We came for a "stay-cation" we found out that they do not have a microwave in their mini Fridge is square and pretty small. (For food.) The pool is beautiful and right on the water. Not ocean side. But it's nice! The pool has cabanas, you can rent with cabana tenets that are really great. These pool pics were taken at 6:30PM so you get a lot of sun. I wish we would have got a pool view instead of the view of the ferris will in ocean. It's too far to appreciate my opinion.

First off you can't get a drink after 10 pm everything shuts down. Wtf !!That right there makes us not come b here next time. I checked other casinos their sports bar and restaurants were open to one am. Thats a damn big con to us. We wanted a night cap as We do at every hotel We go too. Second con Your pool while nice you have to go around the world to get to it then go back shivering cause the hallways are entirely too cold!!! 3rd your buffet was like Golden Corral. It was fried food galore. Ugh It's a mid place and nothing more. The bartender was rude asf to us . Yeah we were not pleased! It was a impromptu trip as such it was ok. Bottom line We will try to prepare a bit more and go the Beau Rivage whose buffet is so much better and service is better than all the rest of the other casinos. I say save your money and go elsewhere !! Also added the walls are thin. I could hear the tv at the room next to us all bloody night. The shower freaking aggravating! People dont b azzes turn your bloody tv down at night. Would I go again ? In a pinch yes but at all possible I would try elsewhere!!!

I highly recommend going to the Contact bar. I had a great service. The bartender was friendly. Also knowledgeable about other places I can go in the city. Also making great drinks at the same time with good conversation. How many words is that? Friendly, clean and good drinks come on down. If you have to pick a bartender, I recommend James sweetest best friendly bartender. I have met in Mississippi.

What keeps me coming back is that I feel like I get value for my money. Compared to many casinos, Beau Rivage has been generous with complimentary offers, free play, dining credits, and other promotions. While gambling always involves risk, I personally feel like my money lasts longer here, and I've had some enjoyable wins over the years. Although I haven't personally won more than $1,000 at one time, I've seen many reports on social media and heard from family and friends who have won several thousand dollars here. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience whether you're there to gamble, dine, or relax. One thing I really appreciate that often gets overlooked is the restrooms. The women's bathrooms are very spacious with a large number of stalls, which makes a big difference during busy times. Even when the casino is crowded, you don't feel packed in or waiting forever. Everything is kept clean and well-organized, and it's one of the more comfortable restroom setups I've experienced in a large casino. Parking is a bit of a long walk from the garage to the casino floor, but I personally don't mind it because it gives me some extra walking and exercise. For those who prefer convenience, valet is a good option, especially for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. My biggest concern is the cell phone service inside the casino. Most of the time, your phone will not work properly once you're deep inside the building, especially in the casino area. It feels like being underground or in a basement where service drops completely. To get a signal back, you often have to walk closer to exits or the security desk area, or wait until you leave the casino entirely. In today's world, having reliable phone service is important, and this is definitely something Beau Rivage should improve. As for the dining options, I've eaten at Stalla, Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, and several of the other restaurants on the property. The food quality has generally been good, and the restaurants provide a nice dining experience. Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, in particular, stands out. The food was very good and better reflected the comfort food, Southern flavors, and Mississippi Gulf Coast cooking that I was hoping to find during my visit. I think some of the other restaurants at Beau Rivage could take notes from Salt & Ivy when it comes to menu development and food preparation. While many of the other restaurants serve good food, some menus feel more generic and don't always capture the local flavors and culinary traditions of Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. When I visit Biloxi, I want to experience food that reflects the region, and Salt & Ivy does a much better job of delivering that experience. The buffet is decent and offers a variety of choices, but I would also like to see more regional favorites and authentic Gulf Coast cuisine. With Beau Rivage being such a premier destination in Biloxi, I think the food program has the potential to better showcase the area's culinary traditions. The only thing I'm still waiting on is a complimentary room offer! Hopefully that comes with future visits. Overall, Beau Rivage continues to be one of my favorite casinos. Between the beautiful property, enjoyable gaming experience, generous promotions, and quality amenities, it's a place I recommend to friends and family. A few improvements to the food offerings and phone connectivity would make the experience even better.

