If you want to enjoy casino resort culture right by the water, and you hate cigarette smoke, Palace Casino Resort is the place to be! It's Biloxi's only smoke-free casino. I loved my stay here. So much fun! The room was clean and comfortable. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles, but the bed was comfy, the water pressure was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The casino was great! I loved it. I had a great time playing blackjack at a ten-dollar minimum table, and on my first time trying out roulette, I won $72 dollars. Woo hoo! I paid the $20 fee as a hotel guest to use the spa amenties. They had a fantastic sauna and steam room that I enjoyed greatly, and a comfy little resting room with tea and snacks. I was given a locker, robe, and slippers, and I spent about an hour enjoying. Their pool was a bit chilly for me in April, so I didn't swim, but I'm sure that in warmer weather, it would be great. The gym was superb. I had a 30-minute workout before my spa visit, and I appreciated all the weights, abs balls, cardio equipment, and cold bottled water. I also appreciated that it was easy to change the TV channels (why work out to the news when you can work out to sports or a movie?). We splurged and had a steak dinner at Mignon's, the Palace steakhouse. I must still be alive, because I'm writing this review, but I thought I had died and gone to heaven after eating fried green tomatoes with Gulf shrimp, five-cheese onion soup, and a fillet with creamed spinach. Hospitality was excellent, from check in, to spa, to dealers at the casino, to bell service, to Mignon's, to the staff in the gift shop, to the server at the coffee shop. She made me a darned good caramel latte, too. I loved walking out to the view of the harbor at sunset. It was a windy evening, and the air was cool and smelled like salt. Beautiful. The Palace Casino and Resort gave me a great taste of casino report fun in Biloxi, Mississipi, a town I found to be homey and friendly, a place I'd definitely visit again. read more

We had a great stay at the Palace. It's non-smoking, extremely clean, and the staff is so friendly. Everywhere we turned, staff greeted us and welcomed us to their casino. The check-in was easy, parking is covered, and the room was spotless and well-appointed. The beds were super comfortable, and the casino was good. Lots of different slots and the usual table games. The restaurants were great, and Mignon's holds its own for an upscale meal. The prime NY strip was spectacular. All in all, an A+ rating. Keep up the great work, Palace, we WILL be back. read more

We came for a "stay-cation" we found out that they do not have a microwave in their mini Fridge is square and pretty small. (For food.) The pool is beautiful and right on the water. Not ocean side. But it's nice! The pool has cabanas, you can rent with cabana tenets that are really great. These pool pics were taken at 6:30PM so you get a lot of sun. I wish we would have got a pool view instead of the view of the ferris will in ocean. It's too far to appreciate my opinion. read more

First off you can't get a drink after 10 pm everything shuts down. Wtf !!That right there makes us not come b here next time. I checked other casinos their sports bar and restaurants were open to one am. Thats a damn big con to us. We wanted a night cap as We do at every hotel We go too. Second con Your pool while nice you have to go around the world to get to it then go back shivering cause the hallways are entirely too cold!!! 3rd your buffet was like Golden Corral. It was fried food galore. Ugh It's a mid place and nothing more. The bartender was rude asf to us . Yeah we were not pleased! It was a impromptu trip as such it was ok. Bottom line We will try to prepare a bit more and go the Beau Rivage whose buffet is so much better and service is better than all the rest of the other casinos. I stayed at the Palace Casino Resort for two nights in April middle of the week, king room with view (over the back bay and marina) and jet tub...was a fabulous corner room on the 9th floor with two walls of windows, spotless and very comfortable. I highly recommend that type of room and it was only $180 per night (less than a Marriott room). This casino is "smoke free", the food quality at the cafe restaurant (Stacked) is very good and great service, our server Amber was awesome! Palace Buffet is decent too. Everything and everywhere here is so clean and neat, you see staff cleaning and wiping down at all hours. Every single person I interacted with (guard, front desk, food service staff, casino floor staff etc) were so friendly and helpful. I'm so impressed with this place. It will be my go to place to stay for future Biloxi trips. I highly recommend! read more

