dive. The bed stuff was ok, but the bathroom was gross. Shower curtain is nasty and tub had several hairs. We also had the last guests' tank top, boxer shorts and bed shorts hanging on the back of the door to the bathroom left for us?!? How do you miss clothes hanging on a door when you're cleaning...and black hairs on a white tub? Open lotion bottle as well. I asked for non smoking, but we were given a smoking room and it was so bad. I guess the entire floor was smoking, as there were ashtrays at the elevator and an air purifier that did NOTHING. Granted, we did not ask to be moved to the non smoking room we booked, as it was free and only for one night, but wow...the room had two ashtrays and they were not clean and the room smelled so badly that I can't even imagine a smoker could stomach it. Our luggage and personal items are going to feel for a week I am sure. Hallways to the room are visibly tattered and beat down. Everything needs a revamp in this hotel. The casino is small, hardly any video poker (none in the non smoking or high limit area!) and smells badly too. Drink server was nice but drinks are very small. Slots are tight. Restaurants look nice but we didn't try any to know for sure. Several sit down options and some faster food options on the casino floor. Pool area also seemed nice, but we didn't explore that either. Definitely don't pay to stay here. I'm not even sure I'd stay here again for free unless they redo the hotel. read more

Harrah's Gulf Coast: They DO NOT HONOR your reservation. Go Stay somewhere else! Reserved a room before 2pm using their 1800 number for a single room NON SMOKING with two Queen beds. After traveling through Louisiana and Mississippi dodging tornado WARNINGS (12/28/2024) we arrive at 9:30pm to be told they don't have our room and we have a choice between one King or two queens in a smoking room. We are traveling with two of our children and I have asthma. Literally sleep in one bed or in a smoke box. The smoke room smells like complete crap, there is smears up and down the halls of this germ encrusted hotel and in our room and broken furniture. And the only thing they will do for OUR trouble... $30.00 towards our food purchase in the hotel. Right... because that makes up for anything. Stay Away! If I could share pictures of smell, I would. This place is pitiful, we arrived at 2 pm but knew check in was 4, we said okay, we will go do a few things first, came back at 4;15, our rooms were not cleaned yet, no idea when they would be. So we went and did a couple more things, and went down the road to dinner. Came back around 7 and rooms are still not ready. Quite a few others who had travelled here were also waiting for room to be ready. No one was happy! Finally at nearly 8 pm one of our rooms was ready, and the adjoining room was being cleaned for us. They advertise daily housekeeping, untrue. Tonight is our third night and have had to call down for towels each night when we come back and find our room untouched. Positive comment, there's a Starbucks in the lobby, negative, it closes at 2 pm! Towels are old and need replacing, shower curtain in one room has large mold or mildew black stain, and grout has stains, in the other there's a tear in the curtain. Also, neither of the bathroom floors look like they've been cleaned properly in a while! Mini fridge in room needs defrosting, so they just stuffed a towel in there, instead of doing it. Don't ask to see a manager, because there's never one on the premises. The bellman who will take your luggage up are very nice. We did not utilize the casino nor the dining venues because of our unhappiness with our hotel experience, we went elsewhere to spend our money. Only 1 star because I can't give zero stars. read more

I called before booking to see if they had parking for my trailer I was pulling with our truck. They said yes so I chose to book. When I got there they charged an extremely high price to park. Checked in on 8/21/25 into 4th floor room. Had fairly good view of water, left a few drinks in fridge, went to TBT to have dinner & played some slots. Did not stay in hotel room 8/21 night as we both had to work the next day- hour drive back home. 8/22 evening arrived back with luggage ready to stay weekend and were surprised to find someone had been sleeping in room, showered, used towels on floor, toliet not flushed. There were no personal belongings of said person left in room. Called front desk, the called back and said I would have to come to front desk. Had to stand in line to be able to speak with manager who reassigned to a different room...smaller room with view behind casino. A training manger walked to room on 4th floor with me and she was nice. Said they probably had room double booked. Said they would give us some type of comp for the inconvenience but that did not happen. I have reservations again in 2 weeks for a birthday celebration but considering canceling due to this incident and no follow up. read more

I just left Harrah's Gulfport Casino in Biloxi and was there for 4 days and on the 3 day I noticed that I started itching and it just got worse. I looked at my arms and I had red bumps on my arms and I irritated them so bad by scratching them they started to swell up. I called them to let them know what is going on in that room. The casino is really run down and small. The room that I stayed in was cleaned, but very dated. The room had discolored carpet and several dozen scratches on the walls and doors. The room had appeared to have a lack of general maintenance for years. The worst maintained Harrahs that I've ever stayed at! I will not be back there again! read more

I don't recommend staying here! They don't tell you they don't clean the rooms daily, which is fine if they tell you. It took three trips to the front desk to finally get some towels. Wall was leaking brown fluid in the bathroom. Toilet did not stop running without jiggling the handle. I could go on but it wouldn't get better. read more
