I want to update my review of my hotel stay here as I got an offer $190 gift card to come and play on Saturday and free gift. I ended up getting $75 dollar food credit and $175 dollars to play for the next day For the free gift you have to go to the casino and have the people swipe your card. You do not go to the kiosk and print. I wish I have known that as there was a gift my wife needed. My experience was the same as my previous trip. This casino wrecked me pretty bad were I lost fast here. I played the non-volatile machines and still got wrecked bad that I lost $2000 dollars in just an hour of playing time. I wish I could last longer. I am still in search of getting that $10 dollar pinball, but I saw people did hit it on the machine so it is possible and maybe I was having bad luck that day. I would come back and play here again even though my previous 3 visits have been bad. I know there will be a day where I will feel unstoppable, but maybe it will be next visit. They did remodel the rooms, but unfortunately there is a hair in the shower that they did not clean. Bed was alright and I got a bottle of water too. They had a mini refrigerator as well.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. We made a reservation for this past Friday for a premier room. During check in, I was informed they were changing systems and my room key may not work. If it did not work, I was instructed to call or come back to the front desk and they will take care of it. The key did not work. We tried calling the front desk and no answer. Finally, I went down to the front desk while my husband waited outside the room with our bags, and I was told they had no key to our room. If we wanted to enter our room we would have to call security or have someone from the front desk let us in. They also informed me they let my husband in who was not on the reservation nor was he verified that he should be In the room. They could have easily let someone into our room that should not have been there. For me, that is a huge security risk and potentially putting the guest lives in jeopardy. I went back to the room to find rust around the light fixture, black mold on the wall, wallpaper torn, and what appears to be a fixture that was removed from the wall. The room was filthy! This is what they considered a premier room. We ended up talking to a supervisor, packing our stuff, and leaving. This place was absolutely awful!

    Bed bug bite

Was the worst hotel stay of my life!! I am a ceasars rewards meme we and wanted to check out Biloxi. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms were disgusting and smelled like smoke, dirty beds-bed bugs, dog hair on bed. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Mold in the shower, hair stuck to the floor, fixtures were dirty and dusty, drain did not work, the water smelled so gross and moldy, towels smelled sour and were ripped, most outlets did not work or literally came out of the fixtures, temperature would not regulate so you would sweat and then get cold from being sweaty. The slots are horrible, a very small room with repeat slots, half broken. The pool was so dirty and moldy. The spa-ha! The spa has zero amenities. No sauna or steam room. We had to go to the airport after the spa-they didn't even have showers to wash the massage oil off! I even asked for robes and towels, all the could provide was a rag. The massage was horrible, she started with my feet first (I get massages everywhere I go and I've NEVER experienced that) and rubbed my dirty feet all over. And yes, rubbed, it wasn't even a massage. They obviously don't go to massage school. All around the most horrible stay I've ever had. I literally had to wash my luggage and sanitize everything I brought with me to get the disgusting moldy-cigarette-dirty stench out when I got home!!

This place nothing short of an excellent mini vacation! The pools shut down now I'm guessing they had it for looks the food was spectacular the loads of shrimp headed up with heaping amounts of cocktail sauce to follow it up with a very nice sized rush of top shelf Patron margarita to wash it down and beautiful country sounds coming from up front by live music this place you must visit it's called TBT and it's in this Harrahs property The Ahi Tuna was soooooo good actually became my new favorite im looking forward to exploring I rather enjoyed it here and will be back!!!

Chewed gum stuck to the sheets-said they didn't have enough staff to come replace bedding.