The Sports Bar is small but has a great bar with, great TV setup, great service once they get going at 11 AM. So so on the food definitely avoid the pizza. Rooms are good, most had decent views of the gulf. Hotel staff including the bellhop/drivers do a great job. Stacked (diner for breakfast lunch and dinner) and the steakhouse solid . Palace Casino resort is Biloxi's only smoke-free resort, which is what influenced my husband and I to stay here for 2 days. Parking was free and easy with the option to park in the garage or in the parking lot adjacent to the resort. The check-in process was fast, and the entire staff was friendly. Some aspects of the casino are a bit dated, but everything was clean and kept up very nice, including our room. The gift shop was possibly the worst I've ever been to. I was hoping to purchase some souvenirs, but everything looked like it had been sitting there for 10 plus years, and they refuse to add new items until the old stuff sells. The Lady in the Gift Shop was very friendly. Hopefully, they will update their selections so the guest will have cute things to purchase. I purchased a spa package for my husband at Pure, The Palace Spa. A discount was added since we were staying at the hotel, and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to request one. Very friendly staff, the lobby was welcoming. My husband enjoyed his massage and said it was relaxing. The casino offers several dining options. We only dined at 2 of the restaurants. Stacked Grill was where we dined for breakfast both days. I was able to get an Omlette prepared to fit my dietary needs, and I had their fresh fruit plate that came with yogurt and granola. My husband enjoyed his Eggs your way breakfast and added a pancake. The line for the Palace Buffet was super long, and the ratings were very high, so we ate dinner at the Buffet one night. Thanks to my rewards from the casino, my meal was free. We were looking forward to the amazing food that we read about in the local magazine. The buffet offers a variety of foods at different stations, which include Flames, Comfort, Coastal, and Wok. It is always nice to have options, especially when you are trying to eat healthy like myself. I can't say the food was bad, but unfortunately, it was not very good, in my opinion. The food was a tiny step above golden corral. I would not dine at this buffet again, even if it was free. The casino was small but sufficient for me since all I like to play are the slot machines. Usually, casinos are 24 hours, but this one shuts down at 3:00 am sharp each day for deep cleaning and they reopen at 8am. We visited other casinos in the area, and by far, Palace Casino was the cleanest, and the restrooms were spotless. Overall, we had a nice experience. In town for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay at the palace! Rooms were nice and the price was less than $400 for the entire weekend! I'm not a gambler so I didn't visit the casino floor at all. The main floor is where the Spa, fitness center etc is. Floor 2 is where the casino and steak restaurant is. The pool is on floor 3 and so was our room. My favorite part was the pool and side bar grill. At night the poolside was definitely a vibe. After 830pm you have to be 21+. The service was great and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Smoke free property but they do have a smoking lounge on the second floor! read more

We paid a few bucks extra for a room with a view of the Bay. The linens and towels were fresh and nice quality. The buffet was impressive in the wide variety of food available, but the quality was only OK. Nothing bad but nothing outstanding either. The gaming floor is predominantly slot machines. The gaming tables are clean (no smoke) and in good repair. The dealers were professional and friendly and not rude. We had a fun time and are likely to return. (Did I mention they are smoke free?) Not too crowded at table games The lady in the sports book area was very friendly Cons: Checkin took quite a while at 4 in the afternoon. I had a chat with a regular and she said there were usually a few receptionists ready to checkin people. The treadmills in the gym were having problem during our stay The receptionist that we reported the issue with the treadmills was not that friendly. She was helpful but not friendly. Room was clean. Buffet was good.. just good. Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. It's a typical casino. A little outdated. The worse part of this hotel was the bed, which to me is a deal breaker. We have just spent 10 hours in the car and now another 7 hours. We were really looking forward to sleeping in a comfortable bed. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Hard and flat as a board. We booked this hotel because it was a 9.2 star hotel. In my opinion it was not a 9.2 a 4 or 5 maybe but not a 9.2. If you want a comfortable place to sleep on your travels this is not the hotel. Pro tip. These rooms are very expensive but there is a way around it. Palace Casino is the only 4 star casino in this area. That means when you go to Hotwire and book a 4 star casino you are going to the Palace. The $159 fee turned into $200 with all the add ons. Then they charge you $100 fee in case you skip out on a full paid bill. Of course I have not received my $100 back. Why the 3 stars? The room was very nice and large. The only downside was the bathroom was more along the lines of a Motel 6 with a bath/shower combo and small. I admit I did not stay in the hotel nor gamble, but of all my stops on the casino strip I chose this one as it is smoke-free. I had a nice chat in the gift shop and a great simple dinner of cranberry/pecan chicken salad in the small cafe where I could people watch. Being a non-smoking casino these people looked more like they were having a good time rather than desperately addicted to gambling/drinking/smoking. Not that other casinos are full of those types, but they have their percentage. I'm an old-school nickel slot fan and although some of these machines were actually penny & quarter slots it is not the same as putting a coin in and pulling a lever. Now you push buttons, place bets, up the anté and use your credit card. So pretty much give your money away for lights and ding-a-lings. People watching at its best. read more