Right on the Gulf, standing tall like it owns the coastline (because honestly, it kind of does), this is the spot you go when you want to look good, feel sharp, and remind yourself what a real resort feels like. Clean, polished, upscale marble, light, and just enough swagger to let you know you're not in an average casino. It's not the place chasing you down with drinks every five minutes. Nah this is slower, intentional. The kind of place where the glass is heavy, the pour is right, and the whole room feels like it's got a reputation to uphold. You come here to impress or to be impressed. Now let me give you a glimpse of why this place stuck with me I'm deep into the night. Drinks in, friends around, cards and machines calling my name. Next thing I know, I've burned through my cash. Gone. Down to nothing. I'm standing there with that look like, well... that was fun while it lasted. Borrow a couple bucks I'll get you back," you know the line. Last dollar goes in. Machine starts spinning... slow... dragging it out like it knows something I don't. Then cha-ching. Lights. Noise. That beautiful, ridiculous ringing that doesn't stop. Just keeps going. People turning their heads. I'm standing there like I don't even belong in my own moment. $5,800. Just like that. I've never been the guy who wins but that night? I was that guy. Stayed up till the sun came creeping in, riding that wave, laughing like a fool, paying people back and then some. The kind of night you don't forget and the kind of place that makes it possible. That's Beau Rivage. It's not loud about it. It doesn't have to be. It's the full package restaurants, atmosphere, service, the whole experience wrapped up in one clean, high-end operation. If you want cheap thrills, look elsewhere. If you want the best all-around resort in Biloxi the one with the reputation, the look, and the stories to back it up This is the one.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I've been coming to Biloxi for years and have stayed at the Hard Rock countless times…read more Unfortunately, the property has steadily declined in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The hotel room has clearly been remodeled and looks very nice. We were on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the bay, and the room was clean and well-appointed. That said, the bathroom towels had holes, and a spotlight above the window shone through the top of the curtain all night, making it difficult to sleep. The spa experience, usually the highlight of our visits, was uncomfortable. Behavior in the women's spa area went unchecked, and staff did not address concerns raised during our visit. When we mentioned it to management upon leaving, we received no acknowledgment or follow-up. On a positive note, we dined at Tien, and the food and service were very good. It was a definite bright spot of our stay. Overall, while the property has many strengths, the room and spa issues, combined with a lack of response to feedback, make it hard to rate this stay highly. At first, I thought it was because the air was off when we arrived, but I smelt it EVERY TIME I entered the room. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. It was obvious they tried to glue it back in some spots, but it was a poor attempt anyways. I'm thinking they had a moisture issue in the bathroom which led to stinky smell in our room. The worst part was the sound. ZEROOOOO sound barrier in the rooms. You could hear when every door around us was shut. Mind you these aren't the normal heavy self-closing door. They are light and have to be pulled/pushed shut, so they slammed every time. A group of women who were staying near us decided to stay in the hall chatting all night, which usually wouldn't be an issue with normal hotel rooms. IN THIS ROOOM THO------We could literally hear their entire conversation. Including how one was betting dimes and quickly lost her money. The elevator that goes from the parking garage to the lobby smelt like feet awfully bad all weekend. We usually stay at Harrah's because they comp our room. We decided to pay out of pocket and stay at golden nugget this time. Next visit we will not be staying at Golden Nugget for sure.

My wife and mother-in-law stayed at your property last week and shared several concerns about their…read moreexperience. They mentioned that housekeeping services were not provided during their stay. Additionally, the phone in their room was not working, and despite requesting that it be repaired, the issue was never resolved. They also stated that when they needed clean towels, they were told to leave their used towels outside the room and then go to the front desk themselves to pick up replacements. They were also charged resort fees even though some of the listed amenities were not functioning. Furthermore, on one of the evenings, the only elevator available in the building was out of service. I wanted to share this feedback, as their experience did not meet expectations.

Decided to stay only two of the 3 nights here on our Spring Break trip late Mar/early Apr . We…read morewere able to do most of what we wanted and think it was he max I would recommend. Weather did not cooperate on full pool day, wind was 20 mph on the roof top and the water temp was 60F (not heated) but my 7 and 11yo couldn't have cared less and enjoyed the whole pool to themselves. We went back the next morning to enjoy a more enjoyable pool weather. Kudos to the pool attendants. They were super attentive and interacted with the kids to encourage fun like slide races. That didn't go unnoticed! Rooms were very nice. We had one with a king and double size bunk beds (best idea ever for a family resort! What siblings want to share a bed?) Arcade was a blast. We grabbed coffee in the cafe (attendant was super patient with us as we tried to spend the rest of our credits the last day) We grabbed a pizza at the restaurant near the arcade which was passable (the crust in the cheese pizza was way better than the specialty) but the beer and cocktails were great. Did not get to visit the Pier due to wind. We didn't have a terrible experience with the elevators because the resort was not busy but could see how they would get really bogged down at peak. Addition of the express elevator to the pool was smart. Did not like that our pool bands were our key cards. Get that the band makes sense for the pool but means I had to wear all trip for fear of loosing and having to pay $50 for a new one. Overall would recommend a visit!

I'm honestly shocked this place is as popular as it is, we felt like we were bamboozled by really…read morequality picture taking on the website. We are absolutely never going to come back and we would never recommend anyone else come. #1- rooms and resort are not very clean. Our room had fruit flies on day one and it only got worse when we brought one open bag of chips into the room. The carpet was nasty and made our socks and feet black on the bottoms. Carpets around the resort were stained and dingy and our whole floor smelled like weed. #2- pool and water playground area leave much to be desired. The pool itself is very small, the kids play area is small as well and the ground of it is not even slightly soft. The lazy river was ok but looked super cheap and worn and got really crowded. The entire pool area has no where near enough chairs or umbrellas, and there isn't any shade or open area at all. On Saturday people were literally just sitting in the ground in direct sun. Also no lifeguards or anyone seeming to be watching the pool area as far as management because I saw a few people very obviously vaping and no one did anything. #3- food at the margaritaville restaurant was mid at best. A salad and the burger were good but the margarita was nasty and the breakfast omelet had no seasoning just a ton of oil. #4- no water fountains anywhere. Literally felt impossible to fill up a water bottle unless you bought bottled. Had an ice machine on our floor thankfully but no water fountains throughout the resort. #5- no housekeeping turnover unless you stay over 3 nights but they're supposed to come do trash and towels. Well one day they came and took trash and dropped off new towels but left all the dirties and the next day they just left a bag on the door with trash bags and towels. Our son enjoyed the arcade a lot but the games were pretty pricey to play. The paradise pier is literally built on top of a parking garage and has zero shade and gets so hot. It's pretty small and rides were expensive. The room was pretty spacious and every employee we encountered was super nice so there is that. For the price you pay ($950 for 3 nights), you would expect so much more and it's extremely lacking.