Stayed at Harrahs Gulf Coast in Biloxi 27-29 May 2025. Below are just some of the problems we encountered. -Old chewed bubblegum stuck to sheets. Unable to get them changed after multiple requests. They said they didn't have enough staff available to come to replace sheets. -Room still wasn't ready, even 30 mins past our 4pm check in time. -Used bar of soap from previous guests left in the shower, and long hairs stuck to shower walls. -Lotion bottle used and empty, they just placed a new "safety seal" on the cap. -A bartender confessed that they hadn't cleaned out the beer taps all year. It was May 28 2025. -just a small pet relief area near road, it didn't have pickup bags and grass was full of dog waste. -45 mins prior to checkout time as we were packing, housekeeping knocked on the door while we had the "do not disturb" sign up. Said we will be leaving soon closer to checkout time, she rolled her eyes and huffed rudely. For as much money they make off guests in the casino there's no excuse for the filth and poor service. We did enjoy the restaurants, casino, and view of the gulf - but hotel service was so lousy that we won't be returning.

Good service, rooms are clean, and they are dog friendly for a fee (no fee for service dogs). The parking is attached to the hotel and casino. Security is good. They patrol the parking garage every hour on the hour. I left bags in my car and even though I was nervous about it, all was fine. A bellhop service is available for tips. They usually get $1.00 per bag. The lobby offers a Starbucks and a gift shop. In the casino, they have several dining options including a 24/7 Steak & Shake. The waitstaff are fast with drink orders, especially for a Saturday night. The hotel pool is nice with a view of the gulf. All staff were friendly and helpful. It's very easy to Uber from casino to casino. Each trip was under $7 not including tip.

Harrah's Gulf Coast: They DO NOT HONOR your reservation. Go Stay somewhere else! Reserved a room before 2pm using their 1800 number for a single room NON SMOKING with two Queen beds. After traveling through Louisiana and Mississippi dodging tornado WARNINGS (12/28/2024) we arrive at 9:30pm to be told they don't have our room and we have a choice between one King or two queens in a smoking room. We are traveling with two of our children and I have asthma. Literally sleep in one bed or in a smoke box. The smoke room smells like complete crap, there is smears up and down the halls of this germ encrusted hotel and in our room and broken furniture. And the only thing they will do for OUR trouble... $30.00 towards our food purchase in the hotel. Right... because that makes up for anything. Stay Away! If I could share pictures of smell, I would. Here are pictures in our room and hallway. There literally is no where else to stay in inclement weather. Thanks for nothing Harrah's Gulf Coast Oh yeah.. and my husband and I are Veterans. Thanks for nothing.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I've been coming to Biloxi for years and have stayed at the Hard Rock countless times…read more Unfortunately, the property has steadily declined in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The pool area is a nice setup, but it could use some cleaning attention. They should also invest in some flowers and greenery out there, as it feels a bit sparse and not very inviting. That said, I always enjoy my stays here. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The lobby is stunning -- beautiful floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and well-maintained greenery that adds a lush, welcoming touch. The theme speaks for itself -- "Legends." Beautiful black-and-white framed photos of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other icons set the perfect tone. The chandeliers in the rooms are a lovely touch as well.

There's a living room and kitchen, with mini fridge, safe, microwave, lots of storage areas for luggage and items. Showers and bathrooms were clean, although in room 406 we noticed the guest room bathroom mirror led lights aren't working. The water pressure was pretty low in both bathrooms but the temperature was nice and hot. And there are vents in the bathrooms, something I hardly ever see. I am also extremely satisfied that they opted for rugs versus carpets, as carpets can get nasty and you can't replace them easily. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and heavy, the rooms were cold, ac's working top notch, the classic old touch of luxury just brings you back to another time. Upon check in they gave us tokens for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. 10 out of 10 I recommend and would stay here again. But if you do, you're on your own for breakfast. Also, the concierge people weren't rude, exactly, but not friendly at all. If I were to improve the stay, I would have a pull-out magnifying mirror in the bathroom, extra towels, extra blankets as the comforter was as thin as 3 sheets put together, perhaps larger travel bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap and towel in the kitchen, and it wouldn't hurt to have the foyer smelling good with diffusers. Overall I was very happy with my stay.