Our stay here was prompted by a wedding of a friend at the nearby Maritime Museum. The Palace gave us wedding invitees a special rate for several days. The staff at the Palace was quite welcoming and efficient, despite a one-time glitch with the electronic key cards. The room was really spacious and quiet, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom far more than adequate for us. Yes, the towels were soft and plump. Our room had a superb westerly view, and the sunsets were awesome. The breakfast buffet deserves a separate review. With 5 stars, I might add. Our stay at the Palace was simply wonderful. read more

I am a regular visitor at the Palace and a Prime member. My husband and I usually spend every other week here and we have always loved our visits and enjoyed the amenities. However, since May as a Prime member there is nothing to offer. The only reason we comeback is because of the friendliness of the staff (cocktail servers and dealers) and Mignon's bar food and staff but even that can't keep us coming forever. The Cafe is open and the only hot food offered is the gumbo, which is delicious. The sports bar, Contacts, is open and has great wings and a verity of bar food but the hours and days are limited. The buffet is open and have some amazing food also, but they do NOT open for breakfast. Wahoos is the outside bar and grill that had a very limited menu but they close for the season. The pool area is great and we love the cabanas but the refrigerators are dated and there's no TV and we have heard lots of guests try to listen to games by the pool from their personal radio or tv devices. Please open something up to offer your paying guests. There is no valet, no spa or spa services, nowhere to eat breakfast (buffet doesn't open until lunch), no concierge lounge, and no room service. read more

on June 11, 2025 me and my family went to the Palace casino for lunch. I had a free four and it was 11 of us so the lady wrote on the ticket for 11 so I end up paying for my daughter because all the other kids were age 3 and under so as we proceed to stand against the wall and wait for the host the manager at the time Simone come asked me very rudely how in your I said ma'am it's 11 well on this ticket it says five so I do kids under three have to pay do I need a receipt for them no ma'am you don't need a receipt but on your ticket, it says five I said ma'am I had a and I for my so she goes on to tell me pretty much that me and my children and family was walking in free and I said no ma'am so remind you, I had a party of eight standing behind me as she's being rude to me and my children and family about our ticket, watching her along with her employees watching about my ticket so as I proceed to my table, she goes up to the counter to her employee and say why isn't everybody on her ticket so I around and I said mail why are you big deal I just feel like she was so rude to me and my family and my kids. She has the nastiest Simone and then when I say so rude to my family the worst experience ever in front of my children family and I really feel like we're not gonna go there anymore for lunch or dinner because Sunday on June 8 me and my family went there for dinner with the same discrimination, so that's why I came back because Miss Jackie, which is the sweetest lady in the world end giving us a come back and I go back on the 11th and get treated like this again something that's gotta be done because she has too many pics and chooses she picks who she wants to move or she ticket she check and then I told her I said if you feel like me and my family didn't paywhy didn't you go back up to the register to see and she started getting hostile with me so I just walked off because I did not want my children to see or I didn't want to be put out because I was speaking how I felt at the moment read more

Happy with the stay! Didn't realize it but luckily we picked the only non smoking casino in the area - huge bonus! It's not a large casino, but I liked that. Great location looking over the bay. Updated decor in lobby and rooms. Spacious room that was clean and comfortable. Great price too. We didn't feel like the food options were for us (I don't so buffets), but plenty of dining options nearby (loved The Blind Tiger). Liked the nearby walking options do - the pier and the path going around the bay. Definitely would stay here again and recommend. read more
